Possible symptoms:
Inactive server connection alert (0x720E) appears in Navisphere Manager
Navisphere Manager displays No in the Logged In column next to the HBA in the Connectivity Status dialog box.
Server cannot connect to the storage system

display either an amber fault LED on the
physical device or problematic
events on the
