1. Implementing the Localization Quality Assurance System (QA System), in collaboration with Project
Coordinator/Project Manager (PCPM):
- Implement the standardized QA procedures over translated materials transferred from Language Technician
by PCPM by 3 steps: Categorize the projects, Assign to the qualified In-House(s), Supervise the In-House(s)
performing QA system, and Double-check finished products.
- Process specifically assigned projects.
- Evaluate potential documents from clients upon request.
2. Manage the In-House Translator Team:
- Recruit and train new In-Houses. Upgrade and maintain the System standards upon the whole team.
- Organize workshops introducing new techniques in handling clients' special instructions and training new
working techniques and systems.
- Recruit, manage and train Observatory and Probation Employees and Interns.
3. Develop the Quality Assurance System and Back Office System:
- Enhance the current QA System, build up and develop general and client-featured glossaries.
- Build up and update the instruction manual system for the QA System, including:
+ Guidelines and checklists instructing the implementation of QA tasks for specific services, such as
Translating, Editing, Proofreading, Language Quality Evaluation, etc.
+ Guideline on utilizing Translation-featured software, such as Computer-Assisted Translation Tools, Quality
Assurance and Terminology Tool, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
- Build up and develop the system of Language Technician Evaluation System based on professional
standards, evaluate and mark the performance of Language Technician with PCPM and Resource
Management after every projects.

USSH Plus, specializing in programing, taking part in the amateur Informatics Technology Olympic
