ONE YEAR ANDRASSY RELAX PROJECT - MAGNET HAZ

I would like to offer mindfulness breathing meditation with yoga relax breathin
g and stretching techniques also some basics of tai chi gymnastics in Magnet Haz
as soon as possible ... as I intend to stay in Budapest some longer time feelin
g that here is my native region center of Central Europe that I was born into by
a vajdasagi magyar mother and a bosnian father a jazz musician and I am renewin
g my knowledge of Hungarian language that I forgot since I haven't been speaking
it as child with my Hungarian vajdasagi grandparents ... which is a set of anti
stress relax methods as an integration of techniques I've been working on ever
since I was 15 years old and started practicing meditation, yoga, breathing and
have been doing these for the past 33 years of my life ...
Having lived in London ever since I was 19 years old and then in Paris and Fran
ce for 11 years ... of which 3 years in Germany ... all along practicing arts of
relaxing ...
Then I moved to China and lived and worked there for 12 years as the European a
rt history teacher in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou and on the scene of the co
ntemporary art in China as art exhibitions promoter ... and I learnt during 10 y
ears in China very high level tai chi as a part of my relaxing techniques strate
gies ...
Magnet Haz should be a perfect place if we work together on it to attract foreig
ners along \with Hungarian students who live around in the Andrassy area ... and
in Budapest in general ...
and I speak several foreign languages (relax techniques are essential for right
brain side orientated language learning) like French, German, Italian, Mandarin
and Cantonese Chinese and Serbian and Croatian (and learning more like Spanish,
Portuguese, Dutch, Russian, Thai, Arabic and Japanese and later will come Greek
and Turkish) so the classes should be bilingual translated back to Hungarian lan
guage simultaneously during the class ... which makes it a possible language cou
rse as well for improving listening comprehension ...
Relax classes should be offered on a very regular basis weekly as sitting medita
tion classes in Magnet Haz with relax stretching along combined as a set of prac
tices in every class that has slow and fast, static and dynamic, passive and act
ive parts within 90 min or longer in a one class practice ... in order to prepar
e students for longer weekend workshops later in the coming months ...
I am available in Budapest to do it mornings, evenings and during the day as we
ll several times a week or almost on a daily basis like a form of zazen dojo com
bined with stretching and breathing ...
I suggest we do try it several times as soon as possible so I get your feedback
too ...
These regular weekly classes should be working towards achieving the goals and p
ractice purported in this Stanford University lecture that serves me as a model
and I am looking forward to subtitle it in Hungarian language with the help of s
omeone in Magnet Haz Coffee Shop:
