There are some people that do have time but still prefer eating "junk food" and the reasons for that are the effort and time to go the supermarket and choosing groceries. While their other consideration that nowadays we have deliveries that enable us to save time and effort and still enjoy a good mill. "ntil that day the "fast food" was my preferred food especially when % began studding and had to work and didn't have the time to make my self a proper diner or go shopping. %n the evenings when % got back from school or work, it was more convenient to buy a slice of pi,,a or a hamburger than making my self a healthy meal. Those shortcuts brought me to my present condition, % can say that % enjoyed my mils in the past, but now % have to "pay" for it. )y family doctor turned me to dietitian. #he recommended me a strict diet and e!ercise every two days for at least forty minutes. $s a result of my dietitian's strict diet and e!ercise % have succeed to balance my fat percentage and cholesterol. #ince then my life is different- % now know how to combine my studies, job and knew life style. % believe that work and study are meant to improve our life in the future, but if we won't protect ourselves we will be too sick to enjoy it. (ven though my last blood results came out normal it doesnt mean that % can eat as % used to. or the rest of my life % will have to follow my diet and to watch my health. .n the other hand there are also positive sides to my life changes other then my medical e!ams. Taking my health seriously % decided to stop smoking. Today % feel healthy % have more energy and % can e!ercise without getting tired easily. urthermore, before the diet % had mood swings and impatience without knowing why while today % am more rela!ed and easygoing. When % told my friend about my situation they didn't understand why % took the blood tests saying that only older people do these things. % told them that because of the way we live our life and chasing time, we hardly stop to think about our body and the least we can do is to watch our health. #ome people think because % am thin my health is well and % can eat anything % want, but there are some things that we can't see. /eople should know that without any connection to their age or weight they should watch their health and do regular checkups. 0eceiving abnormal test result can be stressful but we can also look on the positive aspects. #ometimes when we get a bad news we pity ourselves- but there are others who look at things different, in a positive way, like me.
