VAI TR CA GLUCID
1. Cung cp nng lng
- Cung cp 70% nng lng ca khu phn n.
- 1 phn t Glucose cho 38 ATP (Adeno Triphosphat) v 420 Kcal.
- Ngun nng lng ch yu cho mi hot ng, mi t bo, m v
c quan.
2. Cc dng tn ti:
2.1. Dng d tr: Glycogen: tp trung nhiu gan, c.
2.2. Dng vn chuyn: Glucose trong mu v dch ngoi bo.
2.3. Dng tham gia cu to rt nhiu thnh phn:
+ Pentose: TP axit AND v ARN.
+ Glucid phc tp (Glycoprotein, Glycolipid): cu to mng t bo,
mng bo quan.
+ Axit Hyaluronic: l mt disaccharid to nn dch ngoi bo,
