Hewlett-Packard Program Manager - Agencies of Record | 11 / 2013 Present About the program: Agency of Record program is designed to moderate the relationship with the external web agencies that provide HP web development and project management services for EMEA and APJ region ensuring that the pages managed and developed by the Agencies are meeting HP brand and web guidelines. Achievements: Defined a training plan backed up by a training process to ensure all agencies are up to date with the latest HP Web standards, thus ensuring brand compliant pages creation. Defined a Tools Access process ensuring proper usage of HP tools by agencies. Ensure continuous & proper tracking off all agencies accounts on HP systems. Maintained partner relationships with Global Procurement, Agency Account Managers and Business Unit to improve asset quality control delivered by AORs

Hewlett-Packard Program Manager - KPI Monitoring and Dashboard Program | 11/2012 - 02/2014 About the program: Defining KPIs and create dashboards that monitor Premium Publishing and Execution processes and team performance, identifying trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance in an ongoing changing organization.

Achievements: End to end definition and set up of the KPI Monitoring and Dashboard Program (program charter, roles and responsibilities, supporting infrastructure, etc.) In collaboration with senior marketing leadership team I defined the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across various departments and functions and I have been working cross-functionally within the marketing teams to ensure timely and accurate data analysis in support of key companys strategic goals. I also lead the design and deployment of dashboards based on the KPIs. The KPIs were measuring both team and processes evolution, for a team of over 50 senior project managers supporting the end-to-end publishing and execution process of digital marketing campaigns and associated assets on WW hp.com sites. All performance indicators were monitored on monthly basis and I highlighted trends and analyzed causes of unexpected variance. Hewlett-Packard Program Manager - Communication and Awareness Program | 09/2011 - 11/2012 About the program: The Communication and Awareness Program main focus is to make Premium Publishing and Execution team the preferred partner to work with when it comes to complex and innovation projects/campaigns. Achievements: End to end definition and set up of the Communication and Awareness program (program charter, roles and responsibilities, supporting infrastructure, etc.) Organized and presented Inspirational sessions to promote our team Portfolio to marketing managers in all regions over 50 people attendance/region, in a virtual environment. Coordinated the development and maintenance of a Portfolio infrastructure hosting over 100 projects developed by the team. Achievements: End to end definition and set up of the program (program charter, roles and responsibilities, supporting infrastructure, etc.) in order to support team adaptation to organizational and operational changes as well as improve team member motivation. Organized activities and initiate projects which support strengthening the team foundation of Campaign Management Operations Organization: Virtual Team building activities for virtual team of over 50 members located in America, Europe, Asia and Australia. Developed a virtual learning center: a virtual infrastructure where team members could find training, industry reading materials, self-development materials Organized Knowledge Sharing session across 4 internal teams working in a virtual environment. Hewlett-Packard Project Manager | 09/2010 - 06/2011 As a Project manager dedicated to the Business Answers site - the PSG online platform for SMBs deployed throughout EMEA (23 countries) I successfully launched the site working in tight collaboration with PPS EMEA SMB Segment Marketing Manager, coordinating internal and external virtual teams ensuring timely and on budget delivery of this complex project localized in 13 languages (~125 pages for each local site). After the site launch, regular site updates were needed, so we signed an SLA agreement with the site owner and monitored the SLA and other financial items to ensure a smooth coordination of large number of continuous site updates in a short time frame. Provided regular report on the SLA consumption, updates, and site traffic and offered consultancy regarding site improvements according to the industry trends and customer interest based on site traffic analysis. Hewlett-Packard EMEA Email Marketing Program Manager | 09/2005 - 10/2008 Managing eCampaign processes within EMEA (in different countries and different Business groups) Vendor and tools management for the infrastructure used in the process. Establish SLAs with the Business Groups for eDM activities Providing trainings on eDM process for all new stakeholders virtual and in person Providing trainings on eDM tools for team members - virtual and in person Requirements capture for improving and ongoing development of the processes Optimized the existent process by reducing the turnaround time for eCampaign execution, constantly changing and adapting the process in order to meet the requirements of the Campaign owner. Optimized the operational process that had as a direct result the decrease of the number of hours spend by developer in a campaign resulting in a lower cost of the campaign. The reduced turnaround time, the lower costs and the continuous promotion of the central process versus using local processes has resulted in an increase with 40%; of the number of the campaigns ran through the central process. Changing the approach form an operations-execution process to a service based Marketing Program.

Bitdefender Online Marketing Specialist |10/2004 - 09/2005 Established BitDefender's online promotion strategy, and ensured the coherence and unity of the online promotion of BitDefender solutions on all markets. Developed the Internet Marketing Business Plan. Increased the number of visitors for www.bitdefender.com by more than 50%; in 5 months in collaboration with the web development department. Increased the link popularity of the website and search engine saturation. Run banner branding campaigns on some of the most important websites (zdnet.com, securitypronews.com).
