1. The arrival and departure of the bus will depend uponthe conditionof roads, weather and the natural calamity.
2. Travelling withoutticketis offence. However incase of e-Tickets, if your e-Ticketis confirmed i.e appearing inyour accounts booking history, youcantravel withoutPrintoutof e-Ticketbyshowing the e-Ticketatyour Mobile/Laptop alongwithanyID Proof.
3. Passenger is himself responsible for his lagguage.
4. Incase of technical problem, the traveller will be allowed to travel inother HRTC buses or refund will be made for the remaining journey.
5. AnyID proof mustbe carried withyouatthe time of travelling.
6. No Email requestwill be entertained for cancellationof tickets.

EXCERPTS FROM REGULATION
1. e-Tickets canbe booked upto 4 hours prior to departure time of the bus fromorginating stationof the route.
2. Customer will onlygetthe e-Ticketwhenthe transactionhas beendone completely. For anyincomplete transactionHRTC will notbe responsible.
3. Passengers who fail to Board the Bus atthe Source Stationmentioned inthe e-Tickethave no rightto claimrefunds insuchcases.
4. Claims for refunds or extensions inthe case of reduced or diverted services will notbe entertained.
5. e-Tickets are nottransferable and do notconfer anypriorityuponthe holder over geniune passenger.
6. Tickets whichare loaned, lostor stolenwill notbe replaced.
7. HRTC has full rights to change Bus fares/Bus Departure Time/cancellationrules anytime Depending onthe Rules and Regulations.
In Case of Canceling the Ticket :
1. Anamountof 10% of fare will be deducted incase the cancellationof e-tickets is upto 12 hours prior to the departure time of the bus (fromorginating stationof the route).
2. Anamountof 25% of fare will be deducted incase the cancellationof e-tickets is within4 to 12 hours prior to the departure time of the bus(fromorginating stationof the route). After this no cancellationis allowed.

The e-Tickets canonlybe cancelled bythe User himself upto 4 hours prior to the Departure Time of the bus ( fromthe orginating stationof the route ) bylogging into his/her accountand thenclicking onPrint/Cancel link shownagainstthe e-Ticketand thenclicking onCancel Buttonappeared onTickets Detail Page. e-Tickets cannotbe
cancelled atHRTC Counters.
4. The service charges are non-refundable incase of e-Tickets cancellation.
5. No refund will be made incase of e-tickets after departure of bus ( fromthe orginating stationof the route ).

The e-Tickets canonlybe cancelled bythe User himself upto 4 hours prior to the Departure Time of the bus fromthe Orginating Stationof the Route bylogging into his/her accountand thenclicking onPrint/Cancel link shownagainstthe e-Ticket. e-Tickets cannotbe cancelled within4 hours prior to the Departure Time of the bus fromthe
Orginating Stationof the route throughanymode.
For example : If ane-Ticketis booked fromShimla-Delhi for Rampur-Delhi route departing at5:00PM fromRampur (Orginating Stationof the Route) and 9:30PM fromShimla ( Source of the Passenger), thenthe cancellationrules will be applicable fromthe Departure Time fromRampur (Orginating Stationof the Route) and notfromShimla
(Source Stationof the Passenger e-Ticket). This e-Ticketcanbe cancelled bythe user himself upto 1:00PM. No cancellationwill be allowed for this e-Ticketafter 1:00PM throughanymode.No Email requestwill be entertained for cancellationof tickets.
