COMPANY PROFILE:

Design and Management Ltd. is known for its diverse ideas for its craft. In design, specifically,
the company is giving its clients world-class structures and state-of-the-art construction tools
with a touch of innovation.

In designing the structures and construction tools, the company follows an engineering design
process including research, conceptualization, feasibility assessment, establishing the design
requirements, having the preliminary design, detailed design and the production of the planning
tools and design.

Using Building Information Modeling as its main process for designing the structures; Autocad,
Sketchup and SCIA as its minor design software used for the construction tools, the company
have gained its innovative and original concepts to turn it into reality.

Meanwhile, as the company expands, it does not forget its love for its people. The company
does not only provide world class production and structures, but also human resources who
strictly abide the core values of the company which makes top project managers and engineers.

By redefining the way on how the clients look at the structures and construction tools, DML
ensures the quality and reliability of its design and its people.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Director Head of the company.
Assistant Director Chief operating officer. He is in-charge if the director is not
around.
IT Support Staff deals with the information technology of the company.
Contract Administration deals with contracts and legal documents.
Construction Services
Renovation Services
Administrative Support in-charge of management of business operations and
decision making.
Manager- responsible in planning, executing and closing the project.
Architecture department comprising of architects and aesthetic designers.
Design Support designers of the structures and construction tools are involved in
here.
Engineering It is the department where innovation and creativity expands.
Administrative Support handles the workforce of the company.




MANAGERIAL THEORY
As the director of the company, I imply the Participative Theory. It is a
democratic type wherein the employees may have a say in regarding the companys
concern. It also makes the employees feel that they are really a part of the organization.
Their opinions and views are respected and it will also increase their productivity.











LOGO

The logo illustrates the name of the company. The letters D, M, and L is made up of concrete
and steel plates which represent a structure made with a good foundation. With these two
materials, steel and concrete, signifies that the company can deal with any disadvantages it
may meet. The truss at the top of the structure represents the organizations goals towards
success. The word CONSTRUCT at the bottom of the logo represents the organizations core
values that includes:
