What's the punishment for a group for ...Conspiracy,Tracery,Physical & Sentimental Hurt,
Trying to Sabotage* by causing Vehicle Accident or in other way..........,Spreading
Rumor,Impact of Rum our spread by groups in sweet words.......,Destroying
letters……..returning etc and causes setback, delay………etc or physical or mental tension etc
afterward of these courier/Letter return or destroyed(uncountable……..),Forcing Government
Official to use his official power by force from these group under false complain..................,no
proper investigation by the officer & was booked thus he saw his own profit......****impact
afterward of these false charge arrest in our daily life....mentally &
physiologically.........Retaliation for Self Defense No
Crime ................Regular Provocation day by day by one or the other
is a Crime.....What The Nagric Committee Did after 3 Letters send by us……..and what did
the Nagric Committee did after opposition complain………Who is behind all these………The
person who can’t solve his own problem internally and calls 3rd person*……..then the 3rd…4th
person only ignite it…….and were politics gets involved both side is ruined….TIRED OF

understand that any day they can be booked…… and stopped all going on against us the same is
all benefit are taken away or in one or other way they are slowly slowly removed..On etc etc
causes……Those girl who during study stage do romance & does not think of their education
and carrier and does love marriage etc…..and after certain years when these love marriage after
attaining a certain age comes to a standstill and do not have full control of her husband get
separate and those girl who does full control of their husband but there husband do not too well
hold post etc…then watches other wife’s..Etc and does conspiracy with their cunning
tricks...sweet too sides words and makes that family life style to a standstill…….SEE Papyia

Kalyani Sen with sweet words and impressive eye movements with facial value……….etc and
Mr Ajit Sengupta Wife All plan of the incident occurrence but never highlighted…but with
his sweeten words she too involved Mrs Dutta Wife with whom there was never talk etc with
us……and thus involved against us in lead role Mrs Dutta,Mrs Kalyani Sen,,Mrs Mouli
Das,Mrs….Papyia Achariya……….These Papyia Acharyia always used to provoke us and
makes these Dutta,Sen,Sengupta,Dasgupta,Debroy etc happy as once they before our entry to our
flat on 26 th January 2006 used in a week in group at night used to raid her(Papyia Acharyia)
house of stop wrong doing going on in his house as these is destroying the environment..These
all thing we haven’t seen of the raid but was several times told by Mr Dutta, Mr Sen, Mr
Sengupta, Mr Debroy,Mr Mazundar^* along with their wife’s too when at our new all time entry
to our flat seeing speaking us* with Mrs Papyia Acharyia and too Mrs Acharyia had told us
herself too..No proof withheld of these saying with us...but Secretly investigation if done by
you will reveal the truth…my father had done too much hard lab our in his childhood and after
then to reach these stage along with mother too as at the marriage time only Class 10 *th pass but
after marriage though in joint family after all household works as smallest Bahu she continued
her study & did Double BA..Double MA and then LAW(MA.LLB)but never practiced as she
had a soft corner & can’t tell twisting……etc words along with lie all needed for to being an
good lawyer but she did it as she wanted to have knowledge and good education…etc…pls help
him/her/us as family environment is totally disturbed..And other is taking benefit of these regular
disturbance…and is regularly creating these that to keep these disturbance ignited and remains so
quiet & innocent that if they doesn’t know anything…….do not want any

This is to inform you that I, Subhojeet Dey resident of Gangotri Apartment, Flat No.4E, Garia
Garden, Garia, Kolkata 700 084 came here after retirement of my father from Jharkhand on 26th
January 2006, and after settlement here my father saw the highhandedness of the committee and
irrelevant expenses he several times pointed out the matter to the committee and after that the
committee became against of my father. On 15th August 2006 in the flag hoisting ceremony my
father saw that the National Anthem was in half way, the flag was hoisted upside down, the
Kesria color was in down side and green side was in upper side. When he pointed out it
immediately in the middle of singing National Anthem the flag was came down by the duty
guard and then again the flag was hoisted in right way and from then no flag was hoisted on 26th
January and 15th August till now and almost the committee was against us and began to harass
in many ways to defame us. Couriers/Registered letters are returned by the guards by saying that
they have shifted from here……….. All the records are kept by us for needful reference.
Yesterday (30.09.08) a Speed post delivery person came with a document in the name of my
father when the speed post courier delivery person came to open the lift some lady stopped him
and instructed him to use staircase. We are in 5th floor so the speed post courier delivery person
refused to used staircase and requested her to give him permission to use the lift on humanitarian
ground……………, but she did not gave him permission so the speed post courier wrote an
intimation regarding this and dropped it in our letter box. When at about afterwards 7.30 PM I
came from outside and as usual I open the letter box I found the intimation then I asked the
guards JINNAT ALI AND RAM(SAPAN MONDAL*)-they said that they had not stopped the
courier but one Smt.Mauli Das** one of the flat owners had disallowed the courier to use the
lift. It is natural that my father became irritated from the behaviors of that lady. One flat owner
Smt.Papia Acharya(Dey) the best friend of Smt.Mauli Das with her father,ex police officer today
threatened me for police action against my father. My father had already intimated the matter,
over telephone to the Officer in Charge, Sonarpur Police Station yesterday night and today I have
already made a Diary bearing No.GDE/FIR 55716 dated 01.10.2008. When my father went to
Garia Post Office to collect the documents from the concerned speed post courier he said that he
will never delivered any documents to my flat. He was so humiliated .He said that it was guard
and some fat lady stopped him to use the lift and he give description of guard which matched
with JINNAT ALI but JINNAT ALI said that only Smt. Mauli Das*** stopped him to use the
lift-moreover do if it may be Mrs Mouli Das or anyone might had
stopped the Speed post Delivery person to use the lift and
argument might had aroused ……when the Guards saw that our
documents is returning do it’s not his duty to stop the person and
call us from our flat or immediately inform us nor they did it
afterwards or seeing me at night or to my father who had in evening
had passed by them(the two## guards) to have his evening walk
and then to purchase vegetable from market…… but it was only I
who when opened the letter box and saw the intimation letter
dropped by the speed post person as- [he(SAMAT MAL) told he did it secretly
and non had seen it dropping the letter…. ]and got suspicious of
something wrong and inquire the guards in different way and as per
there changing version understand the whole matter and in the next
afternoon by direct conversion with the Speed post delivery person
we came to the conclusion that guards all are involved as they are
getting benefits etc from these mention above women’s/persons*
and we are alone so what they says they do………and mostly these
women’s etc opened the lower gate of lift door slightly so that when
in need by us the lift may not function and we have to use the
staircase…..these my father had to bear so many times in a
day(both knee replacement-physically handicap) and if the lift alarm
buzzes then too the guards does not comes to see where the lift is
open as they knew it well and too knows that mostly on these side
we are alone so we are only buzzing the lift emergency
switch/alarm…………..whenever we are alone we had to face these
regularly but when renter etc comes automatically these harassments’ of lift
failure stops-…………… Please secretly inquire the Garia Head Post Office at
back of Andrews College to the speed post delivery person(SAMAT MAL…
GOPAL etc)but please secretly…..as an investigative journalist…………These
guard always twisted there version as per seeing the party strength and tried
to make fight among the flat owners and in these fight earn there benefit as
third party……..RAM(the night guard does so and same as stated in previous
email as from Subhojeetdey@gmail.com a detail about these matter).These
Papiya Acharya and Mouli Das always used to prove us for as per there
meeting held secretly as in which way they will pinch us…….as Acharya uses
his father influence to threaten us…..as why after so many investigation all
as found false just to harass us why nothing action was taken as per law……
do always provocation is not a Crime………how we will prove it….for these
we have to carry Cam etc………….

was done but when done by opposition action taken..Is this humanity……..

As today(01.10.08) I was writing the email……… as father had

complained in post office …..yesterday Speed post person(SAMAT
MAL) came & I had secretly recorded video & audio of his version as
how yesterday he was humiliated and so much happened
underneath we doesn’t know anything..it’s was his due to presence
of mind that he had slipped an letter…….in our letter box….that we
came to know the matter…so in previous how much they(these
guard & other guard by the influence of these ladies & other did we
didn’t know as these persons due to humiliation/angriness due to
inhuman behavior might had what done to our if any letters
documents god knows…….etc can …………as do our claim of
important documents , admit card etc not timely or non received etc
are thus as complained & complaining is 100% genuine as like other
complain.

It was once told by Mr Debroy & Mr Sengupta you inquire about a flat just
opposite the Hindustan stoppage above a furniture shop a flat there like your
father an honest person lived ….he was so much torture etc that he got
heart attack & died & as his son’s ..Daughter was not established they sold
the flat & moved we will do so to you & you can’t prove it we are in
group…………….

Is it not rethink able that Mrs Dutta who always lead the main role after news
of Respected OC personal visit with SI’s(pls see detail for previous emails)
now is never seen in front……who used to go to office…..at or after 12:30pm
is now seen going out before 8:30-45am..Is it not so because they had in
meetings held secretly.. As per …..Had notice police comes to inquire after
9:00am………..ALL THINGS ARE THERE PLANNED……..

Our weakness is that in our family there is not proper understanding as from
guardian to us there is same version but crossing each other version with
voice……..but opposite the others are cool minded and only one says and
other just support it……….so there strong point is there group……….there
sweet words……not crossing each other version but supporting it…….and
money power as they have committee fund and from there hand it is given
or flown…….

More over our other weakness is we can’t tolerate torture or cunningness nor support it as from
more than 4years Mr Chatterjee is bearing but no voice or retaliation….and same Mr Dilip
Dey…………..and we are getting wrong in neighborhood….but….where is humanity…Human
Right…Do Sweet word…Good Looking is all………but at their back end
and after…….what’s there nature should be investigated………….

The Person who is responsible for these entire ignition Mr. & MRs Prabal Sen.
(4D) & Mr & Mrs Dasgupta(1D)-[Dasgupta had involved politics by his
cunning tricks….] is enjoying and is safeguard……they are only behind all
happenings….…but on their sweet voice etc and son in
Jadavpur…….Singapore…is safe guarded….and ……………pls see details……..

Provocation is a crime and any day my mother & father can get heart attack
due to these tension daily …….daily (as today I notice some symptoms of it
in my mother while Papyia Achraya father was threatening my mother and
Papyia Acharya a huge look alike with top of our voice was threatening my
mother when she in morning after plugging flower was climbing upstairs via
lift which was stopped and…….. )….or I can do anything as I am unable bear
all as it need an end …why nothing is in written format...No written
committee...Nothing written…and too I request for punishment for those who
supported them at that night 11.10.06 without hearing our version and
mostly we doesn’t knew them till then..A judge too hear an convict but
that night...They hear these cunning sweet person……they call us for
meeting...Beat me in group…….detail see previous email and names of that
night unrecorded person’s name………

Provocation is a crime………………Retaliation for Self Defense is Not A

crime……….Want Justice…….Want to lead a normal life…tired of

See when this inquiry was being going on (30.09.08 after 7:30pm)
about the matter with the guards by us then MR Dilip Dey came and
told don’t worry on 5.10.08 at 6:00pm in Mrs Mouli Das Flat there
would be a meeting written be held and he would be appointed as
Secretary in the meeting-see before meeting all is declared-do is it
not preplanned-these Mouli Das & Papyia Acharya etc in meeting
never talk about welfare but makes personal attack ..as these ladies
are ashamed**……..so that……………….and what they need is
done……..so if in meeting / afterwards any health problem occurs
/consequence for these preplanned occurs for these all those to
whom I had inform would be held responsible along with the flat
owners……and on dt 11.10.06 unrecorded those persons including
women who were involved and without knowing the matter
supported these cunning flat person……..as in need of help know
one comes but to defame hundred..Thousand comes…….as
mass….have to reply…..as for them only we are suffer.
