Integration among races and ethnics thus, creating 1 Malaysia. This has become part of the culture of education in schools, which also includes the culture in terms of location, occupation, education received, the status of economic, social, race, power, politics, race, language, customs, creed and gender. Therefore, in order to create conducive learning environment, it is important for teachers and schools to build a friendly classroom environment. Age, level of education, interests and needs of students in the class should be taken into account in the preparation of these plan classrooms. As a result of learning in a classroom environment -friendly culture, we can produce students regardless of sociocultural background of balanced in terms of physical, emotional, spiritual, and social and intellectuals in line with the National Education Philosophy. Students will then form a harmonious society and peaceful and successful. Learning refers to changes in behavior or knowledge as a result of experience. Learning is also influenced by a positive environment, or referred to the conducive learning environment is an extremely important component in the learning process. In the context of education, conducive learning environment is a classroom climate and culture as a whole which includes some aspects such as communication patterns, design, floor plan and layout of the physical space and the ability of teachers to manage students in the room degrees. Backed purpose, it is understood that a conducive learning environment is a prerequisite to enable the learning process takes place smoothly. Conducive environment includes four aspects, namely the physical, psycho -social environment, classroom rules and classroom routines. Teachers must be creative and smart in the classroom plan friendly culture. There are many factors that contribute to a friendly classroom environment. One of the factors is the arrangement of physical environment. There are many reasons why physical arrangement can create a friendly classroom environment. Each student has a learning style different from each other. As teachers, we know that each individual student has a culture, family background, and socioeconomic levels varying diversity that exists between the students need to be studied and understood best in helping to understand the learning styles of each student in determining teaching strategies more effective. As such we always ensure that the strategies chosen to suit the pupil. In response to the needs of classroom management-friendly culture, we have set a few steps in that direction. Among these measures are:

We always ensure that services provided equally among all students regardless of race and religion.

A good physical arrangement is when a teacher plans a suitable and conducive floor plan. This is a good way that leads to a comfortable and minimal congestion in the classroom. There are tables and chairs suitable to students and can be modified according to the needs of the activity. Students are placed in the same group, composed of different ethnic. By laying out the seat of pupils in the classroom, there is equal distribution between pupils from different ethnic groups and not just one ethnic group clustered in a group. When there is a group discussion or group activities group members will consist of various ethnic groups. Indirectly ethnic diversity in a group will be created and nurture a culture-friendly environment. Learning in the physical environment-friendly culture will stimulate students to acquire effective learning. Two-way interactions are friendly and productive pose a friendly environment between teachers and students and to bridge the gap foster unity among them easily accessible motivation nurturing spirit of unity. Ranking among the students who sit facing each other allow them to interact easily. In cultivating a good social psycho environment in the classroom, the teacher should have skills in relationships with people, especially students. For example, mingle, have a positive attitude, listening to the students, and the ability to give words of sincere praise. It is an important trait for a teacher. More so when I had to manage a classroom that has a socio-cultural diversity, so we always show the same

friendly gesture by giving a smile or give a speech when at odds with his disciples and others. In other words, here there are elements of the hidden curriculum, where we try to educate students to respect each other and develop good attitudes among them. When they see that teachers are friendly, indirectly their internal motivations to adopt an attitude like that teacher. Knowing the sensitivity of every ethnic in more detail in order to achieve the learning objectives. Sensitive to the level of development of the students when involved in race, ethnicity, culture and language. We always strive to portray students as winners. Teachers play an important role in student success. We use the techniques learned to cooperate and work collectively to promote racial and ethnic integration in the school and classroom. All school activities must involve all races, religions and ethnicities. As a conclusion, socio-cultural diversity of students, indirectly a major challenge in creating effective teaching and learning. Teachers need to be creative and sensitive to this aspect because it will change over time. Teachers are able to realize these things are effective and excellent teachers. Teacher sensitivity to socio-cultural diversity is very important in education. Whatever the challenges, this is the real world of education in an effort to unite the multicultural diversity of students in line with the 1 Malaysia concept. Teachers need to know in-depth knowledge of an ethnicity. We also need to be sensitive to the habits and behavior of their own people and disclosures in the classroom. Keep the classroom brings a positive image to the various ethnic groups. As teachers we need to be sensitive to racial and ethnic habits of students and non-students through external review only. Teachers also need to be wise in making choices and teaching aids. Deepen their own cultural and ethnic heritage. Apart from good floor plan, another physical environment that contributes to a friendly classroom environment is learning corners. In classrooms, there are various aspects of learning and activities that can help children's intellectual development as a puppet corner, cognitive, kinaesthetic and creative angles and others. In addition, there are corners of reading story books and magazines such as education and multimedia angle such as computers, television and multimedia. Activities such as murals panting usually had done by the class teacher herself or some students who become her assistant. It is suggested that the theme of the mural is about festivals and cultural descriptions of the various ethnic groups in the country. This is also one of the appropriate activities that can be performed by students from various ethnic

backgrounds in order to foster a sense of belonging among them. Discussion and preparation for the mural will indirectly foster values and learn to tolerate and work together. Indirectly, the teacher has managed indirectly to culture-friendly environment prevails. In addition, space to work it is important to foster the cooperation and mutual assistance between pupils from different backgrounds and cultures. Assignment that the teacher can gives can be discussed at the space provided where pupils from different culture and background could sit and discuss together without feeling threatened and uncomfortable. Reading corners are one of physical arrangement that teacher can make to create a friendly classroom environment. Apart from the usual reading corners, teachers can also create a new corner as the cultural corner, or a historical and patriotic corner. Corners of this will expose students to a variety of religions, customs, cultures and beliefs of various ethnic groups in the country. Indirectly, students can cultivate values such as patience, tolerance and mutual respect. These are key components to create unity. Teachers can provide many activities of multimedia or interactive learning in every corner is to attract pupils. For example, is Ali in the corner of Indian culture. He can learn about the culture and religion of Samy and vice versa so that there is a clear understanding and no prejudices in order not to touch the sensitive issues and sensitivities of a people from different ethnics. It is also the same with students from Sabah and Sarawak. From cultural corner, pupils from the peninsular could learn about ethnics from the Borneo even they are never been there. They are able to understand other culture by reading from the cultural corners. These also inculcate reading interest among pupils and enhance their critical thinking skills. Moreover, teachers also have to create a corner of history and patriotic, where this corner will teach pupils about how important is unity of various ethnic backgrounds to make a safe and prosperous country. Indirectly, this will bring about a cordial atmosphere in the friendly environment classroom. In addition to learning corners, the teacher may also provide a reading corner where reading material is composed of books or treatises of Sabah and Sarawak or otherwise which contains the information about something or ethnic collection. Effectiveness of teaching and learning will continue to increase the quality of education at par with the developed countries to another. School culture and school climate refers to the number of values, culture, security these practices and organizational structures in schools that influence and affect the process of the formation of behavior and safety of students in schools. Teaching and learning methods ( P & P ) , openness and form

relationships that exist between administrators, teachers , parents and students to contribute to the development of climate sekolah. However, school culture and school climate are two interrelated forms. However, more school climate refers to the effect on the school environment and the students, school culture refers more to the manner and style of the teachers and staff work in a group. So it is obvious that the school climate and school culture plays a very important role in creating a teaching and learning interesting. To create a good social interaction, teachers and students should know the actual role to be played by each individual. This is because in order to adapt to the society, students are influenced by a variety of agent of socialization, including family, school, peers and the mass media. School as a social institution is responsible for creating social interaction and leadership attitude among the students by emphasizing the effectiveness of the interaction in the classroom. Effort in terms of changes in teaching and learning, improve technology, infrastructure and hardware in the next school teacher roles and behaviors that promote the teaching and learning process, identify the differences between students and enhance the physical environment of classrooms should be implemented effectively so that no students dropping out of mainstream education that will impact the development of the country.
