pathfinder will provide resources on the British monarchy as a whole and is intended to provide a broad
overview and introduction to any aspect of the British monarchy.

British kings and queens is organized alphabetically, with information on each monarch, such as
politics, religion, and appearance, and includes an extensive bibliography and appendix.

and Queens of Great Britain. New York: Carroll & Graf Publishers, 1998. This book contains the
biographical information of the monarchs of Great Britain, as well as time lines, genealogy, and
maps.
Fraser, Antonia (Ed.) The Lives of the Kings and Queens of England. Berkeley: University of
California Press, 2000. This reference book is a guide to all of the kings and queens of England,
from the time of the Normans through the current queen, Elizabeth II. Illustrations accompany
each monarchs biographical information, making this a great introduction to British royalty.
