How it works
1. Pre-assessment A specialist from Outotec will perform a full analysis of your process and equipment history, familiarizing themselves with your plant layout and process ow diagrams.
2. Initial meeting The initial meeting will include an opportunity to discuss your specic situation and any particular needs you may have.
6. Follow up A post-service follow up will be carried out to ensure that your expectations have been met and that all recommendations were interpreted correctly. We will then discuss the next steps with you and provide any support you require.

3. Full assessment The whole process is transparent and carried out in cooperation with a representative from your company. Progress meetings are held regularly and all ndings recorded using dedicated checklists.

5. Detailed reporting A report listing all ndings will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. The report includes recommendations from our experts on potential areas for improvement and suggested plant modernizations.
4. Debriefing Findings will be presented verbally in a debrieng session before the Outotec representatives leave the site. Any critical issues or areas for immediate improvement will be highlighted.
