BERGDAHLS PARENTS. CNN subtly shored-up support for BHOs action on Anderson-360 [@ 11 p.m.],
contrasting dramatically with what had been documented during prior hours on FNC [and other media]
by first-hand reports; this is why so few people watch this formerly-gilded news-outlet. CNNs flaws:

First, it was suggested that the Administrations presentation to the Senators had
included videos showing Bergdahls health was deteriorating; no matter that the date
of these videos was not provided [remember, the most recent one had been shot ~6
months ago]. Second, it was said that his commander thought he had been a good
soldier who had followed orders; no matter that the multiple interviews aired on FNC
concluded otherwise. Third, when it was noted he had slipped away, the conclusion
drawn was that this reflected pourous defense that could predispose to a Taliban attack
[in the other direction]; no matter that he had been AWOL previously. Fourth, regarding
the video depicting his return, much attention was focused on the procedure followed;
no matter that he easily ambulated and didnt appear emaciated. Fifth, it was suggested
he was imminently to be executed because the USA was withdrawing; no matter that
nothing specific was presented to support this theory, noting the USA is staying til 16.

As noted, last night, on Capitol Hill, W.H. defended prisoner swap during a tense two-hour meeting, but
it did little to assuage lawmakers; the best Dems could do was expressed by McCaskill, who assailed a
'rush to judgment' [currently against BHO, although she wouldnt have cared if there had been a rush to
support a rescue] and expressed hope all facts surrounding Bergdahls service are declassified
[subject, naturally, to BHOs discretion] and, on-cue, REID mirrored Hillary ON WH BERGDAHL CALL:
'WHAT DIFFERENCE [at this point] DOES IT MAKE?' In reaction to personal testimonials [e.g., bergdahl-
platoon-leaders-recall-hearing-about-american-searching for taliban; Bergdahls Fmr Squad Leader: He
Totally Deserted Us; taliban-once-claimed-bergdahl-trained-members-of-the-taliban; and After Bergdahl
disappeared, IEDs started going off directly under the trucks, for they were suddenly getting perfect
hits every time], the NYTIMES UNDERMINED FELLOW SOLDIERS ON BLAME FOR DEATHS. White House
aides, braced for Bergdahl backlash, are pushing back on soldiers who have publicly stated that Bergdahl
was a deserter, claiming they didnt know the platoon members were going to swift boat Bergdahl [a
reference to the men who questioned John Kerrys military service in 04]; in reaction, Rep. Duncan
Hunter (R-CA), a Marine veteran and member of the Armed Services Committee, said, These are
pathetic allegations put out there to hide a botched foreign policy move, reflecting the fact that BHO

Just whose side is Obama on

It is impossible to believe that the dreadful decision to swap Sergeant Bergdahl for five
of the most important Taliban leaders could have been made without the benefit of
alcohol. Surely it was made with the full knowledge of all the major participants that
Sergeant Bergdahl was at best a deserter and at worst a collaborator whose desertion
caused the deaths of at least six of our warriors who went in search of him.

Alcoholor pot? {For context @ the onset of this annotation, note how
the American military historically has viewed deserters, manifest by
STONEWALL JACKSON [GODS AND GENERALS] and Ike [Eddie Slovik];
the latter had a deserter shot to maintain discipline.}

During his campaign for the nomination in 2008, I wrote that the Middle East was the
region where Barack Obama would eventually betray us all. This prediction was made
not because I thought Obama would be incompetent but because listening to him I
quickly realized that his values, and therefore his intentions, were not those of an
American patriot. Unfortunately my prediction was accurate and now extends to every
course of action he takes.

In 08, I attacked Josh Shapiro @ a Chester-County synagogue along
these precise lines.

Obama thought he would reap a political victory by rescuing Bergdahl and by trotting
out his parents at the White House in a cheap public relations stunt which backfired
when Bergdahls father revealed himself as a Taliban sympathizer. When Bergdahl Sr.
started praising Allah in Arabic, Obamas faint smile betrayed his own preferences for
something that he has sought to keep hidden from the American people since before he
entered the Oval Office, namely, his fondness for Islam.

Regardless of how the smile is interpreted, the simple Arabic phrase
uttered by Bowe Bergdahls father at the press conference With BHO
spoke volumes as to why a double-pun fits: Bowe Bergdahl, Just Deserts.

Our woebegone Secretary of Defense, Chuck Hagel, has told us that he knew nothing
about Sergeant Bergdahls possible status as a deserter, but a cursory inspection of his
file would have revealed that members of Bergdahls unit were required to sign a non-
disclosure statement shortly after Bergdahl disappeared in 2009. Not much more effort
would also have revealed Bergdahls anti-American e-mails to his parents and his
fathers obvious sympathies for the enemies of America.

Although he is terribly-incorrect regarding Cruz, Rep. Peter King (R-NY)
correctly said, I dont know of any presidentand Ive been in Congress
for 22 years nowwho, at a moment involving national security, did not
contact the House leadership and the Senate leadership. King added
that the only explanation he can conjure as to why BHO didnt consult
with Congress is that he didnt want to hear any opposition.

As the national security adviser, this is something that would have been known to Susan
Rice but, preferring her role as Obamas version of Baghdad Bob, she once again
enthusiastically appeared on the Sunday morning news programs where [in an encore of
her Benghazi performance] she lit up the airwaves with a dazzling fireworks display of
stupidity when she advised us that Sergeant Bergdahl had served America with honor
and distinction. The truth has been outlawed in Obamas White House.

These rationalizations were blown-out on FNC when O'Reilly Blasted
Obama Admin. 'Morons' for Saying Bergdahl Served With Honor and
when Megyn attacked Obama Defender, claiming it is 'Insane' to Say
Released Detainees Aren't a Danger to Americans.

It is an enormous insult not only to the American people, but also to every member of
the Unites States military, for Obama to allege that swapping an army sergeant for five
of the highest-ranking Taliban leaders was a matter of urgency because Bergdahls
health was deteriorating and that America never leaves her soldiers behind. How noble!
Its tragic and disturbing that the same urgency which motivated Bergdahls release was
not applied to saving our people in Benghazi.

It is also illegal, a high crime and misdemeanor because BHO has
failed to faithfully execute the laws of the USA. Judge Andrew
Napolitano explained that a statute prohibits use of taxpayer dollars or
federal funds to pay for removal of anyone from Gitmo if Congress
hasnt been given 30 days notice; Obama unlawfully spent money. By
releasing these detainees into the theater of war, Obama has also
provided material assistance to a terrorist organization, which is illegal.
Thus, Hagel faces House grilling on legality of Bergdahl-Taliban swap.

Obama seems to think that America is safer when America is weaker. By aiding and
abetting her enemies Obama has demonstrated, and not for the first time, that he is the
greatest national security risk we have.

Some feel the 'Obama Admin Is at the Tipping Point' because it is more
Incompetent than those of Bush and Clinton, even as MSNBCs Chris
Hayes Blasted Politicization of Event He Has Dubbed #Bergdahlghazi;
both characterizations are incorrect, for it has yet to be shown that the
masses are paying-attention to any of this, and all BHOs actions are
transparentlypolitical. Thus, knowing that BHOs Arrogance Bit Him,
the conclusion can be drawn that obama is both incompetent and
intentionally hurting USA. Thats why the impeachment dilemma looms,
for the bergdahl-deal-was-not-a-pow-exchange; it-was-a-us-surrender.

In the meantime, the five happy members of the Taliban hierarchy are now in Qatar
enjoying their freedom and plotting how best to destroy the United States but they had
better hurry up before Obama does it first.

This is transpiring in a D.C. that appears to resemble an asylum being
ruled by its patient-populationa bipartisan band of hypocrites. On the
Dem-site, during a few days, Hillary has been supportive then skeptical,
finally distancing herself from BHO. On the GOP-side, John McCain's
changing views on Bergdahl were illustrated by juxtaposing his current
condemnation of the deal with his comments, in February, when he said
that an exchange like this was something he would 'seriously consider'
and be open to if it meant that Bergdahl would be returned to America.

Within this overall context, the question that has been necessarily raised is Who Will Stop Obama?

Obamas trade for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl now joins the infamous list of Worst Trades in
History.

In the sports world there have been many legendary bad trades. Julius Irving. Kobe
Bryant. Nolan Ryan. Hershel Walker to the Minnesota Vikings for an entire team of
players and draft picks that led to three Super Bowl victories for the Dallas Cowboys.

But the worst sports trade ever was the Red Sox selling Babe Ruth to the Yankees. The
Red Sox didnt win another title for 86 years. The Yankees became the greatest
American sports franchise in history. They won 7 World Championships with Babe Ruth.

It was called, The Curse of the Bambino.

But in the real world there was one trade that topped them all, when American Indians
were conned into selling Manhattan for $24 of trinkets in 1626.

That was the worst trade in history. Until now.

Obama takes the cake. Obama just traded an entire team of Islamic mass murderers and
America-haters for one tragically confused (or perhaps mentally ill) deserter and traitor.
Not just any mass murderers, but buddies of Osama bin Laden.

Folks, that's a really bad trade. It just doesn't get any worse than that.

What did we get in return? A traitor who purposely walked away from his base
searching for enemy to surrender to.

Whose search and rescue cost the lives of as many as 14 heroes (his military brothers).

Who may have converted to Islam and taught bomb making skills to the Taliban.

Whose father welcomed him home at a White House ceremony in Arabic. It is rumored
the father converted to Islam.

Thats who we traded five mass murderers for? Thats what Obama broke the law for?

This story just doesn't smell right. Something is very wrong.

Keep in mind those five sworn enemies of American mass murderers allhavent even
gotten back on the battlefield. Yet. But when they do, remember they were set free by
our own President, to rain hell down on our American hero soldiers. Remember they
were set free by our own President to plot a new 9-11 that could kill thousands or even
hundreds of thousands of Americans (think dirty bomb).

The world is shocked. Our allies are horrified. Americas enemies are laughing and high-
fiving. Our military is demoralized. Our economy is in free fall. Our dignity and legacy is
in tatters. Our reputation across the globe is shattered. One man has destroyed the
once great America.

Why did Obama break the law to trade for one deserter? Why would he risk all hell
breaking loose for one traitor who cost the lives of six military heroes?

Two reasons:

First Obama was desperate to get the VA scandal out of the headlines. He had to
change the topic away from neglect and fraud causing the death and suicide of
American military vets under his leadership. How better to change the subject and erase
the scandal involving abuse, neglect and even murder of military vets than by appearing
to be a Commander in Chief rescuing an American military POW. Obama had delusions
of grandeur- overnight going from bum to hero.

Second, my sources in military command positions tell me that the CIA reported to
Obama that Bergdahl was about to go on global television to denounce America, call
our military evil...and do it all in Arabic. Obama would have been humiliated. His
narrative of being such a big victor over Al Queda and the Taliban would have been
destroyed.in front of the whole worldlive on global television.

So here was the perfect way to kill two birds with one stone. But it all backfired as word
spread of the betrayal by this American soldierthe deaths of his military brothers
caused by his desertionand the lies of Obama to cover up this outrage. Obama said not
to worry about the five released terrorists- "we'll keep eyes on them." Hours later Qatar
officials reported they are free to go anywhere in Qatar. And in one year, they are free
to return to the battle field. Is Obama naivea terrible negotiatorrecklessor
complicit in a plan against America? You decide.

Forget the humiliation of selling Manhattan for $24. Forget the Curse of the Bambino.
Forget all the humiliating trades in history. This one takes the cake. This is the Curse of
Barack Hussein Obama.

The question isis this the final straw? Has the American public awakened? Is this
finally the offense that leads to impeachment? Or does Obama get to spend another
two years on the attack against America: weakening our military, destroying our
international credibility, killing jobs, and wiping out small business and the middle
class with high taxes, onerous regulations, Obamacare premium increases and EPA
intervention that raises electric rates past our ability to pay our bills.

The question is

Who will stop Obama and save what's left of America?

Finally, it is desirable to expose what may be a prototypic subtle/subliminal lib/Dem rationalization,
manifest in the TIME cover-story ["WAS HE WORTH IT? The cost of bringing Sgt. Bergdahl home.].
Recognizing that the Bowe Bergdahl 'Proof of Life' Video Failed to Convince Senate Skeptics, it departs
from facts to link the firestorm unleashed by the swap with an overarching narrative that may appear
more mainstream and, thus, blunt condemnation of a truly indefensible action; thus, the individual
who identifies with the latter [ending the Afghanistan War] is apt to integrate [perhaps with reticence]
the existence of meaningful controversy regarding the former. Credibility regading this crucial goal is
enhanced by integrating critique of BHOs PR-strategy, albeit not his competence and/or ideology.
Totally forgotten is the fact that, although BHO may have declared the war is ending, this claim is
not shared by the Talibanfor the tradition in America had been to WIN and swapping prisoners before
departingrather than telegraphing intent to have completely withdrawn by a date-certain. Consider:

The essay immediately recognized this is no simple feel-good story, segueing to the
claim that this makes it an ideal symbol for the end of the Afghanistan War.Maybe it
was inevitable that even this familiar end-of-war set piece, the tearful return of the last
prisoner, would sour, given the division and suspicion sown at home by the long wars in
Afghanistan and Iraq. But the President made matters worse by rushing the final
arrangements to trade five Taliban leaders for Bergdahl past a reluctant military and a
skeptical Congress....Obama further erred by trying to spin a feel-good story from a
messy set of facts. ...

"[T]he decision to try to slip these loose ends past an unnoticing public, borne on a smile
and a fable, was a blunder....The Obama Administration is not the first to look at the
American people and think, in the words of Jack Nicholson in 'A Few Good Men,' 'You
can't handle the truth!' But it is the first to govern entirely in the age of nearly limitless
communication. After Edward Snowden, after WikiLeaks, it should be clear that
anything known inside the White House stands a good chance of becoming known to
everyone.

"A President who promised unprecedented transparency must understand that a
window shows the bad weather along with the good. And the inescapable truth is that
the U.S.'s departure from Afghanistan will not bring an end to the storms of that region,
nor shield us from their effects. In its ugly complexity, the story of Bowe Bergdahlthe
genuine story, not the bowdlerized versionis one symbol of that truth."
