Abstract
We tried in this research review the rights of slaves through the study of their economic and social development in the old Iraqi society and we throw light on it From the historical aspect and contents of the inherited cultural and legal. the human rights infringement corner stone in the establishment of communities and respect for human rights and care is the mainstay of provision of equitable and the only way to create a free, secure and stable. Perhaps needless to say, stressing the importance of laws between the outcomes of intellectual the Mesopotamian civilization, and because of the multiple implications has become talk about it make the rest of the civilization subjects. As more researchers the intake of legal texts included both interest translated it and cultural dimensions relating to his exploration various aspects of life inhabitants the old Iraqi Community and what those reforms and laws contained from define the rights and duties of each individual and every layer and thus knew what today called the principle of human rights which certainly differs from the concept prevailing in the present time and that the fact that the reforms and the laws it is only a mirror that reflects the reality of society Which it was issued and therefore the concept of human rights in that era were compatible in terms of its development with the development of the community of that eria And economic institutions and social and political in a society based on agriculture, as well as the existence of conflicts and wars between the neighboring citystates in orderobtain new land And sources of water must be that human rights are governed by the reality of society and its institutions including the existence of slavery (slaves), which is incompatible with human rights conditions but was produced by And made it permissible, but with that created for the controls and governed by the laws and keep him and his rights and we discussed it in detail and look at it from the perspective of a realistic basis of society and its surroundings from different conditions.
