1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this paper is to seek the Managements approval for the
purchase on company new Corporate Shirt.

2. BACKGROUND

The implementation of the Corporate Shirt was implemented on 2010 and all
employees were given two pairs of Corporate Shirt.

3. OBJECTIVES
The purpose of the Corporate Shirts was created to reflect the image of the
organization. Accordingly, Corporate Shirt MIGHT has been designed to be
used as a staff contributed in one MIGHT brand activities.
By wearing the Corporate Shirts will improve the images and portray the
teamwork spirit among employees MIGHT.
Corporate Shirt is a set of standard clothing worn by members/staff of an
organization while participating in the organizations activity.

4. JUSTIFICATION

(i) Corporate Image / Branding
When MIGHT employees wear pleasant uniform the
customers/guests/people will approach them more confidently.
(ii) Unique
Staff will be unique and distinct as no one from general public will have
the same outfit as MIGHT Corporate Shirt.
(iii) Time
No more wasted time trying to select an outfit dress in the morning.
(iv) Event
Uniform are particularly important for events.
(v) Industry Demand
Uniform also means to be same, and without any difference.
(vi) A Sense of Belonging
When MIGHT staffs wear the same Corporate Shirt to the work place,
they share a feeling of commonness and belonging, which otherwise
might be difficult to achieve.
(vii) A feeling of equality
Uniform brings everyone to the same platform, thus inculcating feeling of
equality amongst those wearing the uniform.
(viii) Mutual Growth
People wearing uniform are more caring for their fellows and colleagues;
they care not only for their growth but the growth of their peers as well.
Corporate Shirt is very important and fosters traits which are very
necessary for a person as an individual and an organization as a whole
thrive and prosper.

5. PROPOSED BUDGET

Total expenditure is overall XXXXXXX. The detail costing is at attachment A.
