Reference: VERIFIED NOTICE AND DEMAND TO VALIDATE CLAIM
LET IT BE KNOWN BY ALL MEN:
On or about July 9, 2014, the above referenced notice was delived unto the above listed respondents. See proof
of delivery attached. Pursuant to common and international law, 30 days from receipt of the above referenced,
respondents were to rebut in kind and fashion delivered unto them; specifically a notarized affidavit of rebuttal
sent via a third party with proof of service, pursuant to instructions included in the document sent to them.
Having failed to properly rebut the allegations presented unto them in the time requested, respondents hereby
ADMIT all allegations contained therein.


WHEREFORE, Respondents Victor Taylor El and Cynthia Smith,
1. Have effectively abandon their claim and are barred by estoppel from further pursuit;
2. Have no lawful, bona fide, verified claim whatever in the above referenced matter;
3. Waive any and all claims against Affiant;
4. Tacitly agree that Respondent(s) will compensate Affiant for all costs, fees, and expenses incurred in
defending against any arising civil matters due to continued attempts to press issues in the un-rebutted
affidavit;
5. Affiant Sister Tauheedah S. Najee-Ullah El is forthwith indemnified from further recognition of Taylor El
and Smiths attempts to engage in a hostile take-over of Califa Media;
6. Taylor El and Smith are forthwith barred from further contact with Najee-Ullah El as said attempts to do
so will go unacknowledged and returned to sender unopened;
7. Respondents have waived their opportunity to cure as they refuse to observe and adhere to the process
universally employed in validating claims/ allegations of tort.
