EXECUTIVE SUMMARY



I did my summer training from HDFC ERGO General Insurance Co. Ltd.The basic objective
of doing this project was to compare all the health products of all general insurance
companies with HDFC ERGOs products and suggesting the corrective measures for
improvement. To conduct market survey on shopkeepers insurance and motivating the
shopkeepers to get their shops and belongings insured for the purpose of safety and security.
To learn about underwriting methods adopted by the company and to learn about marine
insurance. To learn about the issuance and renewals of the policies and agency. And lastly to sell
the health products in market.
