Task

In this assignment, you are required to write a proposal of Web design based on your group
ideas and creativity. You must include at least one feedback or suggestion form in your
Website.

Preliminary

Form a group of 3 to 5 students within the same tutorial group.

Requirements

The assignment is divided into 2 sections:

a. Website:
Create a Website storyboard using any version of Microsoft Word. Refer to
Appendix I for the storyboard sample.
Your Website must include the basic elements of multimedia, such as text, graphics,
audio, video and animations.
Marks will be given based on students creative ideas and team works. Refer to
Appendix II for the marking scheme.
Limit 3 to 5 Web pages.

b. Report:
Your group report should cover all the chapters of contents and the formats as follows.

i. Report Cover:
Clearly indicate the following information in your report cover.

Title of a Website (Format: Capital Letters and Bold)

Course code and course description
(e.g. CSCI1403 Information Technologies)

Full name, I.C. no. and e-mail of your group member
(e.g. Annie, 9xxxxx-13-xxxx, annie@gmail.com)

Name of lecturer
Tutorial group
(e.g. CSCI1403-1/CSCI1403-2)

ii. Format:
Report must include the following format.

Spacing : 1.5 line spacing

The contents of written report include:

1. Table of Contents

2. Introduction
What is your Website all about?

3. Objective
What is the purpose of implement your Website?
At least TWO (2) objectives

4. Project Plans
What is your plans before start implementing your Website? Consider and
classify your plans into different criteria.

5. Functional Requirements
Highlight all the multimedia elements you have include in the Website and the
additional features to make your Website more interactive.

6. Website Structure
Illustrate a hierarchical diagram of your Website, starting with the home
page.

7. Conclusion
Assess team efforts, experiences, and lessons learned.

8. Appendix
Arrange the sequence of Web page storyboards.
