This document outlines portable hand tool inspection procedures for APGI Yadkin Division. It details visual, electrical, and functionality testing that must be performed on portable power tools on a regular basis. Tools are tested for ground continuity, power continuity, power-to-ground isolation, and tagged if they pass. Any tools failing the tests are reviewed to determine if they can be repaired or must be destroyed.
