www.ebay.in (herein after collectively referred to as Merchants)
Details of the Offer:
Citibank and above mentioned Merchants are launching offers (hereinafter referred to as Offers) for the Term.
Details of the offer extended to all individuals holding valid Citibank Credit & Debits cards (hereinafter referred as
Card) issued in India (hereinafter referred to Customers) are detailed herein below. However, the offer is not
valid on Citibank Corporate Cards, Citibank Diners Card and ING Cards.
1. www.myntra.com
a) Save additional 38% on products under all categories, subject to minimum purchase value of Rs 1,499
b) Customers can avail the upfront savings by using the dedicated promo code CITIOMG
c) This offer will not be applicable on select styles and brands
d) No upper limit on savings per transaction
2. www.groupon.co.in
a. Additional 5% cash back on all deals and offers available at www.groupon.co.in
b. Customers would be able to avail maximum cash back of Rs 1,000 per Citibank card (including add-on
cards) during the offer term.
c. The cash back offer is not applicable on deals purchased through Cash on Delivery and/or EMI
transactions
d. The offer cannot be availed on cancelled orders
e. Cash back would be credited to customers card account within 90 days of transaction date
3. www.goibibo.com
a. Save flat Rs 500 on domestic flight bookings, subject to minimum purchase value of Rs 7,000
b. Save flat Rs 2,000 on return international flight bookings
c. Save additional 25% on domestic hotel bookings, subject to maximum of Rs 3,000 per transaction
d. Save additional 10% on international hotel bookings
e. Save additional 10% on bus bookings, subject to maximum of Rs 100 per transaction
f. Each customer would be able to avail the offer up to 3 times during the Term
g. Customers can avail the upfront savings by using the dedicated promo code CITIOMG
h. Offer will be valid on EMI transactions
i. Customers will not be eligible for Accelerated Reward points for transactions done using CITIOMG
as the promo code
j. Customers can apply only one promo code per transaction
4. www.cromaretail.com
a. Save additional 10% on all products at www.cromaretail.com, subject to maximum savings of Rs
1,000 per transaction
b. Customers can avail the upfront savings by using the dedicated promo code OMGWED10
c. Offer will be valid on EMI transactions
5. www.paytm.com
a. 10% cash back on all transactions on Paytm mobile app and www.paytm.com, subject to maximum
cash back of Rs 50 per transaction
b. Cash back would be credited to customers Paytm account in form of Paytm cash within 5 working
days of doing the transaction
c. To avail the cash back benefit customer will need to use the promo code OMG
d. Customers would be able to avail the offer maximum 2 times during the term
6. www.ebay.in
a. Flat 10% savings on purchases at www.ebay.in during the Term
b. Savings would be offered in form of a cash back which would be credited to customers Citibank
credit card by 30

September 2014.
c. Maximum cash back limited to Rs. 2000/- per transaction
d. This offer is not applicable on debit card transactions
e. Offer will be valid on EMI transactions
f. The Offer is not valid on discounted/promoted and deals merchandises/products on www.ebay.in.
g. Customer MUST apply the following promo code to avail this offer on all transactions before making
the payment using Citibank Credit Cards: CITIEBAY14
h. The Cash back amount will be calculated on the transaction value net of any refunds
i. If the Customer applies the Coupon code and also redeems his/her PAYBACK Loyalty Points in the
transaction, the Customer shall qualify for the Offer only on the net amount paid by the Customer
through his/her Citibank Credit Card
Offer Terms and Conditions:
Every card member with Citibank cards issued in India can avail the above Offers during the Term (excluding Citibank
Corporate Cards, Citibank Diners Card and ING Cards).
All transactions completed during the period starting from 00:00 hrs on 11
th
June, 2014 till 23:59 hrs on 11
th
June,
2014 shall be considered under this Offer.
Products belonging to different categories having separate promo codes cant be combined into single order.
The offers are solely brought to you by the merchants and that Citibank is not making these offers and therefore
Citibank holds no warranty and is not representative of the delivery, services, suitability, merchantability, availability
or quality either of the offer or of the products/services made available to customer by at the merchants websites
under the respective offer.
Any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offers and/or
products/services under the offers must be addressed in writing, by the customers directly to the merchants and that
Citibank shall not entertain any communication in this regard.
The offer is valid only if the Citibank card members card account continues to be in good standing and payment
continues to reach us before the payment due date.
Citibank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that
may be suffered, to the Citibank card member, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the offers or by the
use or non-use or suitability or effectiveness of the Services.
Citibank reserves the right to, at any stage and at its discretion, modify/change or alter the terms of the Offers during
the Term.
Neither anything contained in these terms & conditions, nor the running of these offers to which they apply, shall be
construed as an obligation on Citibank to continue the offer up to, on or after the offer termination date.
Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by Citibank to conduct further such offers.
The Citibank card members shall not hold Citibank, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers,
employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs,
charges and expenses which a Citibank card member claims to have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to
suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of the offers or the acceptance, decline, non-receipt, suitability,
quality or use or deployment of any prize given, defect or deficiency in the prize or its delivery and Citibank holds no
warranties in respect of the prize(s) to the winner(s).
If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Citibank or any other entity in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed
by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Citibank or any other entity, including but not limited to
computer viruses, tampering, unauthorised intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires,
accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or
other character beyond the control of Citibank or the other entity/ies, then Citibank and/or the other entity/ies shall
not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences.
The Terms and Conditions of the offers shall be in addition to & not in substitution/derogation to the Rules &
Regulations governing the use of the Citibank card and/or the Citibank websites as stated above.
Citibank reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous
notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel or amend/modify/vary any of the Terms and
Conditions of this Offer, without assigning any reasons therefore.
All of Citibanks actions shall be on a best-efforts basis only.
The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai.
Citibank card members agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions contained herein. Without a Citibank card
member being required to do any further act, the Citibank card member shall be deemed to have read, understood
and unconditionally accepted the Terms and Conditions herein.
