5. All relevant real evidence seized or obtained as a part of the investigation of the
offenses charged, to wit: fare evasion, failure to appear, and any other pending charges
before the Court.

6. Any written or recorded statements made by Officer Cunningham in the course of
issuing and reporting the citation.

7. Any exculpatory evidence in your possession.
