Provide your Wagstaff, Inc. representative with the following information:
1. REFERENCE NUMBER
located in the upper left hand
section of the description page.
2. BUBBLE NUMBER
of the desired part. On occasion,
a bubble number will not be
shown. Please refer to the actual
item number.
3. PART NUMBER
4. QUANTITY
required.
5. DESCRIPTION
of the desired part.
6. EQUIPMENT
SERIAL NUMBER
(if applicable), usually
located on the mold
table as pictured here.
7. MOLD SIZE
This is especially important when
ordering mold parts for tables that
have many interchangeable sizes.

EXPLANATION OF
PART DESCRIPTION PAGES
1. REFERENCE NUMBER
This number always identifies the
specific parts assembly. Always include
refernce numbers when ordering parts.
2. NAME
The name of the main parts assembly.
3. BUBBLE NUMBER
The bubble number along with the
corresponding part description on the
Bill of Materials (BOM) match the bubble
number on the accompanying illustration.
4. RECOMMENDED SPARES ITEM
Items marked with a double asterisk (**)
are sufficiently essential to continuous
equipment operation that spares should
be maintained in inventory. If this space
is blank, the part generally need not be
an inventory.
5. RECOMMENDED MINIMUM SPARES
ON HAND
This is the recommended minimum
quantity to keep in inventory.
Depending on actual usage, you may
want to increase or decrease this
recommended number.
6. QUANTITY PER ASSEMBLY
Number of parts required for one
assembly.
7. UNIT MEASURE
The units of measurement.
