The 11th Annual Syble Hopp School Dash for a Splash 5K Run/Walk is sponsored by the Syble
Hopp Parent Organization. Syble Hopp School serves cognitively disabled students ages 3-21
in Brown County. A portion of the funds will be used to purchase adaptive pool equipment so
that our students can enjoy the maximum benefts of therapy in our warm water pool.

Early registration is recommended. Visit www.active.com and pay
with credit card (there is a $3.25 processing fee) or complete the
registration form below and mail with a check. Make checks payable
to Syble Hopp School and mail to Syble Hopp School (Dash for a
Splash), 755 Scheuring Road, De Pere, WI 54115. No cash please.
Each pre-registered participant will receive a t-shirt. Registrations
after August 22 are not guaranteed a t-shirt.

QUESTIONS?
Registration and packet pickup is available on Friday, September 5,
5-7 pm, or 7:30-8:30 am on September 6. All packets must be picked
up by 10:30 on the day of the event. This is a rain or shine event. No
refunds or t-shirts mailed.
PACKET PICKUP & ON SITE REGISTRATION
The Dash for Splash takes place at Syble Hopp School, 755
Scheuring Road, De Pere. Take Hwy 41 to Scheuring Road. Take
Scheuring Road east 1 mile, Syble Hopp School will be on the right.
Parking is limited so please park at the St. Norbert Don Schneider
Stadium, entering via the West gate across from the school.

De Pere and all sponsors from any claims for damages that may happen to me while participating in this event. This hold harmless agreement shall be binding on
my heirs, personal representives or assignees. I also agree that my image may be used for promotional purposes without notice. I attest I have read, fully understand
and accept the aforementioned terms of participation.

* For safetys sake, no pets, scooters, in-line skates, rip stiks or
skateboards. Wheelchairs and strollers welcome. Service dogs only.
All participants receive a short-sleeved t-shirt. Medals will be
awarded to the top 3 male and female fnishers in each age
group. Special honor to all myTEAM TRIUMPH participants.

8 and under, 9-11, 12-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
