Rationale Statement
This Project Schedule and Resource Allocation Plan are based on Case Study 1: Designing
Learning Objects for Primary Learners. The assumptions I have made are on the per hour rate,
cost to complete the project, and the time allotted to complete the project. It was stated in the
case study that the design team would have three months to complete their portion, so I
assumed that three months would be feasible for the writing and development team as well.
