And now for something completely different.

Immediately after having remitted the last blast, Facebook-mining commenced and, hours later,
this compilation has been generated; although many of these topics relate to saved-hyperlinks,
they will be provided in self-explanatory groups, with elaboration when clarification is needed.
Truly amazing it is, how much has transpired [and has been corroborated/updated] overnight.

Pope Francis

The one trick-question in this pewforum quiz on u-s-religious-knowledge is answered if you recall
the word transubstantiation from Tom Lehrers The Vatican Rag. These are provided in honor
of POPE FRANCIS, who CONDEMNED RACISM AND DECLARED THAT ALL RELIGIONS
ARE TRUE AT HISTORIC THIRD VATICAN COUNCIL. The latter assertion presumably cites
Islam, which george-bush claimed is-a-religion-of-peace, despite the fact that Prince Charles said
that Islamic militants are deliberately attacking Christians [noting the possibility that Christianity is
Booming in Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa]. Someday, there will be an Islamic Reformation
[noting another example of triumphalism, plans to Convert Hagia Sophia into a Mosque in Turkey]
but, pending this event, it is noted that Pope Francis juggled Vatican officials and a Financial
break befell the ailing Philly-Archdiocese; removing doubt about BHOs impact on the Holy See,
the Vatican Chief Justice Slammed ObamaCare-Mandate and Vatican-Embassy Relocation.
Finally, test the human rights legislation [see prior blast] on this triad: the lesbian-boss who

Guzzardi

In the archives of the Philly Inquirer, it is noted that he was a member of a PA-group that aided-a
school board-in a teachers-union-fight and, on another occasion, he observed "Big business is
not the (small) taxpayer's friend." He currently notes that Pennsylvania faces a budget deficit of
$1.2-$1.4 billion, which would be erased if welfare for the wealthy billionaire corporations were
terminated. [Also noted is the view that pennsylvania-gets-high-marks-for-tax-policy-reforms-but-
rates-remain-high.] On Facebook, there is a freedom-index mirroring Guzzardis Liberty Index,
and Guzzardi found it reasonable that michigan-gov-snyder-blocks-welfare-recipients from
entering liquor-stores, horse-tracks, and strip-clubs; he also elaborated on his motivations:

The polls Corbett has little to no chance of being elected in November 2014.
Look at the polls which are consistently trending downward. I am not electable in
November in 2014 and neither is Tom Corbett.

As for the Primary, you may be underestimating the disappointment with Tom
Corbett and Harrisburg Republican Leadership. If that disappointment is as deep
as I think it may be, and if it coalesces, it is not inconceivable that I win the
primary.

We shall see if I can light up some brushfires of freedom. This is the opportunity
for the grassroots Constitutional Republicans, and Republicans independent of
party leadership, and Republicans who are not hacks, like lobbyists, getting
money from the government because of party connections to confront and
replace Harrisburg Republican leadership, the network of insiders.

Recalling the Sandusky Affair, the Inqy explored how Cynthia Baldwin went from adviser to
witness against Spanier without wondering-why she did not insist the Board knew of the scandal;
read the article and confirm this glaring omission. Regarding fracking, the PA Supreme Court
delivered a blow to a 2012 law known as Act 13 that was promoted by Gov. Corbett and the
Marcellus Shale natural gas industry as a means to create a uniform statewide standard for gas
development; by a 4-2 vote, the court ruled that the zoning provisions in the law were
unconstitutional, though the court disagreed on the grounds for striking down the law. "The
bottom line is that the majority of the court agreed that Act 13 is unconstitutional, and that local
governments can zone oil and gas drilling like they do other activities,"

Foreign Affairs

As noted earlier, Ms. Shoshanah Bryen provided an Iranian-update which presaged observations
that OBAMA'S UNRAVELING IRAN DEAL appears to be Falling Apart [A Sunday statement from
Khameini read, If our centrifuges do not continue to turn, no other wheel shall turn for our dignity,
independence, power, and security.]; this didnt stop BHO from threatening to Veto any New
Sanctions Against Iran, although he again dodged a bullet when this pending legislation was not
appended to the National Defense Authorization Bill and, thus, has been delayed [Cruz feels the

Duck Dynasty

This compilation of headlines tells the tale of how this sudden-controversy is trending noting that,
on Friday, sources close to the Duck Dynasty Robertson family told E! Online that the family was
very serious about ending the show if Phil Robertsons suspension stood. Meanwhile, facebook-
107

likes providing robertson support topped the total-obamacare-enrollment; it was noted also that,
throughout this Duck Hunt attacking Phil Robertson, the media omitted a key 'GQ' Quote
[Robertson is anti-sin, not anti-gay, and he believes people should all love one another.]. Thus,
elite media used a GQ interview with the "Duck Dynasty" patriarch to lie and to extrapolate quotes
as an excuse to go on an anti-Christian rampage intended to toxify Biblical beliefs as bigoted and
anti-gay [satisfying a long-term goal]. PIERS MORGAN claimed the FIRST AMENDMENT

Evil Preaches Tolerance Until It Is Dominant, Then Seeks to Silence Good

In 1987, Andre Sarano took a photograph of Christ on the cross in a jar of urine.
It won the Southeastern Center for Contemporary Arts Awards in the Visual
Arts competition, which was sponsored in part by taxpayers.

Outraged Christians were told they didnt have to see it. They did not have to go
to the museum. Their money, of course, had to fund the National Endowment for
the Arts, but they themselves just needed to ignore it. Christians needed to show
tolerance to for the diversity of others thoughts.

Robert Maplethorpe spent many years touring the United States with artwork
depicting, among other things, people drinking urine, bondage and
sadomasochism, and a picture of himself with a whip inserted in that part of his
body Phil Robertson does not find very attractive.

Conservatives offended by this were instructed to be tolerant, not go to the
exhibit, and just turn the other cheek.

In 1996, Chris Ofili created a painting of the Virgin Mary. He pornographic
images and elephant dung. Rudy Giuliani, then Mayor of New York City, tried to
yank funding for the Brooklyn Museum because of the painting. Giuliani was
pilloried in the press for doing so. Tolerance was demanded. Christians did not
have to go to the museum if they wanted.

And now weve reach a new level.

by: George Washington
(Independent Journal Review)
On Monday, United States District Court Judge Brian Cogan ruled that the
Affordable Care Act cannot force religious nonprofit organizations to pay for birth
control for their employees. However, the judge didnt stop there.
Cogan went on to completely blast Obamacares contraception mandate and
the Presidents unconstitutional way of enforcing it with these three very
compelling points:
#1 First, he dismissed the Obama administrations argument that the
contraception mandate must be uniformly enforced for it to work,
reminding them of all of the exceptions theyve made for special interests
such as unions and members of Congress:
Tens of millions of people are exempt from the Mandate, under exemptions for
grandfathered health plans, small businesses, and religious employers like the
Diocesan plaintiffs here. Millions of women thus will not receive contraceptive
coverage without cost-sharing through the Mandate. Having granted so many
exemptions already, the Government cannot show a compelling interest in
denying one to these plaintiffs.
#2 Second, he rejected the claim that nonprofits should just agree to the
law because they wont have to follow it anyway:
Here, the Government implicitly acknowledges that applying the Mandate to
plaintiffs may in fact do nothing at all to expand contraceptive coverage, because
plaintiffs TPAs arent actually required to do anything after receiving the self-
certification. In other words, the Mandate forces plaintiffs to fill out a form which,
though it violates their religious beliefs, may ultimately serve no purpose
whatsoever. A law that is totally ineffective cannot serve a compelling
interest.
#3 Finally and this is the best one he called out Obama for
overreaching his executive powers to enact parts of the law that Congress
didnt agree to:
The Government first argues that the alternatives above are infeasible because
the defendants lack statutory authority to enact some of them. This argument
makes no sense; in any challenge to the constitutionality of a federal law, the
question is whether the federal government could adopt a less restrictive means,
not any particular branch within it. It would set a dangerous precedent to hold
that if the Executive Branch cannot act unilaterally, then there is no
alternative solution. If defendants lack the required statutory authority,
Congress may pass appropriate legislation.
Judge Cogan is one of the few federal judges to call out Obama for his
administrations increasingly widening interpretation of what he can do
without congressional approval. While this ruling is certainly a win for religious
liberty, its an even bigger victory for limited government.

The Budget Capitulation

110

It is quite annoying to note that fitzpatrick-introduced a-bill-to-help-veterans AFTER he voted to
pass the faulty-budget; this flailing effort to compensate for ANOTHER bad-vote was mirrored by
Patty Murray [who backed-off from the military pension cut], sen-johnson [who could not defend-
cutting-military-pensions], all senate-dems [who-blocked an amendment-to-restore-veteran-
benefits by closing illegal immigrant welfare loophole], Ryan [who Knew About but Ignored
Military Pension Cuts 'Mistake' in Budget Deal and then became Mum on Proposal to Fund
Veterans' Pensions by Cutting Illegal Alien Tax Benefits], and boehner [whose betrayal has been
elucidated by Jenny Beth Martin]. As the dems budget-document claimed victory via ryan-
murray-budget-deal, hagel-promised still more-military-pay-benefits-cuts. [Oh patriots of the Tea
Party Movement in the 8
th
Congressional District, tell me again why Mike shouldnt be Primaried?]

Ryan-Murray and the Fundamental Lack of Seriousness in Washington

Yesterday, Republicans in the Senate blamed Harry Reid for cutting veterans
pensions.

But the House of Representatives passed the legislation first. The GOP could
have fixed it there had Speaker Boehner spent more time reading his legislation
than attacking conservatives.

Once passed, the House of Representatives headed home for Christmas.

Had Harry Reid let the amendment through on Ryan-Murray, the Senate would
have had to pass the legislation and the House of Representatives would have
had to scramble back to Washington to repass the legislation they could have
fixed the first time.

But the Republicans were not really interested in fixing the legislation. They just
wanted to blame Harry Reid and play gotcha with the lives of veterans. In fact,
111

Paul Ryan claimed the legislation would not affect veterans disabled in war, but
that claim was not true. Paul Ryan and John Boehner attacked conservatives for
criticizing the legislation without knowing what was in it while they claimed
things were in the legislation that were not there.

In the meantime, veterans are pawns to the parties. But wait once people
pointed out the GOP could have prevented these cuts if they really wanted to,
suddenly the GOP said they were not really cuts, just reductions in the rate of
growth.

Subject: Action-Items - XX [Guzzardi]

http://www.scribd.com/doc/193349407/Action-Items-XX

Because so many topics are of-interest, it is desirable to convey the juxtapositions of hyperlinks
as efficiently as possible, for the current approach is inordinately time-consuming [and busy];
indeed, it had been hoped that re-titling these hyperlink-aggregates action-items would coerce
some selectivity but, alas, it seems I continue to ID action-items galore. Furthermore, now that
Guzzardi is off-and-running, I must pay more attention to Keystone Reports for policy-grist;
during the past 12-hours, for example, Ive been accumulating hyperlinks [in-between testifying
to judges deciding whether patients are disabled] and now have accrued 15 pages [in addition to
the hundreds of hyperlinks in-storage. Thus, the process of digesting them must be tackled BUT
endpoints must be established, namely, previously-established concepts will not necessarily be
revisited if all that has emerged is corroboration of what already had been definitively concluded.

In my travels, enjoyable/seasonal hyperlinks have emerged, including carols
[Top 10: TheDCs favorite Christmas songs; Angels We Have Heard On High
[Pentatonix]; Snoopy's Christmas vs. The Red Baron - The Royal Guardsmen;
Joy to the World; Bowling For Soup; and ray conniff singers] and videos [seven
awesome christmas commercials will make you cry; random-acts-of-magic;
elderly performance; snow-art; Flash-Mob-Dancers; Flash-mob of do-re-mi];
and shadow theater]. Also, a patient who is into metaphysical healing advises
watching Raphael, and Signs of God's Existence are in a lenghty Documentary.

Therefore, the outline approach will be morphed into distillations of what is considered advisable,
again, pending input/reactions. The goal is to convey cogent policies and how to achieve them,
maintaining the subcontext of capturing [for example] the effort Guzzardi is head-honchoing;
recognizing that this may be more unique to PA than it is nationally, it will be desirable to inject
observations generated from [for example] listening to Boehner/McConnell rant against people
who helped them electorally [noting that the TEA Party Movement serves as the GOP-base].
Sadly, all this activity has squished-away attention to Foreign Policy, and it is hoped that the way
info will now be conveyed will allow for key-observations [such as Israels anger @ BHOs NSA]
to be captured; in any case, this next blast is dominated by themes Guzzardi has broadcast.

Guzzardi

Keep your eye on the ball. Guzzardi wants to get onto the ballot to help lead a resurgence of
grass-root Constitutional Republicans; he wants to stop Democrats from making PA suffer a fate
comparable to what Obama is trying to achieve nationally, namely, to maximize socialism at the
expense of free enterprise and individual entrepreneurship. Denying Tom Corbett the Republican
Gubernatorial Nomination would level the political playing-field by defeating, devastating,
decimating and destroying the Harrisburg GOP Leadershipan Insider Network of
incumbents, lobbyists, cronies, hacks and unions that is bankrupting PAs Forgotten Taxpayers
114

and replacing the power-elite with limited-government advocates to serve Main St. Americafor
Personnel is Policy. {Guzzardi sadly notes the transportation bill will yield a diesel tax of 65 .}

Guzzardi is trying to get onto the ballot because he wants to offer Republicans a
choice, noting his policies; these are applied forcefully when he lashes-out at
people such as Santorum who are pro-Life but big-spenders [here, publicizing
GOP-rep-dick-stevensons-three-bad-debt-votes]. He feels Corbett cannot win,
for his favorables continue to decline and that there is little reason to think any
reversal will occurparticularly as the Sandusky scandal continues to rage.

Why did it take the Attorney General's Office three years to
arrest him, and why was the investigation so understaffed? Were
not ethical and moral lines crossed when, after investigating
Penn State as Attorney General, he then participated as a
member of the Board of Trustees upon becoming governor? As
governor, why did Corbett personally approve a $3 million
taxpayer-funded grant to Sandusky's Second Mile charity, given
his knowledge that Sandusky was being investigated?

Guzzardi also notes with dismay the fact that the teachers-union-wages-costly-
war against right-to-know-law and that the High cost of state workers creates PA
budget crisis; thus, he would concur with prioritizing PENSION OVERHAUL,
which is AT TOP OF CORBETT'S 2014 TO-DO-LIST, to fight-off the prospect
that the Pension Bomb might detonate. It does not appear that citizens focus on
reforming the Assembly [Pa. lawmakers spent $2M on lodging & meals and
COLA critics renew crusade to reform state lawmakers' [automatic] pay raises];
the idea of shrinking the size of the legislature [passed in the House, but
predicted to die in the Senate] prompted one journalist to express fear that such
bills would cut-pa-representation [and enhance the power of incumbency].

In fact, Guzzardi advocates defeat of the entire Republican
House Leadership [Bottom Left to Right Sandra Major Majority
Leader Mike Turzai Whip Stan Saylor Union Republican Mike
Vereb top Left to Right Dave Reed, House Committee on
Appropriations Chair Bill Adolph (uber hack) Dick Stevenson];
also, he has focused upon Mike Vereb, despite the fact that Mike
says he has not abided by what unions have asked him to do.

PA Voters Overwhelmingly Support encouraging Primary Opponents to emerge,
but voters are angered by Obamacare and the Lack of Liquor Privatization; thus,
they would welcome that LIQUOR PRIVATIZATION MAY GET A SHOT. Also,
they would probably derive a certain pleasure that both the Eagles and Steelers
won on Sunday; the Steelers are in the playoff-hunt, and the Iggles Showdown
with Dallas was moved into prime time [after Romo eked-out a W against D.C.].
{It is noted that a Former Eagles cheerleader turned army lt. was duly honored.}
115

Replacing Corbett on primary-election day [5/20/2013] would decrease the risk that a Democrat
will become Governor [from 2015-2018]; in fact, Harrisburg needs to be purged for, otherwise,
efforts to achieve profound reform will fade into oblivion. Guzzardi adheres to principles espoused
by the TEA [Taxed Enough Already] Party Movement, noting its focus on fiscal responsibility;
here, positions he has taken would promote the interests of Small Business, the Energy Industry,
and Social Conservatives who [respectively] oppose his having embraced ObamaDontCare
[despite Corbetts strong pro-life stance], tried to create statewide user-fees for fracking that have
been found unconstitutional [because they attempted to ignore the interest of local communities],
and advocated for legislation that would unduly empower members of the LGBTQ-community to
charge others with discrimination [noting his view that Gay Marriage is now the law-of-the-land].
{Also noted is the PA Supreme Courts having remanded the Act 13 'doctor gag rule' challenge.}

Guzzardi also exhibits his spirituality; regarding an essay by tim-carney
addressing the death of his one-year-old nephew, Guzzardi revealed his version
of being pro-life: Washington Examiners Tim Carney, usually, writes hard-
nosed, green-eyeshade article on Welfare for the Wealthy in the form of
Corporatist Cronyism. Here, he changes course and writes of his personal
feelings toward the death of his 14 month old nephew, John Paul Kilner. These
are words both understood and felt. Tim Carney reminds us that every life has
value and meaning. Our challenge is to ask What are we to learn from this life?

Guzzardis efforts promise to coalesce activities of the Precinct Project, for one can envision
generation of county-level slates of State-Committee candidates who, then, would be ripe for
election by the loyal GOP-base, frustrated with the Establishment. [Illustrating his concern with
delayed-taxationdisguised as $6.3 Billion of new-debtis concern that Atlantic City and Las
Vegas face Detroit-style catastrophic collapses noting, for example, that Tropicana & Caesars will
buy & close Atlantic Club Casino Hotel.] Finally, Guzzardi would want more attention to be
directed towards the Hershey Trust Scandal and, specifically, how involvement therein appears to
have bipartisan appeal and he would want it noted that AG-Corbetts claim that all four party-
caucuses were being investigated [listen to video] hit the House-GOP [including Sam Smith, see
purloined $20,000,000 - page 1 paragraph 3] but never encompassed the Senate-GOP [although
it vindicated his attacks on John Perzel, illustrating his prioritization of fighting-corruption over
party-loyalty]. {Guzzardis favorite piece on John Estey [Linked to Hershey Trust Scandal, vide

Ardmore man launches primary bid against Corbett
By Angela Couloumbis, Inquirer Harrisburg Bureau

POSTED: December 22, 2013

HARRISBURG: A conservative businessman and activist from Ardmore is
exploring a challenge to Republican Gov. Corbett in next year's primary.
Bob Guzzardi, known in political circles for his financial backing of conservative
antiestablishment candidates, said Friday he would begin gathering signatures to
get on the May ballot.
In an interview, Guzzardi said he did not plan on raising money or spending his
own. But, he said, Republicans deserve an alternative to Corbett, who he said
has abandoned his conservative principles and strayed from his campaign
promise of limited government and no new taxes.
"The end game is to confront the Republican establishment," said Guzzardi, a
onetime supporter of Corbett. "It's about Tom Corbett and his performance, but
it's also about the failed Republican leadership in Harrisburg."
116

A spokesman for Corbett's campaign could not be reached for comment.
The governor, facing anemic public-approval ratings, is already contending with a
growing number of Democratic challengers. The thinking in Republican circles
has been that Corbett at least would have the advantage, as the incumbent, to
raise money and promote his candidacy for the next few months while his
Democratic opponents slug it out for their party's nomination.
And though Guzzardi will have a difficult time edging out Corbett, who has the
weight and financial support of the state party behind him, the lawyer and self-
described "Constitutional Republican" does have a history of political cage-
rattling.
After the legislature's unpopular pay raise in 2005, he helped bankroll primary
candidates against incumbents. He has also supported Democratic candidates
challenging Republicans who he believed had abandoned conservative ideals.
To get on the ballot, Guzzardi needs 2,000 signatures, including 100 each from
at least 10 counties. He said he has started reaching out to grassroots
organizations for help.
"I am hoping this will be a venue for the grassroots to mark their protest,"
Guzzardi said.
He added: "The idea is to coalesce and to mobilize the grassroots to promote
open and competitive primaries, so voters get to choose the person who will
represent them."

Ardmore businessman plans to challenge Corbett
for nomination

From Main Line Times

Ardmore businessman Bob Guzzardi plans to challenge Gov. Tom Corbett for
the Republican nomination. Guzzardi feels that Gov. Corbett is unelectable and
he wants to shake up the race.

"I want to be an alternative to the Harrisburg Republican leadership." Guzzardi
said on his facebook page. "Given that Corbett cannot win in November,
Republicans deserve a choice, not a loser imposed by insiders."

Guzzardi supports conservative candidates and causes for their emphasis on
supply side economics according to his blog.

Guzzardi needs to get signatures from 2,000 voters, including 100 from each of
10 counties by the March 11 deadline according to the Associated Press.

http://www.scribd.com/doc/193384194/Action-Items-XXI

Executive Summary: BHOs Foreign Policy is diminishing US influence worldwide and allowing
Islamists to gain sway [via the Muslim Brotherhood]; Israel is unduly stressed, and many feel
Obama-BB will suffer a worsening of interaction, yielding turmoil particularly among erstwhile
allies [such as Saudi Arabia].

christmas-song: little-drummer [ABBA]
Christmas Song: 'The Little Drummer Boy / Peace On Earth' [Bing Crosby & David
Bowie]
Christmas Address of President Ronald Reagan, December 23, 1981

Neglected have been Foreign Policy concerns, perhaps because it appears to be impossible to
alter the approach adopted by obama, who fiddles-while-the-world-burns; one wonders whether
the-West will be able to withstand-this presidency; everywhere, it seems the vacuum of
leadership is causing unnecessary and unprecedented duress [China Denounces Japan's
Planned Military Expansion and China Conducts Flight Test of DF-41 Long-Range Nuclear-
Capable Missile; Kiev Anti-Government Protest Draws 100,000; Hundreds of Relatives of Kim
Jong Un's Uncle Imprisoned/Executed; and sweden marches into oblivion], while a glimmer-of-
hope can be IDed [CIA Helped Colombia Kill Rebel Leaders] that America can act. {BTW,
Guzzardis announcement appearedby quoting an AP piecein the buckscountycouriertimes.}

"2016" Update with Dinesh D'Souza is accompanied by an invitation to receive
further updates and a sober [paraphrased] commentary [BHO seeks to
undermine American Exceptionalism and take us down a notch. When I directed
2016: Obamas America over a year ago, I prayed that I would be wrong. The
damage that I predicted Obama would do to our country could never be worth an
I told you so. Unfortunately, I wasnt wrong. Wielding a weaponized national
debt and a disdain for Americas standing in the world, he keeps drawing us
nearer to the dystopia I warned against in 2016. ]. Indeed, this heavily-
produced 8-minute video dramatizes inter alia why BHO now opposes friends
and helps enemies of America, noting that his behavior is methodical and, thus,
it is not comparable to the blundering of Carter [particularly with regard to Iran].

The worldwide effort to create a Caliphate seemingly emerges everywhere [putin-says-to-
exterminate-islamic-radicals-like-cockroaches; thailand, on Sunday, experienced jihad by
muslims who promulgated mass-bombings and shootings; a Saudi prince told Obama he has
made a mess of the Mideast; Kyrgyzstan woman seeks asylum due to fear of 'bridenapping';
quakers [for a half-century, plus] have bent-to-anti-semites-and-anti-zionists; Islamic
ANTISEMITISM prompts JEWS to FLEE FRANCE; and a Car Bombing in Benghazi Kills at Least
6]. Also, Obama said US may take further military action to protect Americans in South Sudan
because Rebels hold a key-oil-capital-in-South-Sudan; Four U.S. Soldiers were Wounded while
Evacuating Americans from South Sudan (a US Military Aircraft was Hit). Regarding Pakistan,
150 Muslim clerics asked the government to ensure Blasphemy could only be punished by death
[removing the option OF a LIFE SENTENCE]; muslims gunned-down a polio supervisor and a
terror-group threatened deadly-attacks in NY/DC. Regarding India, a Taliban group was born
(modeled) on Taliban Pakistan and the US-diplomatic debacle festered. Through it all, via Iran,
hezbollah serves as a major-global-footprint-of-lebanons-party-of-god, threatening terrorism
everywhere.

119

At the onset, one must deal with underlying/rampant anti-Semitism, particularly
among members of the American Left, which continues to promulgate its
doctrinaire insistence that Israel is the root of all evil; BHO remained mute as a
democratic-think-tank-spread-max blumenthals hateful lies against israel, louis-
farrakhan-defended-kanye-wests classically anti-Semitic remarks, and an
Alabama Judge imposed maximum 15-year prison sentences for American
Muslims plotting jihad. This threat is rampant in England, where murderers claim
the real victim in the brutal murder of Lee Rigby, a British soldier, is the terrorist
mosque that his murderers attended; it permeates the print-media [guardian-
mourns-a-palestinian-who-asked-are-jews-evil-by-nature]; the broadcast-media
[bbc-mideast-editor-tweet-shows-clear anti-Israel bias], and Parliament [david-
ward, mp, sponsors ludicrous anti-israel motion in house of commons]. Noting its
conservative leader, It took canada to seek a un-official-ousted-over a
palestinian-holocaust-comment.
Regarding Iran, Even assuming the doubtful proposition that the current diplomatic effort will
actually stop Irans weapons program, a nuclear deal that leaves the ayatollahs missiles, terror,
and hate in place is an open invitation to future conflict, not peace or dtente. Thats why with-
geneva, it appears military-force-is the only remaining way to stop iranian nukes and anyone
claiming this would constitute rushing to war, would have to be reminded of a decade-plus of
delay by all Western nations [and the UN, of course]. Also, the-camp-ashraf-massacres [in Iraq]
constituted a-failure-to-protect that, in-turn, reflects how the US is ceding power to the Iranians in
the region; as the new-moderate-iran-threatens-retaliation-to-proposed-sanctions and iran
announces a-300-missiles-1240-mile-range-war-dance, Iran also claims World powers should
avoid 'troublemaking.' After Munich, Winston Churchill delivered the famous phrase: "You were
given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor and you will have war." After
Geneva, BB was the only leader expressing disagreement, speaking of a "historic mistake";
diplomatically, he was unable to speak of dishonor and/or betrayal, although both were plainly
evident.

Israel can only recognize Irony and Intuition when conjuring its best survival
philosophy, and it can gain strength when recalling the Story of Hatikvah; it
should ignore a new New York Times bestseller by Israeli left-of-center journalist
Ari Shavit [My Promised Land: The Triumph and Tragedy of Israel], for it is
another Israel is losing its soul book. Obama and Clinton were Charged in a
Muslim Brotherhood Conspiracy, as the media continued to Mainstreaming anti-
Israelism [more than a cottage-industry, by now]. {Contrariwise, kosovo-loves-
israel because kosovars identify with Israels history.}

Meanwhile, Israel experienced a weekend-of-attacks, as jihadists-in-gaza-fire a rocket-at-israel
and there were two attempts to-breach the border; a Terror Attack was Foiled near Jerusalem,
after Three terrorists were arrested after they approached police at Mishor Adumim, one with a
knife. And disaster was averted as a bomb exploded on a bus after passengers had been
evacuated in a Bat Yam terror attack; while a sapper was defusing it, the device detonated,
injuring this policeman; peres-thanked the driver and the heroic-passenger who saved israeli bus
from terrorist bomb. Hamas and Islamic-Jihad welcomed it although, as is now classic, these
Palestinian terror groups hailed, but didnt claim responsibility; Hamas claimed the attack had
occurred in retaliation to [unspecified] Israeli operations in Judea/Samaria. Sadly, such Terror
attacks have increased as talks progress; the public was alerted as to further bombings. {Noting
the Bedouin issue, Israel wont forcibly deport illegal african-migrants, but-it-wants-them-to-leave.}

Regarding these talks, Kerry will reportedly present a framework peace
agreement to Israeli and Palestinian negotiators by December 31. According
to Maan News, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas informed the
120

Arab League about the upcoming proposal, saying it would contain US
suggestions regarding the borders of the future Palestinian state. As a
Palestinian Negotiator claimed talks with Israel Won't be Extended 'Even by A
Minute,' it appeared that, as the clock runs out on the viability of the so-called
two-state-solution, efforts to sustain it have become increasingly desperate,
bizarre, disingenuous, egregious and evil. Inasmuch as the focus is on the
Settlements, one must recall 10 Unknown West Bank Facts that illustrate why
the settlements-are-legal, legitimate-and-necessary-for-peace for they reflect
Israel's Legal Sovereignty in Palestine; israeli communities [misnamed
settlements] in-judea-and-samaria [aka the west-bank] are-completely-legit. It
is delusional to think that an agreement based on territorial concessions will bring
peace, after 1300 years of relentless Muslim attacks; and there is no one upon
whom Israelis might rely, for palestinian-human-rights-groups-are-anything-but;
as another example of the deference provided to the Palestinian Arabs, know
that NBC caved in to Palestinian pressure and said it will not film a mini-
series, Dig, in Jerusalem as originally reported. [Haaretz reports network
executives denied to the PLO that a plan to shoot the six-episode drama in
eastern Jerusalem had ever existed.] And, for good measure, the PLO now
[incredulously] Claims Jesus Was Palestinian and disseminates [in honor of the
Christmas Season] even more-christmas-lies. And this was just announced:
abbas-will-oppose-official-recognition-of-jewish-state.

As an undertone, israeli-officials-condemned-reported-spying-on-
israel-by the u-s-and-u-k, and some Israeli Ministers Demanded
an End to US Spying and E-mail Tracking while BB moved to
seek calm; meanwhile, the US was furious that israel sold
advanced-military-technology-to-china as Israel was furious BHO
had pardoned druggies, as a u-s-official said jonathan-pollard-
will-continue-to-serve-out-his-sentence. Caroline Glick feels
every day Pollard remains in prison is an attack on the freedom
and security of the American Jewish community, while
Commentary-Mag attempted to correlate Pollard with the
edward-snowden spying behavior. {An opinion-piece claimed
that the IDF had betrayed Shalom Eisner.}

In the region, up to 11,000 Muslim fighters from 70 nations are in Syria and Obama-backed
jihadists fire mortar shells on Syrian church, killing 12 people; gaza-woes-opened-the-floodgates-
of-anti-israel-slander.
Egypt Activists Get 3 Years in Prison for Protest and Egypt Refers Ousted Morsi to Third Trial; it
seems egypt-buried-the-brotherhood, as a senior-idf-officer claimed egyptians had decided-to-
paralyze-hamas. Al-Qaeda Apologized for Killing Muslims, and the lawyer who wanted to
represent OBL, Stanley Cohen, was indicted for at least $3 million of fraud (a total that may climb
as his financial shenanigans are scrutinized; the indictment reveals his brazen disregard for the
law. Through it all, shariah-law-mandates-islamic-warfare-on-a-main-target, the-silencing-of-the-
west [an effort facilitated by hillary and obama].

The situation with Turkey appears to be in-flux. On the one hand, a muslim-
brotherhood-channel-finds-home-in-turkey and Israel and Turkey could be
nearing a breakthrough in restoring ties, as the Turks relaxed their position on
Israeli compensation:

The agreement is ready; all thats left is to fill in the blank with a
number. There are still differences regarding the amounts, but
they have narrowed, the senior Israeli official said, adding,
There is a will on both sides to wrap things up as soon as
possible and normalize relations.
121

In the event of an agreement on the compensation, Jerusalem
and Ankara are expected to immediately announce an upgrading
of relations and the exchange of ambassadors. In addition, the
Turkish government will pass a law withdrawing all claims
against IDF officers and soldiers connected to the flotilla raid and
will block any similar claims in the future. Turkey will also cease
to work against Israel in international forums.

On the other hand, when millions of people demonstrated over the summer in
Turkey against what they called an increasingly authoritarian government,
Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoan blamed international groups for
the unrest. Now just a few months later, as a corruption probe has sent two of his
ministers' sons to prison, we find that he is pointing fingers againthis time at
former Western allies, foreign diplomats, financiers and the media. "The meaning
of the conspiracy that was hatched last week is very clear: disrupting peace and
stabilityWe will destroy these nasty games being played on Turkey," he said
Sunday. The Turkish government's retaliation against the bribery investigation
raises questions about its commitment to clean governance, while the political
crisis is tarnishing the country's international credibility. In any case, as
Erdoans AKP party was rocked by scandal, those who were behind it were
IDed. And, suddenly, Erdoan Threatened to expel a US Diplomat for scheming
against him.

Efforts to delegitimize Israel are suddenly running rampant, along with revulsion regarding such
efforts [Boycott of Israeli universities: A repugnant attack on academic freedom and us-scholars-
are-misguided-in-boycotting-israel, the American-studies-boycott-targets-breakthroughs in Israel

and Schools Blast Academic Group Boycotting Israel]. Joseph Puder discussed the-american-
studies-associations-badge-of-shame, which a Top US academic association decried and oren
felt may need congressional action. Certainly, the four-reasons-to-hate-the-jewish-state did not
justify creating a type of academic_subservience_to_the_palestinians, perhaps a culmination of
how a college-group-used a game-show-to-dehumanize-israel and how the hillel-president-
responded-to-the swarthmore-college resolution authored by its hillel foundation. Perhaps
forgotten was the fact that EUROPEAN NGOS ARE AT THE FOREFRONT OF
DELEGITIMIZATION OF ISRAEL, and perhaps surprising was the fact that native-american-
academics-joined the boycott-of-israeli-universities [prompting efforts to help them see that
Indigenous populations differed when Native American Studies were contrasted with Big Lies
About Israel. Activists decided the best answer-to-bds-is-jewish-power, particularly when forced
to deal with the fact that CAIR Decried a Muslim Group Honoring NYPD's Ray Kelly; Muslims,
including those who oppose the NYPDs practices, were thanking Commissioner Ray Kelly, yet
CAIR calls them 'sellouts.'

Immediately after having remitted the prior blast, along came two rather relevant leaks from
what Kerry is doing [kerry-misreads-palestinian-unrest and us-offers-to-guard-jordan-valley-

launch [one hopes]. Also received [in follow-up of prior remittances] is a compilation of
Jews_Who_Wrote_Christmas_Songs and word that tony-romo of the dallas-cowboys will miss
the rest-season [which should help the Iggles win]. Because this effort has consumed [again]

Executive Summary: ObamaDontCare continues to be a disasterbut still the law-of-the-land,

risk that the issue of Illegal Immigration [read: Amnesty] will be addressed by the House again
animates my desire to ID a candidate to primary Mike Fitzpatrick. The rest of the hyperlinks are

Numbers USA is especially proud of its grade cards that, for the past 17 years,
have tracked most actions in Congress that impact overall immigration numbers.
Our grade cards are widely sourced and often used by activists to paint a clear
picture of how a Member of Congress has acted on immigration.

But if the Internal Revenue Service has its way, we'll be forced to shut down our
grade cards and many of the other features on our website in the months leading
up to federal elections.

The IRS has proposed a new rule for non-profit organizations that is supposedly
meant to respond to a recent political scandal. But instead of focusing on the
rather narrow types of organizations and activities reflective of the scandal, its
rule appears ready to punish all 501(c)4 non-profit organization and would cripple
organizations whose primary mission is to educate the public on various issues in
Congress.

The rule would prohibit the simple mention of a candidate's name within 60 days
of a general election or 30 days of a primary - even if the mention has nothing to
do with the election! If your Member of Congress introduces a great immigration
bill or a terrible amnesty bill within 30 days of his/her primary, under the proposed
rule, we wouldn't be able to tell you about it.

The IRS thinks it's shutting down inappropriate electioneering by certain
501(c)(4) groups, but in reality, it's granting elected officials immunity from public
accountability. Non-profits like NumbersUSA, the Sierra Club, the National Rifle
Association, the League of Conservation Voters, and even the pro-amnesty
National Council of La Raza would all be silenced, and we're all speaking out
against it.
127

We've joined a small coalition of groups that have launched the website
ProtectC4FreeSpeech.com. This site provides additional background on the rule,
links to relevant news stories, and a way to submit public comments to the rule.

Under federal law, the IRS needs to read and respond to every unique comment
made to a proposed rule, so our goal is to send them more than 1 million
comments!

Subject: Action-Items XXIII [Holocaust Education & Guzzardi]

http://www.scribd.com/doc/193873442/Action-Items-XXIII-Holocaust-Education-Guzzardi

How to disseminate hyperlinks [each serving as a facet of a larger narrative] while attempting to
prompt the reader to act [in ways perhaps not previously pondered] will continue to entail
composing prose that comprises a news-meta-analysis *with embedded-proofs] and additional
citations with titles that are self-explanatory; due to the backlog of accumulated-data,
contemporary and less-recent references will be provided, for each concept will thereby be
demonstrated to have legs *rather than reflecting only a reflex-reaction to a headline]. It may
appear a bit tiresome to request critique/input/corrections but, while people are added [and
drop-outs have already dropped-out], the routine of recycling submissions will be followed
[unless the e-mail contains something that is truly-redundant, in which case the info will serve
as self-entertainment/enlightenment, the fusion of which has been popularized by Glenn Beck].

In the process, points regarding BHOs Foreign Policy will be given shorter-shrift,
if only because his policy of following from behind has already been proven to
be disastrous; despite what may have been the ambient tale from the Media,
the fact is that the vast array of countries that grew to appreciate America
during the first eight years of this millenniumhave demonstrated strong
skepticism during the past half-decade of BHO.

Certain alerts will seep through, again, to paint a larger picture of BHOs venal
acts [pressuring BB is the most obvious, now bartering Pollard to attain more
good faith+ and those who serve as accomplices to the Demssuch as AIPAC
[silent while BHO kicks-around BB] and the local Federation [preferring to
maintain a Dem-oriented line].

Anyone who challenges these conclusions is invited to provide a recitation of
countries that have welcomed BHOs disengagement (among prior allies, not
Iran/Russia/China) compared with those who are struggling with its impact
(among potential allies, such as Georgia/Ukraine/Kazakhstan) and those for
whom achievements by Bush-43 are being rapidly degraded
(Iraq/Afghanistan/Pakistan); even those who try to remain loyal are
disheartened (Saudi Arabia/India/Formosa) in the face of his focus on
ObamaDontCare.

When citing the local Federations predilection to championing the Dems *vide supra], the
reach of such ideological purity (extending to topics the Exponent covers as news) has been
disheartening (particularly when compared/contrasted with the impact of writers in the Jewish
Press); its behavior has recently been summarized and to follow is a terse update of what is
happening regarding the effort to ensure all Pennsylvania students are apprised of the
Holocaust (recalling that a significant amount of research, homework, legwork and analysis was
required, prior to the initiation of lobbying during the past month to help peopleparticularly
erstwhile alliesto supplant pending-legislation that would foist what was perceived as an
unfunded mandate upon Pennsylvanias 501 School Districts.

130

Note Federations desire to receive $300K to provide a uniform, high-quality
resource *read, taxation-funds+ to provide teacher education and
certification, while eschewing attaining the greater goal of simply mandating
education of all students on the Holocaust, Genocide, and Human Rights
Violationsand then allowing for PAs 501 School Boards to be offered items
that would satisfy local concerns (by grade-level, related coursework, and
projected time-allotment), sourced by entities dedicated to this cause (e.g., PA
Department of Education, Federation, Holocaust Awareness Museum).

Because the Rs are currently dominant in Harrisburg (rather than beloved-
Dems), Federation seems prepared to tolerate defeat of this decades-long goal,
assuming the Dems are subsequently triumphant in 15 (particularly noting
Corbetts dismal polling). Yet, it seems intuitive that attaining what is desirable
incrementally should be the unifying-task (starting NOW), even if this may yield
to decreased pressure (projected over the years) to enlarge any resulting
program (assuming its proven to be working).

Of course, those who would want the perfect to destroy the good continue to
recoil, raising the legitimate query into whether the Federations $-motives
obscure the goals they profess to harbor. One would THINK a shared-goal
would be to ensure all students cannot graduate High School while being
clueless as to the past/present/future import of this unit that explores the
ideology/impact of efforts to destroy vast populations. One would THINK they
would concur with the intent to recognize myriad ways this has been achieved
(from the convenience of simple-starvation to the logistical encumbrance of
gaseous-technology) against those whose mere existence has become
unsettling to imperious leaders of a squishy-to-the-import populace (such as
was the case during the past century inter alia in Nazi Germany, in Armenia, in
the Ukraine, and in Cambodia).

What must be emphasized is the twofold recognition that the Rs are not
thrilled with unfunded-mandates [fixed by the amended Senate bill, passed
unanimously by the Appropriations Committee] and that there is strong
precedent for mandating instruction in specific topic-areas [by whatever
mechanism, for example, regardless of what (Common) Core may or may not
have recognized]. Everyone will be able to share in this pending-victory
(meshing the intent of Anthony Williams and Brendon Boyle, as they plan
furtherance of their political ambitions), and no one will have compromised
core-values while having achieved common-ground (both philosophically and
operationally).

That the Exponent continued to block publication of a letter that had been
submitted directly to its editor (as an op-ed) and via its Kvetch (as a letter-to-
the-editor) has been obviated by using a just-discovered mechanism of
uploading with simultaneous Facebook submission. Noting how easily-
debunked the efforts of the PA Jewish Coalition were, push-back will
hopefullydefuse its efforts to derail a bill that now promises to fly through the
Senate, become approved by the House (dealing definitively with the issue) and
131

get signed by Corbett (good PR). {When uploading a letter regarding a
subsequent news-article that was comparable to the above-critique of its
editorial, I learned how to give a presentationwith double-spaced graphsby
typing elsewhere prior to cutting/pasting; the key points-of-disagreement are
captured herein.}

Because of Guzzardi, a state-level subtheme will be integrated [adding a spate of necessary
reviews+, although it must be emphasized that these blasts do not constitute his stances *for
example, when gay marriage issues are raised+; they do suggest *to me+ a method by which his
long-awaited effort to disrupt the GOPs status-quo can be rationalized for those who might
initially recoil @ any discordance.

The Guzzardi-Campaign will be highlighted via reformatting of his emanations
because, in addition to our intense interactions during this millennium, his
efforts serve as a simple manifestation of a national groundswell within the GOP
to purge the party of those professing conservatism (domestic, foreign-policy,
social) while aiding/abetting Dems who invoke taxation-largess to fund special-
interests (no matter how heartfelt).

Thus, if the basic concept underlying Guzzardis campaign (characterized by a
friend as Faith, Family and Individual Responsibility) is to inject a certain
libertarianism that, in turn, would refocus priorities (from abortion to
economics), he must be commended. He doesnt abandon these issues (for they
are elucidated on his website), but his goal is to achieve an alteration in the
climate in Harrisburg (foiling lobbyists and dependents). Yet, he knows I will
adopt a critical approach to his assumptions, namely, that politicians who
accept labor-union largess will routinely vote for their interests due to this fact;
Rep. Mike Vereb, for example, has been targeted, even as he lists his positions
that are at-variance with those of organizations that have provided campaign-
contributions.

Here, Guzzardi predicted my estrangement from Mike Fitzpatrick correctly, even
as I [along with those in the TEA Party Movement] afforded him wide-discretion
until he has proven to be problematic [voting at-variance with TPM-principles
and dissing Cruz]. Nevertheless, I afford people the benefit-of-the-doubt and,
thus, will simultaneously (publicly and privately) support his challenge to
Corbett (for overwhelming reasons aforementioned) and work with Mike to
help to sharpen the statewide-GOPs message.

I await a call from Mikes scheduler, John, to work-up a potential policy-
compendium which would be used on the county-level, a goal his predecessor
has professed but had failed to satisfyvia direct conversations during get-
togethers during the past decadebecause ANY Republican would be
preferable philosophically/operationally to Dems.)

On issue-after-issue, the Rs are correct, even as Guzzardi rails against
insufficient effort to achieve ends that are allegedly-shared (such as decreased
taxation of fracking); reacting to an article noting that Corbett had awarded
132

$133 million in state grants, Guzzardi wrote Democrats cannot be trusted with
money. Some days I think Tom Corbett is Democrat. He, certainly, spends and
taxes like a Democrat. Specifically, therefore, as a GOP-Committeeman, I will
remain engaged in the party (maxing-out to whatever degree colleagues which
to invite my studied-involvement); simultaneously, therefore, I will mainstream
the values popularized by the TPM (and by Guzzardi), thereby meshing what is
best viewed as oil and vinegar (rather than oil and water).

Here is Guzzardis latest campaign-manifestation, phrased in his unique-style of content-with-
candor; anyone who knows him will recognize that, for him, this is toned-down rhetoricbut no
less precise {particularly because he is serving as his own communications director per an e-
mail just sent to Daniel S. Bixler (Assistant Producer, Pennsylvania Cable Network (PCN), 401
Fallowfield Road, Camp Hill, PA 17011, Ph (717) 730-6000 x215, http://www.pcntv.com) whose
tag-line quotes Emerson, reflecting the view of The Bob (guzzardi & dr. bob): "Nothing great
was ever achieved without enthusiasm."-:

Bob Guzzardi
Corbett cannot win in November. If you do not accept that premise, then there
is no reason to support me. To put it another way, I have as good a chance of
winning in November as does Tom Corbett and Team Harrisburg Republican.

The polls for the past year show ever increasing decline in Tom Corbett's
electability. There is no reason to think the decline will turn around. Tom
Corbett's numbers are worse than Rick Santorum.

I am unaware of any poll or any evidence that I could (or Tom Corbett) win
November 2014.

Deny Corbett the Nomination and Defeat Harrisburg Republican Leadership and
Stage for electing a Constitutional Republican 2018 state House, Senate and
Gubernatorial candidates for 2018 in open and competitive primaries. The 2014
Republican Primary 20 May is first play in the long game.

My second goal is to encourage people to run for state and local committees on
a Reform Republican promise of open and competitive primaries without
endorsements from either local or county or state committees. My immediate
goal is to convince enough people to circulate petitions to get on the ballot. Not
to give the disaffected and disappointed Republicans who have been repeatedly
betrayed by leadership an alternative choice means leadership stays in control
and change becomes impossible.

Republicans deserve an alternative choice. Not to oppose Corbett and
Harrisburg Republican Leadership is to concede defeat. Complaining is not
enough. I am an agent of change. Personally, I am not that important. I am
cipher for the disconnected, the disaffected and the disappointed to have a
voice.

Please help me circulate petitions to collect signatures to get on the ballot.

Mark Driver I have two questions Bob. Where do u stand on abortion and
where did u stand on marriage? Please explain fully. Thxs.

Bob Guzzardi Mark, you are asking the wrong question and don't seem to
understand the purpose of my campaign. However, to answer your question,
marriage is between a man and a woman. And Gay and Lesbian marriage are
not a threat to Pennsylvania's fisc. FYI We do not need another costly,
government bureaucracy to solve a problem that does not exist. I am not an
abortionist but I am, also, not a member of the Pro-Life movement or the Pro
Life community which includes many Pro-Lifers who have taken more and more
of the Forgotten Taxpayer's money. The entire Pro-Life Lancaster delegation
voted for Corbett's annual, perpetual $2.4 Billion dollar tax increase and,
personally, I feel you should be ashamed of supporting people who take other
people's money simply because they are Pro-Life. Limited government means
lower taxes and more money in the community. It makes it more difficult to
advance your agenda when you are taking my money. "Do Not Steal" is Biblical,
too.

One final reminder is apt for those who still think Corbett is politically viable, noting that the
Sandusky scandal fallout dominated PennLive's top stories in 2013 [with hyperlinks to these
stories having been compiled by Penn-Live, the website of the Harrisburg Patriot-News]; the
latest in the ping-pong occurring among attorneys (in an article that is replete with links) in the
Sandusky-trial is that Graham Spanier's lawyer pushed-back against Cynthia Baldwin's grand jury
testimony in alleged Sandusky cover-up case. [Recall my view that this trial should also include
Baldwin and McQuery as defendants, both for what transpired years ago and for what wasnt
told to the PSU-Board during the past three years; anyone doubting my immediate reaction to
the Freeh-Report are invited to draw their own conclusions and, in particular, concerns that it
incompletely provided evidence of Paternos direct involvement (noting his absence from the
extensive e-mail pathway comprising an extensive/impressive appendix), inasmuch as he was
not (to my knowledge) a mandated-reporter (as would be Schultz/Spanier).

I am aware of that JoePa would have been indicted, as well, for not having done
more than tracked his having reported what he had been told had occurred
had he not suddenly died; he may have acted as if he understood its import by
134

distancing himself from Sandusky, regardless of the truth and its aftermath (by
inter alia continuing to discount him as a potential-successor and, instead,
replacing him as defense-coach). Also unknown are the inner-details of PSU-
NCAA negotiations, but I suspect the latter (regardless of its motives) demanded
elimination of all subsequent-wins by the former (no matter their history)
because the alternative would have been suspension (justified or not, noting the
extensive publicity this case had continued to garner).

,Unique neologisms such as ObamaDontCare will be preserved philosophically, but their
provision wont be uniform, for example, if they get in the way of conveying a particular point
about the A.C.A., noting how unaffordable is truly is, for those who pay for health insurance.-

Subject: Action-Items - XXIV [Cultural Issues]

http://www.scribd.com/doc/194130484/Action-Items-XXIV-Cultural-Issues

Here is the situation. I have consolidated accumulated-hyperlinks and will begin to disgorge them
in a fashion that will empower those who wish to explore topics in-depth; for everyone else, the
suggested action-item[s] will be articulated as succinctly as possible. Throughout, an attempt will
be made to remain current with mining of resources; know that this will be derived from the
following topics [with the # of pages of hyperlinks noted in brackets]: Education [6],
ObamaDontCare [13], Foreign Policy [16], Domestic Policy [27], Graphics [2], Culture-War [29],
and GOP Civil-War [29]. Due to the magnitude of this self-imposed task, the older group of
Generic-Grist [70] will be addressed after debulking of newer information has been achieved; the
goal remains to document why BHO remains such a disaster AND why he can/must be stopped
[leveraging the Conservative-Republican base to the max, in Pennsylvania, c/o Guzzardi]. Due to
the fact that we are celebrating the holiday-season [Merry ChristmasSpirit!], starting with an
update of the overall Culture-War issue seems apt; it had been addressed in a piecemeal fashion
[e.g., Pope Francis and Duck-Dynasty and scattered provision of Christmas-Carols]. Throughout,
a warning [it doesnt mean to, but sometimes Google lies] will continue to be honored, for
juxtaposing myriad hyperlinks routinely allows differing perspectives to congeal; an occasional
citation is provided as counterpoint-levity to the otherwise serious intent herein [such as the claim

On Fox, bill-oreilly took-on-the-grinch-john-stewart-in-war-on-christmas-showdown and hannity
slammed the atheist-war-on-christmas; both railed against PROGRESSIVE BULLIES and the
the-left, allegedly continuing to wage a-war-on-christmas that the SF Chronicle claimed was
Fake [Making 'Silly Hicks' of 'Culture Warriors']. The atheist Christopher Hitchens could always
be invoked to justify this endeavor; while a House Resolution denounced the war on Christmas,
Joel Osteen proceeded to Dismiss it entirely.
Controversial was the refusal of israeli-parliament-speaker [Yuli Edelstein] to display a
Christmas-tree because of the painful memories it evoked among Jews, having suffered from
centuries of persecution by Christians [claiming such a public display of a Christian symbol could
be construed as offensive]; while Rasmussen Reported Americans Prefer Christ in Christmas,
heavily documented [and the source of ongoing angst] was the need around the world, including
in Pakistan for Christians to celebrate Christmas after having been provided heavy police
protection. {Tragically, an orthodox-church-in-kosovo was turned-into-public-toilet-and-garbage-
dump by Muslims and Christmas bombings killed 34 in Iraq, while M&S was criticized in England
for Allowing Muslim Employees to Refuse to Sell Alcohol and Pork.}

A kerfuffle arose when fox-news-host-megyn-kelly-claimed jesus-and-santa-are-
both-white-guys; this occurred after the washingtonpost had dubbed her foxs-
brightest, fastest-rising star and she had claimed to Leno she had a non-
opinionated style. Then, megyn-kelly was absent-from-show-post-this santa-
jesus segment and [as was obvious to the viewers] TVNewser reports that
Megyn Kelly was out sick Thursday night and would address her Santa and
Jesus comments on Friday night's show. [On Monday's Leno appearance, Kelly
mentioned she wouldn't shake hands with Simon Cowell before the show
because she had a bad cold.] She stood by her Santa is white comments,
justifiably amplified by OReillys historical narrative, notwithstanding the claim by
others that Jesus Christ was a Jew of Mediterranean descent and not the white
European figure often depicted in paintings and movies. Subsequently, Sexist
News Hosts Insisted Santa Is Male and Don Lemon's Multicultural Santa Panel
claimed to have settled this Debate. {Claimed by some is an engrained anti-
christian-bias within the news-media.}

After 'Duck Dynasty' patriarch Phil Robertson was suspended for a GQ-interview, he said he 'will
not give' after homosexuality comments; his comments were allegedly related to so-called-
homosexual-marriage, and-catholic-schools, bigotry and-homophobia; this triggered a firestorm
along customary ideological lines with free-speech advocates [sarah-palin-and-mark-steyn]
defendingamplified by expressed-fear of any type of re-education-camp [mark-steyn]and
Jesse Jackson attacking [Calling Duck Dynasty Dad More Offensive Than Rosa Parks Bus
Driver]. This, in-turn, prompted allen-west to blast king-race-baiter-jesse-jackson-over his duck-
dynasty-comments and supporters to schedule a national-chick-phil-a-day-to-support this
suspended-duck-dynasty-star; one opined the popularity of Duck-Dynasty conveyed the
instinctive impression that people are drawn to things wholesome and good, to traditional
principles and values. [As a result, fifteen quotes-about-the-duck-dynasty-controversy-that-every-
american-should-see were compiled, as the 'Duck Dynasty' Family claimed this Suspension
constituted a War on Christianity.]

137

A&Es-duck-dynasty-dilemma prompted some in america-to-adopt a duck-you
attitude, Claiming that this liberal network was justifiably in Duck Soup due to
the absence of any outrage about gay oppression elsewhere, such as in Iran
[Iranian Gay Men To Be Hanged For Sodomy; IRAN EXECUTES GAYS; and
Two Iranian Teens Executed For Being Gay]. Indeed, liberal hero farrakhans call
for gays to be beheaded got no reaction from the media; nevertheless, a Fox
News Panel Found Bipartisan Agreement that there had been No First
Amendment Foul for 'Duck Dynasty.' It has just been announced that, after
reruns have been aired, Phil Robertson will Return To Duck Dynasty in january,
and Phil Robertson Will not Miss Any Episodes. (Shooting will resume in the
spring, and it will be accompanied by a series of public service announcements
that will promote unity.) {Here is an out-of-context video showing phil-
robertson on a homophobic rant.}

Regarding the Constitutional issues raised, surprisingly, Sen. Feinstein claimed the First
Amendment is a Special Privilege rather than a Right; this controversy apparently arose
previously when it was argued that a large entity [$4-Billion-Pandora, a music licenser] Hardly-
Needed a-Government-Subsidy and that the music industry should not oppose the so-called
Internet Radio Fairness Act (IRFA), a bill that would effectively have the government set a
reduced price (up to 85% less) for music used by Internet radio services. [Congress would
establish a forced government subsidy for publicly traded Internet radio companies by transferring
wealth from the pockets of property owners and creators to these companies.] Overall, these
concerns were predicated on the claim that The Left was generating a Coordinated Assault on
Free Speech, using leaks, coercion, and the IRS to suppress Free Speech of conservative
groups.

138

During this Holiday Season, it appears that, in the U.S., belief in God is down, while belief in
theory of evolution is up. Ongoing debate regarding abortion occurred, with the huffpo claiming
morally-good ones can exist and Jonah Goldberg claiming discordance in DC between the
forced-delay prior to getting a tattoo but the ability to get an abortion on-demand; meanwhile, an
Abortionist Accused of Killing Babies Born Alive was not isssued. Of-interest, also were the
decisions of espn to reject a catholic-hospital-ad-because-jesus-is-problematic, only to reverse it
and approve its heralding Jesuss birth and of the Superior Court of PA to overturn the child-
molestation-related conviction of Monsignor William Lynn. Finally, reflecting perhaps greater
secularism, a judge-ordered a landmark-california-cross-taken-down and an arizona-pastor was
arrested for-holding-bible-study-in-home; also, a Judge Cited Same-Sex Marriage in Declaring a
Polygamy Ban Unconstitutional, prompting some to claim the-law-should-tolerate-plural
marriages and others to exclaim that Polyamory constituted The Next 'Civil Rights' Struggle.

Returning to issues near-and-dear to the Holy See, the possibility was discussed
that Time had Chosen the Right Person Of The Year for the Wrong Reason;
Pope Francis had been perceived as much more than a savvy PR person who
has managed to take the Christian message down a notch to make it more
palatable for those who cant quite make a commitment to the full apostleship of
Jesus but, now that he had hired a PR firm to disseminate his message
[American Media Consultants], Pope Francis had later issued comments about
capitalism based on application of the Tenth Commandment. Meanwhile, a
biblical-scholar-smacked-down-piers-morgan-when-asked-to-explain-how-jesus
had condemned-homosexuality, as an activist-group targeted bob-newhart that
had been funded-by-george-soros stopped him from delivering a speech; when
one notes such behavior as skimpily-dressed-gay-dancers-crashing a family-
christmas-parade, reasonable people might conclude that such ostentatiousness
hurts the cause. Anyway, as it remained clear that christian-evangelicals
appear to be the most consistent Zionists, Ronald Reagan ability to tie Americas
origins to the Judeo-Christian Ethic applied: "If we ever forget that we're one
nation under God, then we will be one nation gone under." {Woody Harrelson
shares powerful thoughts that make one take-pause from modernism.}

Subject: Action-Items - XXV [Cultural Issues]

http://www.scribd.com/doc/194373592/Action-Items-XXV-Cultural-Issues-Christian-Persecution

The focus on action-items may appear to have been abandoned yesterday when cultural issues
were reviewed; the goal was to neutralize this potentially-volatile political-concern, so as to deal
rationally with the major issues Guzzardi [and others] will face in 2014. Ideas will be updated, but
corroborative articles will be skipped [unless a submission necessitates a reaction]; herein a few
conceptual points drawn from older hyperlinks will be placed into the pre-established context [and
unique videos encountered in the processsuch as amazing dance choreographywill be cited].
Because this has proven unduly time-consuming, expect to receive more compilations that may
yield sensory-overload; some may prove helpful for those contemplating a more in-depth study of
a particular concern [easily skipped without proving excessively intrusive, as tangential issues are
weeded-out], and it should be assumed that they have been provided in a disinterested
[comprehensive] fashion, and are consistent with prior viewpoints [and anyone who thinks
otherwise is invited to replyand this challenge will be recycled, reflexly, for all].

John Featherman [forwarded this from Artie Isaac].

Issues already prominent within the media will often be ignored, although
included will be fascinating presentations thereof [e.g., dave-barrys-review-of-
2013, the-year-of-the-zombies, with accompanying lists and obituaries] to provide
[@ the very least] a certain levity. In this regard, note that BEST NEWS
BLOOPERS 2013 include local media in Philly; also, enjoy guitars, Mariah Carey
& Jimmy Fallon All I Want for Christmas is You, and Street artists from around
the world covering "Sittin' on the Dock of the Bay."

142

Thus, regarding the culture-war theme, one may conclude that monitoring the Papacy will
continue to be fascinating [In Trusting Politics and Politicians, It Is the Pope Who is Nave and
Francis Effect: Republicans Re-Examine Relationship with Catholic Church], but it probably will
not appreciably alter the social-issue polarization; for example, this 7-minute gorgeous
visualization of Conception to birth (video starts @ minute-#2) depicts, within two months, the
beating heart (@ minute-#4) inter alia illustrating what animates the passion of pro-Lifers and
why abortion cannot be cavalierly viewed as a simple operation, as per Dem-dogma [e.g., partial-
birth abortions might be performed on minors without parental knowledge/consent, forcibly
publicly-funded by those who find it to be abhorrent (~50% of the citizenry)]. Indeed, those who
feel otherwise are invited to express opposition to providing this video to the woman who is
contemplating the procedureas an educational tool, part of the Informed Consent process
lest subsequent [early and/or late] guilt occur, as manifest by Norma [Roe of Roe v. Wade]
McCorvey; otherwise, the type of agitation in this regard that can be anticipated on the state-level
has been manifest in Missouri, where it has just been proposed that both parents grant
permission for a minor's abortion. {Also note the stats in this hyperlink: America's Depressing
Pornographic Addiction in one chart.}

143

Preserved to illustrate pervasiveness of this conduct will be anti-religion diatribes;
for example, as Kanye West Ended his Tour With an Epic Rant ['This Is Last
Time You'll Hear Me Say Anything Negative About Anyone'], he also claimed his
recent anti-Semitic comment to be an-ignorant-compliment. Although it is
anticipated that a more extensive compilation of anti-Christian behavior
worldwide will be provided when BHOs Foreign Policy is dissected, one cannot
ignore such quotes as are emanating from people such as rep-sheila-jackson-lee
[claiming christian militants might bring down America], particularly when anti-
christian violence spurred Citizens United For Israel support of a bill to create a
us envoy for religious minorities and religious statues at a catholic church were
vandalized_in_new_jersey. {Drudge says Discovering Prayer 'Changed My Life.'}

Duck-Dynastys return to A & E was consistent with my claim [countering OReillys commentary,
supporting the suspension] that freedom-of-speech should have been viewed throughout as
controlling [Love the Sinner, Hate the Sin]; this perspective was supported by Christians, FRC'S
TONY PERKINS [REVERSAL 'SHOWS IF YOU STAND UP TO CULTURAL BULLIES, THEY'LL
HAVE TO BACK DOWN'], Ted Cruz ['Tolerance Is a Two-Way Street'], Bobby Jindal [Glad A&E
Chose Religious Tolerance over Political Correctness], and in a Reply to Michael Eric Dyson [No,
Loving Jesus Is Not Homoerotic]. Predictably, this decision was opposed by the Left [fair game
for the vicious attack dogs is this group of God-fearing people who work hard for a living, achieve
the American dream, and who love and take care of each other], GLAAD, JESSE JACKSON
[condemned lifting 'UNREPENTANT' PHIL ROBERTSON'S suspension], and an MSNBC Host
[who perpetuated the claim this is 'Part of White Supremacist Culture']. Ignored are claims of
diane-feinstein that 1
st
amendment protections should be perceived as a special-privilege rather
than as a right, an argument that are part of a pattern, for feinstein-moved-to-limit-online-speech,
an action which Matt Drudge abhorred, Attacking 'Fascist' Feinstein's 'Disgusting' Comments and
Publicly Humiliating her by claiming the 17-year old blogger is as important as Wolf Blitzer.
{BTW, As a member of the Military Construction Appropriations Subcommittee, Senator Feinstein
voted for appropriations worth billions to her husband's firms.} Ultimately, it appears that this
conflict reflects the fact that America seems to have entered [under BHO] The Age of Intolerance,
whereby the forces of tolerance are intolerant of anything less than full-blown celebratory
approval.

144

This set of hyperlinks illustrates the global attack on Christianity by Islamism;
titles are self-explanatory, and they are grouped loosely. The inescapable fact
emerges that BHOs inactionby word and deedis inexcusable/criminal/evil.

Following-up efforts to mandate Holocaust Education is provision of a terse e-mail exchange with
the head-honcho of this effort, dramatizing the potential-efficacy of strategic-activism; Chuck
Feldman (President, Holocaust Awareness Museum and Education Center) was gushing
[I would be remiss if I didn't thank you for making my already happy existence even
happier. Through your tenacious closing efforts we now have a legitimate shot at getting a
mandate that I thought was years away. Brendan--Rhonda--and you have made a great
team. 2014--the year of the Pa. Mandate. Make it so.], prompting this reply [comprising
motivation to attempt to nudge the Federation to cease/desist]:

Clearly, this was a team-effort, with yourself functioning as captain; your political
prowess allowed for tempering of exuberance on my part [and I suspect on that
of others] as you proceeded methodically with your ability to transform active-
listening into focused-performance.

I did the grunt-work that was sorely needed [and which served to forearm when
that ugly PJC-memo emerged] and I made the necessary political-contacts
among those in the GOP using lingo that would resonate [invoking legislative
awareness that could translate into arguments that would prophylax].

Exemplifying the reason why your museum is so successful is how your letter
[and not mine] was published:

Mandate for Holocaust Education a Must
It is often said that the perfect is the enemy of the good. With
respect to mandated Holocaust education in our Pennsylvania
schools (Headlines: Holocaust Education Bill Splits Advocates),
the perfect is the enemy of the necessary.

The great news is that the bill to mandate Holocaust education in
Pennsylvania now has a bipartisan super-majority. The amended
version sailed through the Senate Appropriations Committee by
a 21-4 margin and is poised for overwhelming passage when the
Senate returns in mid-January. The bill will then return to the
House where State Rep. Brendan Boyles recent Holocaust
education mandate amendment failed by only 1 vote.
147

So lets put our pessimism away and contact our lawmakers to
let them know we support this amended version of HB 1424.
Holocaust education is a gateway to teaching tolerance toward
those different than ourselves, a lesson just as important today
as it was in the 1930s.

Granted, my two sticking-points [GOP hates UNFUNDED mandates and there IS
a precedent for curriculum-topics to be specified by the Assembly] didnt make
the cut, but you fulfilled your counterbalancing role [noting that you have
standing that I lack] effectively.

So lets conclude that, via this conjoint-effort, each individual involved provided a
necessary link in the chainincluding everyone on the cc-list [for reasons that
could also be specified, but which are intuitive]; I might add that this PA-model
will probably be rather easily exported nationally, for adopting a bare-bones
posture [while keeping our eye-on-the-ball] will have proven least intrusive to the
core-values of both political parties.

Perhaps we must not count-chickens prematurely, but it truly looks good andas
I muttered to BB yesterday-a.m., it would appear that this bipartisan spirit can
serve as a model for the futureboth regarding issues-of-concern and when
political careers are promoted [a point I will encompass in my next blast as
explicitly as my status as GOP-Committeeman for two decades will permit].

Subject: Action-Items - XXVI [Guzzardi]

http://www.scribd.com/doc/194388092/Action-Items-XXVI-Guzzardi

Guzzardi has been prolific, explaining [principally on Facebook] the rationale for his effort; articles
from Brad Bumsted [The Guzzardi Factor] and Dave Davies [ardmore-conservative-plans-to-take-
on-corbett] provide context. As noted previously, his focus is on limited-government and
individual-responsibiity, and he has adopted a take-no-prisoners approach, while rapidly
accumulating statewide commitments of people who are eager to circulate petitions for him,
starting on 2/17/2014. To whatever degree his effort will mesh with The Precinct Project [intended
to prompt people to help take back your government!] is unclear, although he would agree with
one facet of this effort, Stopping State-Committee-Endorsements recalling, for example, that
Corbett engineered the endorsement of Zimmermans son-in-law, Freed. {Recalling the fact that
Id been encouraging Guzzardi to run, during the past -yearif for no other reason than to
disseminate his discontentthe following compilation will illustrate the monster-creation!}

Guzzardi notes how the Hershey School Scandal [illustrated thusly seriatim]
meshed:
Hershey school's purchase of golf course helped investors
How Hershey charity director fees rose to half a million - Leroy S. Zimmerman
was named in late 2002 to the board of the small state-chartered Pennsylvania
bank that managed the assets of the Hershey charity for disadvantaged youth.
Milton Hershey School will close controversial golf course
Settlement ends Hershey Trust probe - Attorney General Kathleen Kane ended a
two-year-plus investigation into the $10 billion Hershey charity for orphans and
poor children.
Hershey Trust probe pits Corbett vs. LeRoy S. Zimmerman, an ally
Hershey charity hires former Rendell aide - As a result of Republican
overreaching, (Hershey Trust was a Republican patronage trough where pigs
were getting fat), the Dems have taken over.

Regarding multiple issues, Corbett has cow-towed with Dems; for example, although a Reader
Poll suggested Corbetts Medicaid Decision was Too Conservative, others feel he should not
have capitulated to ObamaCare and that his having touted-prescription-drug-drop-off-boxes was
a tangential concern. Although an open letter to Corbett regarding school-funding is critical, he
notes expanded state-support [with a touted-discrepancy predicated solely upon the absence of
ongoing federal stimulus money]. Repeatedly, on Facebook, he has politely/firmly told people
that his focus is on reforming Harrisburg [and, as a result, taking-no-prisoners when he, The
Forgotten Taxpayer, confronts engrained assumptions; during recent years, I have channeled his
input [written and oral], as is illustrated by the following:

Frances Hannum Coppock Bob, I think you should take note of Gordon and Sam
Rohrer [both my nephews] and not go negative. We need to know what you
stand for. Right now I don't know.

Robert B. Sklaroff As long as Guzzardi has articulated what should supplant
problematic behaviorwhich he has linked to overarching issues related to how
ideology affects legislationhe should feel comfortable using his candidacy as a
soap-box.

149

The straw-that-broke-the-camels-back was approval of gas-tax by republicans; through this bill,
he feels Corbett broke his no-new-taxes-pledge and legislators eroded Pennsylvanians
standard of living. Yet, he attacks AG-Kane, for she was targeted-in-house-ethics-hearing after
her Office defended a promotion and raise for her twin; editorialists have claimed Kane cannot
pick and choose. Along the anti-corruption line is a resource [CasablancaPA] which, he explains,
is run by Mike Veon and Brett Cott or their allies posting as Signor Ferrari and Ugarte. They
source every statement they make and I have not found any factual errors. Their presentation is
persuasive and they make a compelling case against Tom Corbett and many others including
Democrat Bill DeWeese and even Kathleen Kane for her settlement of the Hershey investigation.
Finally, as Sandusky's bid for new trial nears, turmoil can be anticipated to continue [e.g., Paterno
family lawyer says suit differs from Gov. Corbett's failed effort].

How he views Philly is illustrated by his assessment of an article [How-the-rich-
stole Christmas in Philly] that provides specific examples of how the rich reap
philanthropy in reverse: Democrats talk the talk about caring for the poor, the
weak, the disadvantaged but act on behalf of an elite with special tax breaks
because, you know, they create jobs. My view is that lower taxes do promote
growth. The Democrats give tax breaks to the politically connected and politically
connected few, including the building trades and government union
leadership. My view is tax breaks for all and level the playing field to encourage
productive growth which leads to more jobs and a higher standard of living for
all. Spend less (on government); live better. Walmart has raised the standard of
more people than 60 years of One Party Democratic Rule in Philadelphia. And
his long-term anti-corruption colleague, Jim Foster, the editor of Germantown
newspapers.com, notes that Germantown Restoration CDC Mimics Germantown
Settlement Failures, and that personal experience with public education
challenges church-and-state-separation; critical of ObamaCare, he has
provided the following Commonwealth Commentary:

Governor Tom Corbett may not be as dumb as some folks
claim. Unpopular for the way he has run the state during his
term, one should focus on the fact that we are a state in financial
free-fall with some 27 Pennsylvania cities in or near
insolvency. His support of the highway and infrastructure bill
has caused much hue and cry over the gasoline taxes that are
planned to pay for it, but paying for the projects will fall on the
next administration, and all observers are betting that will be a
Democrat, not Tom Corbett or any other Republican. So the
burden will fall on the other party to raise the money as the bills
come due, but upstate Republicans, many of whom are union-
friendly, will take credit for the continuing jobs that the bill
creates. Then the taxpayers can blame the Democrats for the
taxes.

How he views other issues is derivative of these concepts; for example, he
supplants worriment that property-rights and pennsylvanias-budget-needs could-
150

collide by focusing on cutting overall taxes by, for example, challenging
compulsory payment of union-dues by teachers, and he notes national revulsion
against-unions-that-exploit-taxpayers due, in particular, to increasing recognition
of the impact of detonation of the Pension bomb. Specifically, he noted this
occurring in NYC [Mayor Michael Bloomberg today took aim at the citys rising
pension and health costs, calling what he dubbed the labor-electoral complex
the most pressing threat to New York in the final major speech as mayor],
CALIFORNIA [who are GRADUALLY SOURING ON UNIONS], and in Illinois
[where retired Teachers Sued to Stop Pension Reform]. He also is not paying
particular note of political events unrelated to his priorities [e.g., pa-12 hugya-
announced run-for-congress and veteran and businessman Larry Stiles declared
his candidacy to run as a centrist against Rep. Rothfus in the Republican
primary, an event which is consistent with the national effort to undermine
Constitutional-Conservative Republican, behavior that itself is reactive to the
primarying tsunami against Establishment-Republicans, vide supra]. {Also
noted: companies lean on employees to contribute politically to company pacs.}

Thus, he attacks a legislature that enjoys lax-gift-laws [allowing pennsylvanias-elected-officials to
enjoy christmas-year-round] and that enacts laws that help hollywood exploit a shell-game of tax-
incentives; contrariwise, he feels fighting crony capitalism necessitates fighting governmental
growth citing the pervasive impact of unions. For example, Liberals and conservatives agree that
Pennsylvania should privatize its alcohol sales, but Wendell Youngs United Food and
Commercial Workers Union vehemently and very publicly opposes liquor privation which would
cost the union millions in forced dues deductions; he notes that Senators Pileggi, Scarnati and
Gordner are all members of Senate Republican (?) Leadership (?) and cites local-1776-
endorsements for november-6:

Endorsements by Penna. Senate Districts [excerpts]:
9 Dominic Pileggi R
25 Joseph Scarnati R
27 John Gordner R
29 David Argall R
33 Richard Alloway R

Endorsements by Penna. House Districts [excerpts]:
18 Gene DiGirolamo R BucksCo
29 Bernie O'Neill R BucksCo
80 Jerry Stern R Blair []
81 Mike Fleck R Blair Huntingdon Mifflin
142 Frank Farry R BucksCo
143 Marguerite Quinn R BucksCo
144 Katharine Watson R BucksCo
150 Mike Vereb R MontCo House Leadership
151 Todd Stephens R MontCo
151

152 Tom Murt R MontCo
160 Stephen Barrar R DelCo
161 Joe Hackett R DelCo
162 Nick Miccarelli R DelCo
163 Nicholas Micozzie R DelCo
165 Bill Adolph R DelCo
176 Mario Scavello R - candidate for Penna. Senate Monroe County Senate
District 40
177 John Taylor R Phila
178 Scott Petri R BucksCo

Furthermore, he feels Prevailing Wage [to save The Forgotten Taxpayer Billions on state and
municipal contracts] has not been eliminated because Republican (?) Mario Scavello is chair of
House Labor & Industry Committee [where prevailing wage legislation has gone to die]; he
docments this charge by noting that UFCW PLCB members Karen Reese (L) and Marcia Hall (R)
are pictured with State Rep. Mario Scavello (R-176th) from UFCWU Facebook page:

And he has claimed on his liberty-blog that mike-verebs claim of being bipartisan is undermined
by the campaign-finance record which, he claims, tells-us-where-MontCo-is-headed [noting he is
the new-chair of the MontCo Republican Committee, the MCRC]. He recognizes also how subtle
unions have become, such their funding of pennsylvanians-for-accountability [a national-union
gave $180,000 last-october-2]. Thus, he wonders why Corbett isnt actively advocating passage
of HB 50, a Pennsylvania House Bill that is An Act providing that employment shall not be
conditional upon membership or non-membership in, nor upon the payment or nonpayment of
money to, a labor organization; and providing for bargaining, penalties and remedies. Finally,
note how he names-names, with abandon, when illustrating his points:

Pennsylvania faces a 2013-2-014 budget gap of $1.2 to 1.4 Billion dollars. One
way to close this gap is to eliminate Welfare to the Wealthy, the grant of billion
taxpayer dollars a year to four billionaire, and one multi-millionaire private, tax-
exempt corporations: UPENN, Penn State, UPITT, and TempleU.

Continuing the taxpayer unfriendly tradition of Republican and Democratic
General Assemblies and Governors, Republican (?) Leadership, again, this
year, gave away taxpayer money to billionaire, private tax-exempt corporations.

Act 14A of 2013 grants thirty million taxpayer dollars ($30,000,000) to the
billionaire, private, tax-exempt corporation, the very, very privileged, liberal
Democratic UPENN.

Continuing the tradition of Republican and Democratic General Assemblies and
Governors, Republican (?) Leadership, again, this year, gave away taxpayer
money to billionaire, private tax-exempt corporations.

See House Vote 1 July 2013 SB729 act 14A. Only Republican Representatives
Krieger, McGinnis, Metcalfe, Metzgar voted NAY to this Welfare to the Welfare
which The Forgotten Taxpayer is forced to pay. McGinnis, Metcalfe, Metzgar
voted NAY Acts 10A, 11A (UPITT), 12A (TempleU) and 13A (LincolnU). Krieger
voted YEA.
152

The Senate Vote was unanimous as were the Senates votes on all five bills
appropriating from The Forgotten Taxpayer Bbillion dollars. Bipartisan: another
word for Tax increase.

Republican Senator Corman (Centre County, Penn State) is Chair of the Senate
Appropriations Committee. The Corman Dynasty has held the SD 34. Senator
Corman is up for re-election November 2014.

Pictured UPENN President Amy Gutmann, annual compensation, $2,091,764,
pictured with Obama Democrat, Rendell alter ego, Comcast multi- multi- multi-
millionaire David L. Cohen and Philadelphia Democrat Ed Rendell himself.

Pandering is what "Republican (?) Leadership" thinks will get them elected. In
fact, it is promoting policies that affect our lives in a positive way is what will get
us elected because we deliver value with better ideas of freedom, prosperity and
personal responsibility.

Here is an interview by the very smart Jerry Bowyer of Catholic priest Robert
Sirico; they both make some very compelling points. Morally, I am taught, that
one of the highest forms of expressing "love of neighbor" is to give the neighbor a
job.

Pennsylvania has a flat tax for both corporations and individuals. The focus has
to be in reducing spending.

Subject: Action-Items - XXVII [Guzzardi & Papacy]

http://www.scribd.com/doc/194403374/Action-Items-XXVII-Guzzardi-Papacy

{What may occur when faced with an ongoing task of uploading fascinating data is, at the last
minute, documents chosen for this process are switched; this is what transpired when XXVI was
submitted via Scribd for, instead of XXVII [Guzzardi], it constituted a bunch of graphics that are
accumulated and into which I dip when illustrating key-concepts; therefore, the former
[incompletely uploaded, some figures being too small to read] is provided for perusal-enjoyment,
but they will [it is hoped] appear piecemeal within subsequent blasts. In any case, nothing
obscene slipped-through, and Guzzardi is pleased.}

Guzzardi v. Corbett

Corbetts_challenges_with_legislature_in_2014 provoked this commentary by Bruce Castor:

This story captures the difficulty the Republican Party has in Pennsylvania. While
not disparaging the views of the right and right center of our party, much of which
I agree with, we need to focus on winning elections. Our governor cannot do
good things for the state if he is not in office to do them. Politics has to be the
business of the practical: what can be done as opposed to what an office holder
ideally wants to be done. The Republican Party in the minority party in PA. That
means to win a general election statewide, the Republican must get virtually all
the Republican votes and a large share of the Democrat votes. It thus becomes
an absolute: the Republican, to win a general election, must demonstrate a
willingness to compromise and work with the Democrats to the extent he or she
can, while still maintaining principles that the Republican base shares.

This is no easy thing to accomplish and Gov. Corbett's polling shows it, though
he is trying. It pains me to say it, but the "right" from our party needs to give the
Governor some room to maneuver. His personal views which align nicely with the
right in most instances, must give way to the political reality that winning
elections trumps ideology. I admire people of principle who have the courage of
their convictions willing to stand up to the rough and tumble of politics because of
their beliefs. That is why I have said nothing negative about the primary
challenge of Bob Guzzardi. Anyone willing to expose themselves to the political
crucible has guts, in my book. Nevertheless, no one FURTHER to the right than
Gov. Corbett can win a general election in Pennsylvania and the right must come
to grips with this simple reality. If conservatives want any chance at moving their
agenda forward next term, their best chance is with Tom Corbett who will not
have to worry about re-election.

So to my friends on the right I say this: give the Governor some slack to try and
attract those moderate Republicans in the Southeast and the more conservative
Democrats there and throughout the state. That was the model I tried to convince
people of with my own candidacy, and while I got little traction advancing it for
myself, that does not mean the political model itself is flawed. Montgomery
County is very much a micro for Pennsylvania with it's diverse electorate and
large population. I have watched for two decades the Republican Party slowly
implode because it ignored the most basic tenet of politics which is winning
elections. When winning takes a back seat to winning only with "your" candidate,
the result inevitably will be to the benefit of the other party. It happened in
Montgomery County in 2007 and the county flipped in 2011. If the base of the
154

Republican Party abandons Gov. Corbett because he is not "their" candidate, the
Commonwealth will suffer in 2014 the fate of Montgomery County in 2011. We
have to be about the business of the possible, not the business of the ideal.

Comments he provoked are provided [closing with mine, which may appear to be redundant and
which cite multiple aggregations of postings/observations related to Guzzardis candidacy,
namely, III, V, VI, X, XII, XIII, XVI, XXVII, XIX, XX and XXIII (among the most recent)]:

Kay Pomroy Corbett lost my vote. And at least 10% of the citizens in Pa. He lost
it for several reasons. First, his handling of Sandusky was wrong. Second, his
refusal to consider allowing me to enjoy the same RIGHTS as my neighbors is
wrong, and third he has misplaced his attention when it comes to education. He
will not enjoy another term, if my vote counts. I have been a republican my whole
life, and for the first time I am considering a change. If Pa was smart and allowed
independent voters participate in the primary election, I would be independent.
But I may have to swing further than that.

Matt Heavens putting Pennsylvanians out of work at state stores to be replaced
by low pay no benefit jobs.Giving the lottery to foreign firm....phony claims of
voter fraud..make him and his ilk unlikable to this lifelong Republican.Weneed
another Tom Ridge.

Robert Price P A Needs you Bruce.

Ted Meehan Bruce, I understand what you are saying. But why should "the right"
(I assume you mean Pro-Lifers) lift a finger to elect Republicans, if they run
scared from our issues? If the answer is "because Allyson Schwartz is so bad", I
agree - but oly to an extent. The old maxim says, "Watch what is do - not what I
say." How much more could Allyson have damaged Marriage in one term than
Tom Corbett? Would Allyson have been ale to raise family planning funds from
$8 million to $30 million - with a nominal pro-life Republican majority in both
houses? Would she have been able to raise the gasoline tax 28 cents? Would
she be able to pass legislation giving special privileges to homosexuals?

We supposedly have a pro-life Governor, and majorities in both houses! What
have we gotten for it? Damn near nothing! We're on defense! We got one bill
passed only because of the outrage over Kermit Gosnell. We were promised
much more. We were promised that the family planning money sent to abortion
senders would end, We are waiting! It more than tripled. We were promised an
Ultrasound bill. Nothing. We were promised an Admitting Privileges bill. Again -
nothing. (Oh, we can't run those right now. We might lose some seats.) Why
should we care if the GOP has a majority, if they won't use it to advance the
Cause? In your own county, Bruce Hanes intentionally broke the Marriage Law.
You have a Republican DA. Where was she? What did she do to protect our
laws? What difference did she make? Meanwhile, it took Corbett 5 weeks to
respond - a period of time when more than a hundred bogus licenses were
issued. Now lawsuits are sprouting up all over the commonwealth.

So, I'm wondering if the agenda of the Republicans is "We won't drag the Culture
down into the sewer as fast as the Democrats." What we want is a party which
actually is committed to protecting innocent life. Preserving the sanctity of
Marriage and Family, and defunding those who continuously assault the Vulture
of Life.

If we have a common interest, we will work with the GOP. I would like that t
155

happen. But we don't write blank checks in exchange for vague promises and
bad performance.

Robert Ciervo Wisconsin is a Democrat state as well Bruce, in fact more than
Pennsylvania. Scott Walker was elected there to make changes and he has
demonstrated the leadership TO make those changes. Our current Governor has
failed to lead the totally Republican led legislature to get anything of substance
accomplished. For that reason he does not deserve re-election.

Joe Sterns Alternative view: A strong majority of the electorate, D and R,
supports Right to Work, supports paycheck protection, supports school choice,
supports liquor privatization. Good policy is good politics, and Gov. Corbett has
the priceless advantage of having the electorate agree with him on his signature
issues. His challenge, Bruce Castor, is leadership, the leadership to take on the
extreme minority of special-interest lobbyists on capitol hill that make the tail wag
the dog. Guzzardi is to the LEFT of Corbett on social issues, and precisely where
Corbett professes to be on fiscal issues. The difference is leadership and
motivation. Corbett, arguably, wants to win a second term more than he wants to
transform PA. Guzzardi, were he Gov, I suspect would tell the legislature's
obstructionists in BOTH parties to get with the program and abide by the wishes
of the electorate.

Donna Ellingsen I don't care what your personal values are if you won't live them
out for political expediency......

Robert B. Sklaroff Bruce, you neglected to tackle "the elephant in the room,"
namely, the Sandusky Scandal...which [as per my postings for the past year on
PoliticsPa] Corbett has failed to rebut [1-2 troopers assigned for 3 years, allowing
the abuser to roam the streets]. This alone provokes bipartisan derision, and
SOMEONE else must supplant him...unless he FINALLY comes-clean regarding
his allegedly-dilatory conduct [while running for Governor].

Bruce, as one peruses these accumulated data, think "McCarthy, 1968"...

This is Bruces posting of 12/12/2013 [plus comments]:

I tip my hat to anyone willing to stick their neck out and run for office. It is a
monumental task exposing yourself, and more importantly, your family, to the
outrageous character assassination attacks, brutal travel schedule, fundraising,
public and media appearances. These are the reasons I decided not to run (and I
didn't think I would win a primary even if I put up with all the rest.) We as
Republicans need to focus on winning GENERAL elections and position our
nominees with that goal in mind. I liked my chances in a General election, but I
doubted I could get there. I do not believe the GOP will win another election
statewide (save maybe for judge) again without nominating candidates that can
do well in SE PA.

Candidates who have conservative credentials that appeal to people living
outside the SE, but who have shown a willingness to compromise when
necessary to govern effectively. Ideology is great, to paraphrase Gov. Christie,
but you have to win elections first. We Republicans have steadily been losing
statewide races over the past 10 years precisely for failing to grasp this concept.
Now, none of the statewide "Row" offices are held by Republicans, we lost an
incumbent US Senator, we have lost so much ground in the state senate that we
are in danger of a flip there. And while Gov. Corbett is gearing up and showing
signs of political life, the media has effectively defined him as so far down that he
can't climb back out. I intend to support Gov. Corbett as our best chance, and
further hope the Democrats fumble the ball with their wild and wooly primary
race, spending all their money and trashing their eventual nominee.

Hell of a way to choose our leaders, huh? But the broader problem remains of
how to win elections when we are over a million down in registrations and we
ignore the plain truth that 40% of General election voters live in SE PA. We must
appeal to those voters. I hope Gov. Corbett's strategy is to do just that. As for Mr.
Guzzardi, who has used me as a punching bag as often as he has praised me, I
say this: it take guts to enter the arena, so my hat's off to you for doing so.
Robert Price Your the only real choice. Please run for something

Karen Del'Marmol The reason conservatives don't win is because they're not
standing for conservative values and principles. One must STAND to win.

Also, in the spirit of providing multiple data-sources [and heretofore unrecognized context, at least
to me], the following is conveyed as mental-grist [serving as follow-up of many recent references
to the Papacy]; recognizing that the author may be reading a lot into what some may view as a
focused-plan [and noting that the chosen-title is the result of a back-door hypothetical @ the
end of the piece that wont occur], this essays key-impact is to channel long-term concern with
the Holy Sees inability to embrace Zionism:

Calling the Pope an Anti-Semite
By Giulio Meotti

Actions and words paint a sorry picture of the Vatican and Israel.

I always had the feeling that Pope Francis would be eager to engage in the
presentation of a cordial dialogue with Di\aspora Jews and that if this occurred,
he would address the Holocaust and condemn anti-Semitism in general, but also
157

undermine and isolate the State of Israel, the existential anchor of the Jewish
people.

The confirmation came this week.

To the disappointment of Israeli officials, Pope Francis will not host mass for
believers within Israel during his next trip to the Jewish State in March 2014.
However, the Pope will host a large mass in Bethlehem and that will be the
headline event of his trip.

The Pope will deliver the greatest gift to Palestinianism, which draws on the two
theological elements of anti-Judaism: supersessionism, the idea that Muslim-
Christian unity replaced Israel, and the demonization of Jews for seizing a
country which was not theirs. This is the meaning of the Popes decision to host a
mass in the Palestinian Authoritys areas. The present Pope wants to visit his
dear friends in what the Holy See brands as Palestine.

It is the blood libel of Israels occupation partnered with the return to the
Catholic cycle of existential denial in which Israel is not Israel, but the usurper
of an identity, of a history, of a name and of a land.

For more than a hundred years, and five decades after the Holocaust, the
Vatican has kept a very hostile attitude toward the establishment of a national
Jewish home in the land of Israel. Since the establishment of the State of Israel,
the Popes have adopted a policy sympathetic to its Arab and Muslim enemies.

Pope Francis will spend most of his time in Israel in the Yad Vashem Holocaust
Memorial. In Vatican policy and in Franciss conception, the Holocaust is the
counterweight to the recognition of the Jewish condition in politics and history,
which is the recognition of Jews as a people with a state in Israel.

The Catholic recognition of the Holocaust (dead Jews) justifies the denial of the
Jews as a sovereign subject of history (living Jews). It is Yad Vashem versus
Bethlehem.

If these are the Popes conditions for traveling to Israel, why not declare him
persona non grata? If Francis goes to Bethlehem to proclaim it a Golgotha
under occupation, if he curses Israeli Jews exercising their right to defend
themselves, if he asks the Palestinian Arabs to resist, then we have the right to
call the Pope an anti-Semite.

http://www.scribd.com/doc/194541568/Acton-Items-XXVIII-Culture-Iggles-Guzzardi

In follow-up of a few weekend-postings, it should be noted the 'Duck Dynasty' Culture War is
not Over [as illustrated, for example, by phil-robertson having said men-should-marry 15-and-
16-year-old-girls], particularly noting the Silence of the Lambs; GOP Establishment had
Remained Neutral inappropriately because, regarding free-speech, sarah-palin-and-mark-steyn-
are-right. And regarding the Papacys not having budged appreciably from Gospel, POPE
FRANCIS is SHOCKED BY SAME-SEX ADOPTIONS bills; noted is the view of Franklin Graham that
The pope is 'not the judge.' Finally, underreported is the fact that obama-didnt-go-church
onchristmas [nor, apparently, did his two daughters]; meanwhile, despite its being a created
holiday, the republican-party-released a statement-commemorating-Kwanzaa. {And Iranian
interfaith-outreach constitutes arrest of converts-to-christianity while celebrating X-mas, as
the global-slaughter-of Christians continuesmostly-ignored by the American Church noting, for
example, in Egypt, Muslim Brotherhood supporters stoned Christian homes and forced church-
closure.} Republicans may not want politically to promote social conservatism if they wish to
enlarge the tent.

On an optimistic note, last nights Iggles game was too-close, illustrating that
nothing can be taken for granted in the NFL [and in life]; it is gratifying that
Birds' LeSean McCoy and Jason Peters were selected to play in the Pro Bowl [but
not DeSean Jackson?+. Also noted, but almost rendered irrelevant: McCoy is
the first Eagle to lead the NFL in rushing since Hall of Famer Steve Van Buren
had 1,146 yards in 12 games in 1949. Van Buren also led the NFL in rushing in
1945 (832 yards), 1947 (1,008) and 1948 (945). *Historically, it is claimed
Phillys hatred of the Dallas Cowboys started on 12/10/1967, when Lee Roy
Jordan delivered an elbow and forearm to the face of Eagles running back
Timmy Browna naked, vicious and unforgettable hitafter which he lost 9
teeth.]

In follow-up of the Gubernatorial situation, three just-acquired hyperlinks are illustrative of how
deeply problematic Corbetts re-election prospects are recognized to be; in contrast with the
situation of most other GOP-governors [wherein Dems will continue to focus on pushing for a
Minimum Wage Hike+, Corbett *and Floridas Scott+ are the only two who appear to be lagging
ahead of 2014 Vote. Also, recently-released has been a Spanier-interview [prior to release of the
Freeh Report], during which awareness of all incriminating e-mails was clearly not apparent; the

man lied through his teeth. Thus, the accompanying e-mail is of-interest, if only because its
focus is upon exonerating JoePa by citing input from Joe Paterno supporter John Ziegler (n.b.,
it IDs problems with Cynthia Baldwin Ive also IDed):

2013 in now finishing with yet another "bombshell," which, in a rational world,
would significantly alter the media's narrative about what really happened in
the Sandusky scandal, but which the media itself will once again almost certainly
ignore.

This week the judge in the Spanier/Curley/Schultz case basically canceled a
hearing on the Cynthia Baldwin issue and whether her testimony should be
allowed in the case, or if the entire case should be thrown out because the
defendants did not have legal representation during their grand jury
appearance. As part of his ruling, Baldwin's testimony was released. Within this
testimony is a claim that Spanier lied in his interview with Josh Elliott of ABC in
2012. Because of that, ABC has decided to post the entire, unedited, nearly two-
hour interview.

Please take the time to view and listen to this interview, yest it is long, but it is
worth it if you are a true supporter of Joe Paterno, and I know you all are or else
you wouldn't have signed the petition. Click on the link and share this with
others who still question that Joe Paterno didn't do enough. It's time to set
them straight. Also check out John's website, framingpaterno.com that is full of
facts about the entire case. Here is the link for the interview. Happy New Year
2014!

Finally, in follow-up of the Castor-triggered spate of facebook-housed comments, is this one:

Robert Ciervo Bruce, I will close by stating that Governor Christie has
accomplished much more from a fiscal conservative standpoint than Gov.
Corbett, even though NJ is deep blue with two houses totally controlled by
Democrats. Christie and Sweeney literally hate each other's guts, but have
worked together to enact huge, huge reforms in the area of pensions and state
employee contributions to health insurance which has saved NJ taxpayers
billions of dollars. Corbett can't even get this done with a legislature totally
controlled by supposed Republicans. Now in NJ state employees are basically
contributing 25% of the cost of their health insurance premiums, when before it
was 0%, like it currently is in PA.

I said it before and I'll say it again, when Corbett failed to even get a minor thing
done, like closing the government run liquor stores, there was no way he was
getting anything of substance accomplished. He just does not have the
leadership traits to be able to do it. He never even threatened, let alone acted,
to veto a budget. He's a pushover and the legislative leaders sensed that
weakness 3 years ago. They are happy to just ride out the clock with him
whether he wins or loses and protect their pork, patronage and power.

Leave it to Guzzardi to continue to claim he is a Toomey Guy after having read that Toomey
Formally Endorsed Corbett; Toomey could not be expected to do otherwise, and Guzzardi
honors the success of a constitutional-conservative even if, in my view, his effort to attempt to
rationalize gun-laws was flawed (as was that of Fitzpatrick) because of [1]the lack of
standardization of mental-health criteria, and [2]the undue empowerment of the Feds [under
AG-Holder] to employ prosecutorial-discretion. {Whenever the aggregated hyperlinks regarding
the 2
nd
Amendment can be assembled, these issues will be fleshed-out but, for now, it is noted
that Toomey benefitted politically for having compromised.-

A Parable: A young couple moves into a new neighborhood. The next morning
while they are eating breakfast, the young woman sees her neighbor hanging
the wash outside. "That laundry is not very clean; she doesn't know how to
wash correctly. Perhaps she needs better laundry soap." Her husband looks on,
remaining silent. Every time her neighbor hangs her wash to dry, the young
woman makes the same comments. A month later, the woman is surprised to
see a nice clean wash on the line and says to her husband: "Look, she's finally
learned how to wash correctly. I wonder who taught her this? " The husband
replies, "I got up early this morning and cleaned our windows." And so it is with
life. What we see when watching others depends on the clarity of the window
through which we look. {Also, avoid 14-habits of highly-miserable people.}

Guzzardi would also concur that eliminating-gifts-to-pa-lawmakers-is-needed-reform noting
that, Not surprisingly, the gift-giving goes beyond the Legislature to include Gov. Tom Corbett;
also, he continues to lament republican-montco-rep-todd-stephens being endorsed-by-
democratic-union-financed-by-union [linked with bucksco-republican-gene-digirolamo. He still
feels dems-cannot-be-trusted-with-money [part-13-democratic-scranton-unemployment is
9.2%], and he would probably extend this view to Camden, N.J., America's Most Desperate
Town [No jobs, no hope, surveillance cameras everywhere]. He would also condemn judicial
corruption [high-court-court-reporter-transcript] and its spoils [a soft-job].

{On a lighter note, he recommended reading an article about the Christmas Box
Office [Grudge Match, Secret Life of Walter Mitty, Wolf of Wall Street] and it is
recalled that, on This Day in History, exactly 100 years ago, filming started on
Hollywood's first feature [c/o Director Cecil B. DeMille and Jewish producer
Samuel Goldfish (later Goldwyn)].

PoliticsPas ups/downs included some warped/uncorroborated perspectives, serving to motivate
reformers such as Guzzardi to alter the cultural structure of PAs political landscape:

Pennsylvania Supreme Court nixed the portion of Act 13 that created uniform
practices across Pa. Now, instead of dealing with DEP, drilling companies must
work with hundreds of the states more than 2,500 municipalities. The courts
decision was particularly biting: The purpose of *Act 13+ is to provide a
maximally favorable environment for industry operators to exploit
Pennsylvanias oil and natural gas resources. ,This shows how Corbetts failure
to skirt local zoning laws hurt drillers.}

Pennsylvania was one of six states to receive major Race to the Top grants for
early education this year. The grant awarded to the state is $51 million and can
be used to establish culturally, linguistically and developmentally appropriate
early learning and development standards across domains of school readiness
for children. The program also ensures that the standards are applied to all of
the early learning programs in the state. {This again illustrates the danger of
excessive dependence on Federal-$.}

Brian Preski. John Perzels former Chief of Staff was released from prison in
October after a stint following his charges for public corruption. Preski attended
many of the receptions at PA Society last weekend where he was warmly
welcomed back by members of both parties. He is working in government
162

relations while he hopes to have law license restored. {This illustrates all that is
evil with the insider-network.}

Subject: Action-Items - XXIX [Guzzardi]

http://www.scribd.com/doc/195427995/Action-Items-XXIX-Guzzardi

First, here is Guzzardis depiction of the rationale for this effort, conveyed in his unique breezy
style:

The target of the Guzzardi for Governor campaign is to defeat, discredit, expose
and humiliate the phony, snake-handling, two-faced, double-talking Harrisburg
Republican (?) Leadership (?) Here is the Senate Leadership. Keep your eye on
the ball. Note Sen. Bob Robbins is part of the Incumbent Insider Network of
Lobbyists, Government Profiteers, Unions and Hacks.

Constitutional Republicans Are Centered On The Constitution of Limited
Government.

Tom Corbett votes like a Democrat for bigger government and higher taxes.

Republican (?) Tom Corbett and Ed Rendell joined together to lobby for more
spending and more taxes. Corbett puppets voted YEA.

This was top-down legislation. Big Business, Big Labor, Left Wing
Environmentalists and Big Government join together to spend more and tax
more. Cui bono? To whose benefit? Not The Forgotten Taxpayers.

Tom Corbett is financed by Rendell Comcast Democrats

Second, here is a compilation of Guzzardi-related press:

165

Dave Davies [very Liberal WHYY] Guzzardi feels this is an accurate article,
capturing the fact that he is conducting an internet grassroots campaign, the
dynamics of which are unique because of Corbett's Unelectability and because,
oddly, there are no others willing to challenge him; I am unique in that regard.

Angela Couloumbis [Inquirer Harrisburg staff] - Nice article.

Keegan Gibson [PoliticsPa] - first to report (12/10/2013).

Main Line Times (with logo).

Brad Bumsted [Pittsburgh Tribune Review] The Guzzardi Factor
(12/28/2013).

Peter Jackson [Associated Press] - Year End-Pennsylvania Politics (12/30/2013).

Third, after having IDed a group of potential Guzzardi-supporters and having distributed an
entreaty to serve as a petition-circulator, I received two polite declines [and a request for
clarification]yielding:

First, one of you inquired regarding the Holocaust Education Bill, and you are
referred to pp. 129 and 146 of II [Acton-Items attachment] for what had been
accomplished initially [with a bunch of older hyperlinks provided @ the bottom of
the page, documenting how this project evolved during the past month] and what
its current status is felt to be; essentially, we want to mandate the topic of
holocaust/genocide/human-rights-violations be taught to everyone in the
Commonwealths schools, an effort that has statutory precedent and that will not
constitute an unfunded-mandate [and we are currently attempting to suppress
the PA Jewish Coalition, which has professed support for a discretionary effort
that would be replete with myriad and potentially-pricy certification-requirements].

Second, two of you expressed concern with Guzzardis effort, and you should
know that I feel his campaign could energize primarying other Establishment-
Republicans [so that it may not be properly perceived as enervating such efforts,
particularly because its easier to recruit support within a county/state when a
cognizable leader has been dubbed]; furthermore, I have been arguing
aggressively for a year [posting on PoliticsPA and chatting with people such as
Vereb] that Corbett is damaged-goods due to Sandusky sofor this reason if for
no otherthe GOP Gubernatorial Nominee must be ANYONE else.

All who knows him must admit that no one is better-educated on the issues AND
on the philosophical underpinnings of what conservative governance would
entail; he is in the process of memorizing Scott Walkers book [and felt his recent
appearance @ the Constitution Center was fantabulous]; is effort is for-real, as
evidenced by his accumulation of dozens of petition-circulators during the last
fortnight [while most people vacationed].

Fourth, this colloquy among self-described conservatives continued; as per this string-of-
comments {noting that, as a result of this e-mail colloquy, Guzzardi will be speaking on
2/6/2014 @ 7 p.m. @ the Middletown Township Municipal Building in Langhorne}:

One individual struck a studied agnostic tone:

Although I absolutely support you running, I can't not throw my
support behind you at this time. I love that youre using your
voice to try and fix this flawed system and I commend your effort
166

and energy. If more people like you stood up against the bad
guys the country could be better. With that being said, I am
unable to endorse you yet because I frankly don't know enough
about your campaign. I enjoy talking to you and know we share
many of the same views but since this all began it seems like
your message is more anti Corbett than anything. I need to know
what changes you actually want to do to this state. My principles
are clear without all the anti-union/anti-big-government tag
lines; I need to know that we see eye to eye on these things
before I can throw support behind you:

I am pro 2
nd
amendment and will not vote for anyone in favor of
any type of restrictions.

I am pro nullification and I believe we need to start using the
power of the constitution.

I am anti NDAA.

I am anti common core and I think it needs to be removed
immediately and control needs to be granted back to the states.

Anti ObamaCare/healthcare exchanges.

In response, I wrote the following {to which we did not receive a reply}:

Although he launched due to Corbetts failings, he has a strong,
positive-assertiveupbeat and powerfulConstitution-based
message.

I think you will find that his liberty-blog contains
numerous/referenced essays that are c/w your core-concerns.

His efforts have been characterized as Faith, Family and
Individual Responsibility.

RSVP after you have confirmed my assertion.

Later, I wrote the following in response to further reactions:

In response to an obviously-defeatist posture [I think we should
Primary Republicans with candidates who can win. Bob Guzzardi
is not that and, therefore, it is a counterproductive campaign. I
am no fan of Tom Corbett's but, he has a FAR better chance
than Bob Guzzardi to beat whomever the Democrats put forth.],
one should first confront the fact that Corbett cannot win [having
suffered the double-whammy of sinking polling and antagonizing-
the-base-by-violating-a-no new taxes-pledge]; Id want to read
Andys reformulated-rationale after having processed this stark-
fact, particularly noting the alleged-overlap of the policies he has
espoused consistently with those that presumably are shared by
those on this cc-list.

BTW, what is missing from [one persons] e-mail is the fact that
Guzzardi wants to change Harrisburgs structural assumptions,
surely a view that should resonate; the import of the social-
167

issues recedes in comparison, although Guzzardi would go
FURTHER with regard to some [such as returning Common
Corenot just to the statebut to the LOCALS].

Thus, yall are invited to share how you perceive Guzzardi for,
assuredly, he WILL be on the ballot and he WILL be working with
others who are intending to alter the compositions of the
county/state GOP-Committees.

Still later, I wrote the following:

After [one persons] comment, already discussed in my reply [I
think we should Primary Republicans with candidates who can
win. Bob Guzzardi is not that and, therefore, it is a
counterproductive campaign. I am no fan of Tom Corbett's but,
he has a FAR better chance than Bob Guzzardi to beat
whomever the Democrats put forth.], [another person] wrote a
few that may be viewed as supportive of Guzzardi [Youre
saying that you don't like Corbett but Guzzardi won't win? No
one triumphs from the lesser of 2 evils. We know Allyson
Schwartz is projected to be the dem candidate so it's a uphill
battle regardless mine as well stand on principle.]; [the initial
persons] reply [And like most Tea Partiers, take an all or
nothing stance.....hence, the failure of the movement.] prompted
a rebuke [Good thing I'm not a "tea partier" but thank you for
using the same label as every other establishment republican or
RINO and liberals use.I just choose to stand on principle over
party no matter what! Freedom is what is most important! ] that
appears further afield from Guzzardis yeoman effort. [The other
person] later-on confessed [I'm not saying I will not help him if
he further defines his stances I'm just saying as of now I would
have to stand with the libertarian candidate Ken Krawchuk.]

{Another individual} wrote: then we continue to reelect rinos like
farry and many others in Bucks who do nothing to help us except
raise our taxes. No LCB, no 2
nd
amendment confirmation, NO
relief in property taxes, etc. Andy tell me why should I as tea
party member vote for any of those rino's.No right to work, no
pension solution, hmm should I continue. This appeared to
support Guzzardis fundamental efforts. The last-comments [No
right to work, no pension solution, hmm should I continue.] merit
clarification, for Guzzardi is firmly behind revamping labor-control
over Harrisburg [and has IDed those in the GOP whom he feel
have been compromised in this regard by, for example, receiving
campaign-donations [compiled here], info that fueled a rebuttal of
Castors support for Corbett [congealed here and elaborated-
upon here].

This is how I concluded:

We will emerge victorious if we allow the emergence of common-
ground [without compromise on principle] to yield consensus-
development; we will lose if we remain fragmented and engaged
in name-calling [subconsciously using verbiage implanted by the
lib-media]. This is why Guzzardis efforts are so vital to us all!

168

[Again, although I must depart, Ill be eager to read reactions to
these assertions, for it will be optimal if everyone is reading and
singing from the same HymnalASA{.}

Fifth, illustrating why Guzzardis soap-box is sorely needed [for his critical voice appears unique]
is the fact that the PPA contract, the latest twist in Phila. labor relations, perpetuates established
problems. [The contract does not address changes to the pension system; Mayor Nutter has
repeatedly called reforming pension costs necessary for any deal with the district council and
essential to the city's continued financial health.] He also wrote [in reply to other putative-
supporters]:

An ad will start running on Keystone Report at the end of this week. Although I
would find your support valuable, I do not see support of Libertarian message as
hostile. It may even help make my case that alleged Republican leadership has
voted like Democrats more often than not. Corbett's approval numbers are well
below 50%, telling us that he is unelectable in November. This presents an
opportunity for the disappointed and disaffected.

*

I see us as two fronts in the same battle. You will make the case in your way and
I in mine. You are committed and competent and I think it would be a disservice
to try to convince you to do something you are uncomfortable doing. You will be
making the case that Harrisburg Republicans are selling out Republican rank and
file base. In the book, Winning in Fast Time, the authors who designed the
strategy for the very successful Gulf War I, discuss the strategy of striking on
multiple fronts as more effective than a step by step approach which relies on
each event happening in sequence. The diversity of your approach and mine
and others means that one or the other will win and defeat and discredit the
Republican Insiders who have excluded different voices. E Pluribus Unum...we
have a diversity of ideas, perspectives and tactics and yet are unified around
Constitutional Republicanism of Limited Government and Personal
Responsibility.

I do not see eye to eye on the substance of the issues to some extent. To a
larger extent I don't agree with your priorities. Nor tactics. However, I don't think it
will undermine my campaign because you address a different audience. I think
we complement one another.

Corbett is irrevocably damaged in my view. Nothing any of us do can rehabilitate
what he has done to himself. The Corbett Gas Tax was the last straw. His
numbers have been in decline since Kane shellacked his man, Dave Freed, and
even before that when Tom Smith crushed his endorsed man, Steve Welch who
came in third. I do not see anything that will reverse the decline and see reasons
that it will accelerate. It is reasonably clear Corbett cannot defeat any likely
Democratic candidate, particularly, not Rob McCord, Tom Wolfe or Jack
Wagner.

I think the Union power is key issue, economically and for Liberty. Not only
because Unions are powerful proponents of bigger government which the
Forgotten Taxpayer but, perhaps, more importantly, Unions coupled with
coercive government power deprive workers of the freedom to choose whether to
belong to a Union and pay dues or not. Such coercion is, or should be, very
offensive to everyone. Pay Check protection is a core issue of personal liberty
which, also, reduces tax burden.

169

I think Pensions are another key issue. Bankruptcy does not provide the
infrastructure for Liberty.

As to Pro Life, I am not part of the movement. However, I, deeply, resent those
who claim to be Pro Life and then who advance an expensive big government
agenda that taxpayers are forced to pay for. While there is a view that all taxation
is theft, that is not my view. However, the Harrisburg government is collecting far
more than needed to provide core services; the 1/2 billion dollars annually for
multibillion dollar private tax-exempt corporations is one; the Hollywood Tax
Credit is even less defensible and subsidies to multi-billion dollar Shell and
Boeing do not advance the General Welfare. It is very hard to be sympathetic to
people who are taking your money by force of government dictates.

Sixth, Simon Campbell wrote of a concern that prompted an aggressive response from
Guzzardi {and illustrating the efficacy of this effort is evidence that Walker Won in
Wisconsin, inasmuch as 70 Teacher Unions Shut-Down.}:

Simon:

Any candidate going against Corbett needs to address the
rampant corruption within the Executive Branch with respect to
the Administrations desire to assist PSEAs argument about
third party rights with respect to citizens Right to Know.

Given Terry Mutchlers desire to be re-appointed by Tom
Corbett; a pending dispute currently sees Pennsylvanians for
Union Reform staring down the barrel of Briefs from PSEA,
AFSCME, PSTA & at least six different Executive agencies and
their taxpayer-funded lawyers. Taxpayer-funded mailers to 34
foreign countries and states all around the U.S. are involved.

This is occurring despite the fact that a precedent setting
majority decision of the Commonwealth Court already ruled in
April 2013 (Mohn and Raffle cases) that no one has an
expectation of a privacy in a home address. The opinion was
penned by the no-nonsense President Judge of the
Commonwealth Court; Democrat Dan Pellegrini. The
Pennsylvania NewsMedia Association agrees.

Guzzardi {who notes the liquor-store-union-gave-to-democrats-and to key-
republicans}

Simon Campbell is correct that this is an issue that needs to be
addressed. The Republican governor and the Republican
General Assembly, infiltrated by Unions, will not. Just as the
Republican governor and the Republican General Assembly will
not address issues of worker freedom and choice.

The Republican Agenda does not include Pay Check giving
workers a choice or Right to Work to reduce costs to the
burdened Forgotten Taxpayer. Right-to-work push fizzles in Pa.

'Just because the Republicans have the majority doesn't mean
we have a majority that is willing to change the status quo,' said
Rep. Daryl Metcalfe, R-Cranberry, who has introduced several
bills that would ban forced union membership. His most recent,
170

House Bill 50, has remained stuck in the Labor and Industry
Committee since he introduced it on April 30."

The Republican Chair of House Labor and Industry is
Republican Representative Mario Scavello who is financed by
Wendell Young IV's United Food and Commercial Workers
Union which, also, defeated Liquor Privatization.

Mario Scavello is endorsed by the AFL-CIO

Citizens Alliance of Pennsylvania: Government Union
Republicans Rewarded with Committee Chairs

The new Chairman of the House Labor and Industry Committee
is Rep. Mario Scavello (R-Monroe*). In 2012, Rep. Scavello was
endorsed by the United Food and Commercial Workers Union
(UFCW) and the AFL-CIO. The UFCW is the union which
represents state liquor store employees. Furthermore, he has
received thousands of dollars in campaign contributions from
government unions since 2010; the state teachers union (PSEA)
has been particularly generous toward him. The selection of
Rep. Scavello sends a very clear message that House
171

leadership has no interest in curbing the finical or political
influence of government unions.

Seventh, Guzzardi established his position regarding how he plans to disseminate his message,
following receipt of an e-mail that appeared disparaging [I don't know your personal wealth, but if
you have $10 million to spend in the primary then I think you have a good shot at
winning. Otherwise, while I agree with you on many issues, you have about as good a chance as
me. And my chances are next to nil, because I don't have $10 million in some account that I can
spend to beat the heck out of Corbett in an email, social media, direct mail and television
advertising campaign in Pittsburgh, Erie, Harrisburg, Scranton and Philadelphia. Issues and
policy are meaningless in today's campaigns. That is unfortunate, but it is also the truth. Get Tom
Smith to write you a $5 million check and then get back to all of us....P.S. I will NOT be voting for
Corbett for anything ever...]. Guzzardi claims this type of voter will either not vote or vote
Guzzardi for Governor to deny Tom Corbett the Republican nomination and to defeat, expose
and discredit Harrisburg Republican (?) Leadership (?).

Eighth, Guzzardi attacked the Independence Hall Tea Party Foundations decision to honor Rep.
Stephen Barrar [Rep. Barrar, prior small business owner, former Township Commissioner, and
U.S. Navy, retired, is now serving in his sixth term in the Pennsylvania House. We are most
grateful to Rep. Barrar for his advocacy of Voter ID reform, liquor control privatization, and his
efforts to stop runaway taxation most recently evidenced in the 2013 PA Transportation Bill. Rep.
Barrar, like Tom Smith, is also as successful businessman and dedicated family man. He is a
man of character, who has also been named an honorary member of the Military Order of the
Purple Heart for his support of disabled veterans.]. Guzzardi issued a scathing-rebuke [The
independence Hall Tea Party sent a notice that it intends to honor Republican (?)
Representative Steve Barrar. Steve Barrar seems an anomalous choice for a TEA (Taxed
Enough Already) organization. Maybe they simply failed to do their due-diligence and to
research their honoree's public record. What else would explain this choice?] and a
personal note to the leaders of this organization [Don and Teri, I think it is a big mistake to give
Steve Barrar credibility. I have also reviewed his campaign contributions and he got union
contributions in his 2012 campaign even though he was unchallenged. Steve Barrar is, also,
allied with House Committee on Appropriations Chair Bill Adolph who is responsible for a lot of
the spending. Steve Barrar is NOT independent of Penna. House Republican Leadership.]; the
Assemblyman attacked him [I didn't vote for the transportation bill and I voted for the liquor
privatization bill.], yielding Guzzardis reply [I made a mistake which I corrected in minutes. You
were endorsed by Wendell Young IV. Is that not true? No one has said Wendell Young is stupid.
And the AFL-CIO? Is that a mistake, too? The debt votes? Were those good votes? And the five
votes for more money to Penn State UPITT TempleU LinconU and UPENN which John
McGinnis and Daryl Metcalfe voted against. Almost 1.2 billion dollars to multi-billion dollar private
corporations? Really how do you justify that? Lower tuition?] to which the Assemblyman has not
replied, prompting Guzzardis broadcast observation:

Rep Steve Barrar endorsed by Wendell Young's United Food and Commercial
Workers Union which spent millions opposing liquor privatization.

UFCW Union's PAC contributed to Rep. Barrar's re-elections

Steve Barrars Three Bad Debt Votes to Increase Debt by $6.3 Billion - Not The

Ninth, when Guzzardi touts his bipartisanship when it comes to rooting-out corruption, he recalls
reasons why he actively opposed Perzel and is still quite disappointed with Corbetts post-
BonusGate posturing [brian-preski-pleads-guilty; the-mighty-have-fallen and John Perzel is
'architect' behind political strategy, Corbett says]. This also explains why he is unhappy with
Harrisburg-insiders who self-link with Preski, seeking reinstitution of his law-license [via a
Facebook announcement]. Among his public supporters is BucksCos GOP-leader, Pat Poprick,
whose lawfirm [by information and belief] received a no-bid contract to float bonds that will
finance expansion of Bensalem High School. Specifically, the fiscal-break-out and the identity of
the bond counsel were depicted neither in a Powerpoint budget presentation [on page 13] nor
the minutes of the November meeting. Yet, the secretarys minutes [page 40] include the bond
report from Warren White, First American Municipals, which is owned by Pat Poprick; elsewhere,
it was noted that Mr. White had answered questions about this pending transaction (page 40).

http://www.scribd.com/doc/195453235/Action-Items-XXX-Miscellania

A lot of juicy-stuff has emerged and is provided as bullet-points to erode the growing backlog a
bit; specifically, reality continues to intrude on my initial effort to deal with culture-war issues [X-
mas, etc.] elaboratively/definitivelyand then firmly to segue to other political concerns. The goal,
candidly, has been to justify subsequently transcending them, to support the view that the GOP
must enlarge its tent by enhancing its Libertarianism [regarding the temptation to regulate
personal rehavior, in particular]. Yet, I still feel these concerns are dwarfed by Guzzardis
emphasis on fighting what contributes to the growth of Big Governmentaided & abetted by both
partiesas he continues using the gubernatorial race as a soap-box, on which he can rail against
everything he has documented over the years on his Liberty Blog.

First is another [more elaborative] item regarding Guzzardi [whose Facebook postings are great
fodder]: pa-attorney-businessman-bob-guzzardi-says-he-will-primary-republican-gov-tom-
corbett; he notes with disgust [noting Harrisburg-correlates] that its a very-merry-christmas-for
washington-insiders, inasmuch as 10 of the 15 richest counties in America are the ones
surrounding our nations imperial capital, and that an EPA Fraudster [whose wife is still employed
by the EPA] just got a 32-Month Sentence..

Second is another slew of MSNBCs non-journalism/reverse-racism, as Natasha-leggero-mocked-
pearl-harbor-vets-during-new-years-special and MSNBCs-melissa-harris-perry attacked romney
because one his grandchildren is an adopted half-Black [which prompted extensive
condemnation, prior to issuance of a Twittered retraction]; this contrasts with reportage on FNC
of duck-dynastys-willie-robertson-commenting on his fathers quotes, saying-they are ready-to-
move-on [and the observation by Howard Kurtz that the A&E 'Duck Dynasty' Suspension-
Reversal was a 'Classic Case of Corporate Spinelessness']. {Also noted is that the new anchor of
CNN'S 'RELIABLE SOURCES' feels the MEDIA 'OVERREACTED' TO the BOSTON BOMBING
and MSNBCs Chris Hayes claimed the criminal KNOCKOUT GAME is OVER-COVERED; one
wonders if he felt it was newsworthy that a Teenage Flash Mob [of ~600] Played the 'Knockout'
Game and Caused Mayhem at a Brooklyn Mall or that a crime-wave sparked by this lawlessness
continues to infest Philly (Suspect charged with smash-and-grabs at South St. businesses).

In this regard, local liberals are denying the Knockout Game exists [In
Philadelphia Magazine, Stephen Silver said of two recent knockout attacks in
Philadelphia that he wasnt counting either one as confirmed cases of the
Knockout Game on the grounds that the puncher said he was not participating
in the Game. Until the assailants admit theyre playing a game, liberals say the
Knockout Game is a hoax. [satiric comment: Kids are learning how to end
communication by denying the meaning of words]

Third is a report that TEPCO quitely admitted Reactor 3 at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power
Plant Could Be Melting Down NOW; this is expected to affect the entire Northern Hemisphere
[Persons residing on the west coast of North America should IMMEDIATELY begin preparing for
another possible onslaught of dangerous atmospheric radiation from the Fukushima nuclear
disaster site in Japan.].

175

Fourth is a report that texas is keeping a pregnant-woman on life-support-against-familys-wishes
because she is pregnant; this recalls Airport [1970] for, albeit dated in its sexual-stereotypes, it
had an emotional subcontext that was clearly pro-Life, with [pilot] Dean Martin committing himself
to a relationship with a newly-pregnant [stewardess] Jacqueline Bisset, after a heart-to-heart with
his co-pilot [who said the three unplanned pregnancies produced children that were even more
exciting that the two who had emerged from planned ones]. This supports the pro-choice
public/pro-life private viewpoint.

Fifth is the irony that a Global Warming Expedition to Prove Antarctic Ice is Melting was trapped
by Ice, was to be rescued by an ice-breaker [fueled with fossil-derived oil] that itself got stuck,
yielding a rescue by helicopter [fueled with fossil-derived oil].

Sixth is a compilation of the 8-things-liberals do to avoid-honest-debate, perhaps enhanced by
recognition that LIBERAL MOVIES INFLUENCE PEOPLE MORE THAN ADS or NEWS and
fueled by awareness that there was NO CHURCH FOR OBAMA FAMILY ON CHRISTMAS DAY
and obamas government has funded a hardcore-porn-project; this yields to a bit of levity:

Letterman's Top 10 Reasons to Vote Democrat

1. I voted Democrat because I love the fact that I can now marry whatever I
want.
I've decided to marry my German Shepherd.

2. I voted Democrat because I believe oil companys' profits of 4% on a
gallon of gas are obscene, but the government taxing the same gallon of gas at
15% isn't.

3. I voted Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of
spending the money I earn than I would.

4. I voted Democrat because Freedom of Speech is fine as long as nobody
is offended by it.

5. I voted Democrat because I'm way too irresponsible to own a gun, and I
know that my local police are all I need to protect me from murderers and
thieves. I am also thankful that we have a 911 service that get police to your
home in order to identify and tag your body after a home invasion.

6. I voted Democrat because I'm not concerned about millions of babies
being aborted so long as we keep all death row inmates alive and comfy.

7. I voted Democrat because I think illegal aliens have a right to free health
care, education, and Social Security benefits, and we should take away the
Social Security from those who paid into it for many years.

8. I voted Democrat because I believe that businesses should NOT be
allowed to make profits for themselves. They need to break even and give the
rest away to the government for redistribution as the Democrats see fit.

9. I voted Democrat because I believe liberal judges need to rewrite the
Constitution every few days to suit some fringe kooks who would never get their
agendas past the voters.

10. I voted Democrat because I think that it's better to pay billions for the oil
from people who hate us, but not drill our own because it might upset some
endangered beetle, gopher or fish.

Seventh is a Touching-Shadow-Dance-About-the-Loss-of-a-Mother [only the first 2 minutes of this
clip], which itself yields to George Carlins eloquent/appropriate observations worth pondering on
a New Year; he died in July 2008shortly after his wife diedand this hippy dippy weatherman
[Al Sleet] was a trailblazing comedian of the 70's and 80's for reasons that emerge from this
juxtaposition of ideas:

OBSERVATIONS TO PONDER
[by George Carlin]

The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter
tempers, wider Freeways, but narrower viewpoints.
We spend more, but have less, we buy more, but enjoy less.
We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time.
We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment,
more experts, yet more problems, more medicine, but less wellness.
We drink too much, smoke too much, spend too recklessly, laugh too little, drive
too fast, get too angry, stay up too late, get up too tired, read too little, watch TV
too much, and pray too seldom.
We have multiplied our possessions, but reduced our values.
We talk too much, love too seldom, and hate too often.
We've learned how to make a living, but not a life.
We've added years to life not life to years.
We've been all the way to the moon and back, but have trouble crossing the
street to meet a new neighbor.
We conquered outer space but not inner space.
We've done larger things, but not better things.
We've cleaned up the air, but polluted the soul. We've conquered the atom, but
not our prejudice.
We write more, but learn less.
We plan more, but accomplish less.
We've learned to rush, but not to wait.
We build more computers to hold more information, to produce more copies than
ever, but we communicate less and less.
177

These are the times of fast foods and slow digestion, big men and small
character, steep profits and shallow relationships.
These are the days of two incomes but more divorce, fancier houses, but broken
homes.
These are days of quick trips, disposable diapers, throwaway morality, one night
stands, overweight bodies, and pills that do everything from cheer, to quiet, to
kill.
It is a time when there is much in the showroom window and nothing in the
stockroom.
It is a time when technology can bring this letter to you, and a time when you can
choose either to share this insight, or to just hit delete.
Remember to spend some time with your loved ones, because they are not going
to be around forever.
Remember, say a kind word to someone who looks up to you in awe, because
that little person soon will grow up and leave your side.
Remember, to give a warm hug to the one next to you, because that is the only
treasure you can give with your heart and it doesn't cost a cent.
Remember, to say, 'I love you' to your partner and your loved ones, but most of
all mean it.
A kiss and an embrace will mend hurt when it comes from deep inside of you.
Remember to hold hands and cherish the moment for someday that person will
not be there again.
Give time to love, give time to speak!
And give time to share the precious thoughts in your mind.
And always remember, life is not measured by the number of breaths we take,
but by those moments that take our breath away.
Eighth is but one excerpt from pages of hyperlinks regarding ObamaCare, debunking a rationale
invoked by BHO to justify this government take-over [which failed to recognize the obvious effects
of limited supply and unlimited demand]: Medicaid patients in Oregon [a state that expanded
Medicaid coverage] have increasingly visited the ER. The study compared 25,000 low-income
individuals with and without Medicaid. It found those with Medicaid ended up in the ER 40 percent
more than those without insurance. In most cases, their conditions were classified as primary
care treatable, and not warranting emergency treatment. [More and more people will assume
that the government should just cover everything, so more use of services will be demanded as
people come to assume that it is either a right or even may think it is all free.] (See
also: Obamacare Reports Net Loss Of 3 Million Insured Americans; embattled-obamacare-
official-quietly-retired; the law mandates insurance-companies will-be-bailed-out; and eleven
state-level attorneys general slammed a spate of ObamaCare fixes as illegal.)

Ninth is but one excerpt from pages of hyperlinks regarding the Middle East; Kerry is trying to
arm-twist BB into accepting still another sacrifice for peace [as if Israel hasnt done enough,
even as Palestinian Arabs have done nothing] amid new violence [what-threatens-peace-houses-
or-terrorism?]; this is the stated-rationale by a Jewish-Lib for rationalizing-away the reticence of
178

Abbas to recognize the State of Israel; the tabulation of hypocrisy in this brief-excerpt is appalling
[conveniently avoiding discussion of outcomes-measures or the worldwide islamic-jihad-against-
christians in an effort to make a caliphate noting, for example, that both-jihadists-named-in-russia-
bombings-were-converts-to-islam]:

Then there is the rebounding Israel-is-a-Jewish-state bugbear: Netanyahu wants
Palestinians to recognize his nation as such. He has recently called it the real
key to peace. His argument is that this is the touchstone by which to judge
whether Palestinians will accept the Jewish state in any border whether, in
other words, the Palestinian leadership would accept territorial compromise or is
still set on reversal of 1948 and mass return to Haifa.

Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian president, says no; this nyet will endure. For
Palestinians, such a form of recognition would amount to explicit acquiescence to
second-class citizenship for the 1.6 million Arabs in Israel; undermine the rights
of millions of Palestinian refugees; upend a national narrative of mass expulsion
from land that was theirs; and demand of them something not demanded from
Egypt or Jordan in peace agreements, nor of the Palestine Liberation
Organization when, in 1993, Yasir Arafat wrote to Yitzhak Rabin that it
recognizes the right of Israel to exist in peace and security.

Tenth is but one excerpt from pages of hyperlinks regarding BHOs Scandal-Sheet [IRS, NSA,
etc.], focusing on BenghaziGate; The NY-Times published an article [A Deadly Mix in Benghazi]
that attempted to invoke interviews with Libyans to make it clear that Al Qaeda did not run the
attack on the American mission, for The reality behind the deadly attack on American outposts
is murkier and more complex than initially believed.; it also lambasted how Republicans Reacted
to this piece and it re-emphasized the alleged-veracity of its version of The Facts About Benghazi
[which inter alia contradict sworn-testimony]. A gop-congressman-blasted these claims-as-
misleading because the argument that the most overtly anti-Western militia, Ansar al-Shariah
not Al Qaedaled the attack is an academic argument over semantics because Ansar al-Shariah
is widely believed to be an affiliate terror group of Al Qaeda. Also, Benghazi Witnesses were
Outraged By this New York Times Report which, per Ambassador Bolton Downplayed 'Radical
Islam and Terrorists Associated With It'; others have critiqued this revisionism by attempting to ID
What the NY Times Got Right and Wrong on Benghazi. Most feel this was intended to help
Hillary 16], but it seems upcoming testimony will puncture whatever artifice this piece attempted
to fashion.

Subject: Action-Items - XXXI [Christmas, Holocaust Education, Guzzardi]

http://www.scribd.com/doc/195668278/Action-Items-XXXI

Rush predicted Philly will prevail [during his 2 p.m. opener]; friends are using an oversized Iggles-
Helmit to punctuate a mini-party tomorrow-p.m. A Wild Weekend of Uncertainty is predicted in the
NFL because anything can happen, regardless of regular season stats. [The pass-happy New
Orleans Saints are trying not to rely on the fact that the Philadelphia Eagles have the worst pass
defense in the league; Chip Kelly is thirsty enough for his first playoff win that he will probably use
wildly diagrammed tricks.] Also, after 'Skins claimed 'Very Few People' Want Name Change,
ProFootballTalk claimed Redskins Should Be 'Alarmed' by Poll Showing Support for Name; also,
the Vikings Coach Denied Homophobia Allegations that crybaby Kluwe claimed his Gay-
Marriage Stance Cost him his Job [which prompted this VIKINGS Punter to Continue his Revolt
(claiming the NFL 'Would Rather Have Felons, Racists, Abusers' because 'Being Blackballed In
The NFL Is A Very Real Thing') as a RAVENS WR Fired Off a Homophobic Slur.

{Although the Holiday Season is officially over, the Twelve Days of Christmas are
ongoing and, thus, the following may resonate, particularly when it is noted that
BHO didnt take his family to any Christmas-related religious event and the White
House referred to Christmas Trees as Holiday Trees for the first time this year;
this prompted Ben Stein, to recite this trenchant confessional on CBS Sunday
Morning Commentary.}

I don't like getting pushed around for being a Jew, and I don't think Christians like
getting pushed around for being Christians. I think people who believe in God are
sick and tired of getting pushed around, period. I have no idea where the concept
came from, that America is an explicitly atheist country. I can't find it in the
Constitution and I don't like it being shoved down my throat....

Or maybe I can put it another way: where did the idea come from that we should
worship celebrities and we aren't allowed to worship God as we understand Him?
I guess that's a sign that I'm getting old, too. But there are a lot of us who are
wondering where these celebrities came from and where the America we knew
went to.

In light of the many jokes we send to one another for a laugh, this is a little
different: This is not intended to be a joke; it's not funny, it's intended to get you
thinking.
In light of recent events....terrorists attack, school shootings, etc. I think it started
when Madeleine Murray O'Hare (she was murdered, her body found a few years
ago) complained she didn't want prayer in our schools, and we said OK. Then
someone said you better not read the Bible in school....The Bible says thou shalt
not kill; thou shalt not steal, and love your neighbor as yourself. And we said OK.

Then Dr. Benjamin Spock said we shouldn't spank our children when they
misbehave, because their little personalities would be warped and we might
damage their self-esteem (Dr. Spock's son committed suicide). We said an
expert should know what he's talking about. And we said okay.

Now we're asking ourselves why our children have no conscience, why they don't
know right from wrong, and why it doesn't bother them to kill strangers, their
classmates, and themselves.

181

Probably, if we think about it long and hard enough, we can figure it out. I think it
has a great deal to do with 'WE REAP WHAT WE SOW.'

Funny how simple it is for people to trash God and then wonder why the world's
going to hell. Funny how we believe what the newspapers say, but question what
the Bible says. Funny how you can send 'jokes' through e-mail and they spread
like wildfire, but when you start sending messages regarding the Lord, people
think twice about sharing. Funny how lewd, crude, vulgar and obscene articles
pass freely through cyberspace, but public discussion of God is suppressed in
the school and workplace.

Are you laughing yet?

Funny how when you forward this message, you will not send it to many on your
address list because you're not sure what they believe, or what they will think of
you for sending it.

Funny how we can be more worried about what other people think of us than
what God thinks of us.

Pass it on if you think it has merit.

If not, then just discard it.... no one will know you did. But, if you discard this
thought process, don't sit back and complain about what bad shape the world is
in.

My Best Regards, Honestly and respectfully,

Ben Stein

Reality continues to intrude upon the ability to attack the backlog, but this is c/w my definition-of-
life: That which occurs while you await the actualization of your plans. For example, recalling
my extensive efforts during December to promote legislation that would mandate Holocaust-
Education in PA [which are summarized in this hyperlink of 12/26/2013only a week ago], there
is quiet-movement detectable that suggests our anticipated sequence-of-events [approval in
Senate, then House, then Corbett] will occur; indeed, during a conversation with a man-in-the-
182

know from Western-PA [who also adores Guzzardi], effectively cited was a graph from the above
summary-note that, itself, summarized what Id done:

When citing the local Federations predilection to championing the Dems [vide
supra], the reach of such ideological purity (extending to topics the Exponent
covers as news) has been disheartening (particularly when compared/contrasted
with the impact of writers in the Jewish Press); its behavior has recently been
summarized and to follow is a terse update of what is happening regarding the
effort to ensure all Pennsylvania students are apprised of the Holocaust (recalling
that a significant amount of research, homework, legwork and analysis was
required, prior to the initiation of lobbying during the past month to help
peopleparticularly erstwhile alliesto supplant pending-legislation that would
foist what was perceived as an unfunded mandate upon Pennsylvanias 501
School Districts.

This graph was followed by summary-points that elaborated on the key-points used in lobbying
[noting that the underlined quotation was drawn from the letter-to-the-editor by Chuck Feldman]:

Note Federations desire to receive $300K to provide a uniform, high-quality
resource [read, taxation-funds] to provide teacher education and certification,
while eschewing attaining the greater goal of simply mandating education of all
students on the Holocaust, Genocide, and Human Rights Violationsand then
allowing for PAs 501 School Boards to be offered items that would satisfy local
concerns (by grade-level, related coursework, and projected time-allotment),
sourced by entities dedicated to this cause (e.g., PA Department of Education,
Federation, Holocaust Awareness Museum).

Because the Rs are currently dominant in Harrisburg (rather than beloved-
Dems), Federation seems prepared to tolerate defeat of this decades-long goal,
assuming the Dems are subsequently triumphant in 15 (particularly noting
Corbetts dismal polling). Yet, it seems intuitive that attaining what is desirable
incrementally should be the unifying-task (starting NOW), even if this may yield to
decreased pressure (projected over the years) to enlarge any resulting program
(assuming its proven to be working).

(from the convenience of simple-starvation to the logistical encumbrance of
gaseous-technology) against those whose mere existence has become
unsettling to imperious leaders of a squishy-to-the-import populace (such as was
the case during the past century inter alia in Nazi Germany, in Armenia, in the
Ukraine, and in Cambodia).

What must be emphasized is the twofold recognition that the Rs are not thrilled
with unfunded-mandates [fixed by the amended Senate bill, passed unanimously
by the Appropriations Committee] and that there is strong precedent for
mandating instruction in specific topic-areas [by whatever mechanism, for
example, regardless of what (Common) Core may or may not have recognized].
Everyone will be able to share in this pending-victory (meshing the intent of
Anthony Williams and Brendon Boyle, as they plan furtherance of their political
183

ambitions), and no one will have compromised core-values while having
achieved common-ground (both philosophically and operationally).

That the Exponent continued to block publication of a letter that had been
submitted directly to its editor (as an op-ed) and via its Kvetch (as a letter-to-
the-editor) has been obviated by using a just-discovered mechanism of uploading
with simultaneous Facebook submission. Noting how easily-debunked the
efforts of the PA Jewish Coalition were, push-back willhopefullydefuse its
efforts to derail a bill that now promises to fly through the Senate, become
approved by the House (dealing definitively with the issue) and get signed by
Corbett (good PR). {When uploading a letter regarding a subsequent news-article
that was comparable to the above-critique of its editorial, I learned how to give a
presentationwith double-spaced graphsby typing elsewhere prior to
cutting/pasting; the key points-of-disagreement are captured herein.}

As I have argued incessantly, an incarnation of the Republican Party civil war between autocratic,
establishment business types and fiscally dogmatic tea party activists may be set to play out in
Pennsylvania. The possible skirmish emanates from the contentious $2.6 billion transportation bill
passed by the legislature in November. [Also, the TEA Party Movement [inter alia] was
displeased two years ago when Gov. Tom Corbett signaled his support for candidates in four
statewide races, effectively clearing the party primary field, and declaring his absolute political
domain over the Pennsylvania GOP.] Thus, Guzzardis candidacy isin my viewconsistent
with forces-at-play that threaten the GOP-Establishment throughout the committee-structure, a
process that will emerge big-time during upcoming-weeks.

Judicial Watch's Ten Most Wanted Corrupt Politicians of 2013 [per Government
Accountability Institute President Peter Schweizer] It named eight members of
the Obama Administration starting with Obama himself [with grossly-incomplete
data!]; for example, Obama's Half-Brother was 'Floored' About BHO's Lying
About Meeting Him.

It also named GOP Speaker of the House John Boehner [for
what calls the Tollbooth Strategy, explaining, You pay money
at a tollbooth in order to use a road or bridge. The methodology
in Washington is similar: if someone wants a bill passed, charge
them money to allow the bill to move down the legislative
highway. Schweizer reported that Boehner apparently used
the Tollbooth Strategy to collect more than $200,000 in political
donations from executives just days before holding votes on bills
critically important to their industries.

And it named GOP Senator Saxby Chambliss [one of the key
abusers who used leadership PAC loopholes to convert
campaign cash into lavish lifestyle upgrades for themselves and
184

their family members. According to The New York Times, his
leadership PAC spent $10,000 on golf at Pebble Beach, nearly
$27,000 at Ruths Chris Steakhouse, and $107,752 at the
exclusive Breakers resort in Palm Beach, Fla. The amount Mr.
Chambliss spent at the Breakers in the 2012 election cycle, the
book reports, is three times what the senator gave to the
National Republican Senatorial Committee during the same
period.

It is this type of information that prompts Guzzardi to rail against bipartisan-
corruption, particularly noting that Polling shows Americans Have Little Faith in
Government; also, Guzzardi replied to this e-mail by observing: Corbett and
incumbents will receive millions in campaign contributions and other support from
all the political profiteers benefiting from the phony crumbling roads and bridges
falling down.

More on Guzzardi-tracking is this e-mail exchange that illustrates his respect for law-enforcement
and his tendency not to tell people what he knows they want to hear, whenever he actually
disagrees:

Thomas McCarey [tom_mccarey@runbox.com] wrote to all PA Senators/Reps
calling for a Ban of red-light photo traffic enforcement in Pennsylvania while citing
a study that allegedly concluded that speed cameras in the UK did not reduce
speeding between 1994 and 2006 [noting that speeding had increased slightly
from 47% to 53%].

Guzzardi replied that Cameras do not seem to perform worse than live police
officers. And they may be more efficient. I understand that the Philadelphia
Parking Authority uses red light cameras as a revenue producer.

Mr. McCarey responded by claiming Cameras absolutely perform worse than
cops. 70% of red light violations occur within 1 second of the red - no harm, no
foul. A cop can use his discretion in these cases, a camera does not. Because
the grace period of 0.33 seconds was illegally shortened to 0.22 seconds, the
PPA had to refund $500,000 in bogus tickets: it's a split-second "gotcha"
technology for RLTCs. Visit "Yellow Light Roulette" for a good explanation of the
scam. Also, photo radar is still radar, prone to many discrepancies and false
readings.

Guzzardi replied that Isn't discretion the antithesis of "equal justice under law"?
You did not address the issue of cost of police versus camera? We are inundated
with scare tactics every day. I don't think that is persuasive...what might happen.
Unless you don't think traffic laws need to be enforced, the challenge is to find
the most cost effective and fairest way to do that. I think radar used by state
police is very accurate. Am I wrong about that?

Mr. McCarey responded that Discretion is common sense. If a cop sees a car
violating the red light by 1 second or less, he can ignore it or write a warning, or
check to see if the yellow is long enough. There is no epidemic of speeding nor
red light "running" so a huge army of cops on every corner is not necessary. 97%
of drivers operate their vehicle in a reasonable and prudent manner
[legalese]. There are plenty of cops out there for the 3%. The trouble with "cost
effective...." is that the courts are set up as a revenue mill to feed legislatures, so
until that is stopped most traffic enforcement is de facto unfair. Scare tactics are
the bread and butter of the camera companies and the highway safety"
establishment (NHTSA et al) used to ram cameras down our throats, even they
185

know they are not for safety and that the cameras cause more crashes, injuries
and fatalities. Radar: Photo radar is still radar, and it can generate false readings.
Radar is not perfect. Unlike other normal tickets, citations resulting from cameras
do not have a tracking history or a visual estimation by a qualified officer to back
them up. Thousands of tickets can be generated between routine maintenance
and calibration inspections, potentially resulting in just as many faulty readings.
We are lucky in PA that the Troopers guard their exclusive franchise for radar
closely. Since 1960 the pols have been trying to give radar to local police, failing
every year. Dangerous, homicidal, pathological miscreants behind the wheel
should be dealt with, but treating the rest of us (97%) like cash cows in service to
the insurers and the State is unconscionable.

Guzzardi replied that How would you enforce the traffic laws fairly? Who should
pay for law enforcement? How much? Should any technology be used? Radar
guns, etc. Your view seems to be that this whole regime of traffic enforcement is
subterfuge to take citizens' money rather than enforce traffic laws. Is that right?
Does technology cost more than police? Have you never heard of speed traps?

Mr. McClarey responded that Most of traffic enforcement is to harvest
money. Left alone, drivers do quite well. Traffic laws should comply with
reasonable and prudent driver behavior, not the other way around. It says that in
the MUTCD (Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices, the Bible of safe traffic
engineering). Nabbing everyone who violates one or more of the myriad "rules"
called laws and fining them for same is not enforcing the traffic laws fairly. When
technology causes more accidents, injuries and deaths do you think public
officials have any business making the technology "law?" Society is largely self-
policing, live and let live, and very successfully, too, at least in what used to be
America. You are the victim of the government propaganda on highway safety. I
hope if you become Governor you will look beyond what government wants so
you can see that people need freedom and protected rights more than a nanny
on our backs.

Guzzardi challenged two quotes, yielding his overall viewpoints: " Left alone,
drivers do quite well. This may be true in that, for example, there are only 139
sworn officers in my municipality of Lower Merion and the crime rate, including
traffic violations, is well within acceptable limits. However, all would not be so
well were it not for the necessary presence of traffic cops and effective
traffic law enforcement. Red Light cameras and other technology are
helpful to accomplishing this purpose.

Most of traffic enforcement is to harvest money. Can you document that in
Pennsylvania? Lower Merion, for example. I know many of our commissioners
and some of the police and this would not be their view. So, can break this out by
municipality or county or even Turnpike?

Red Lights themselves are technology. Can you document that Red Lights cause
accidents in Philadelphia? Red Light Camera are not the main threat to
Pennsylvanians. There are many, many, many other more pressing issues.

Guzzardi continues to roll-along, now planning to hone his surfing skills to ride the wave,
following a report that Caddell Predicts-Wave-of-Anti-Establishment-Mr-and-Mrs-Smith-
Candidates; indeed, this is c/w a worldwide anti-corruption phenomenon [Anti-Crony Capitalism
Wave Sweeps Across India] and should easily survive efforts by the Dems to change the
subject from ObamaCare to economic fairness [minimum-wage hike, economic redistribution-
taxation, perpetual unemployment-benefits] during 14. Recently, Ive been communicating with a
long-term patient [who actually functions by remote-control] who has been chronically
186

unemployed [having been a school-teacher, residing in Bucks County]; she is eager to re-join the
work-force, but PA not being a right-to-work state [with a detonating pension-bomb] constrains
local school boards from adding to their acute/subacute/chronic $-commitments and THIS is the
type of concern that prompts Guzzardi to challenge Corbett [beyond the electability criterion].
{Also, that she is intelligent, cute, meticulous, with-it, sensitive, ethical, hard-working, family-
oriented, and knowledgeable; thus, her personality is congruent with incentives-to-work which
should yield a good-job.}

This is my reaction to an e-mail remitted in response to one of yesterdays
blasts; the author wrote of Rohrer without confirming his desire to become a
primary-candidate [Could I get u to think about Sam Rohrer to run against
Corbett again? I have talked with guzzardi many times over the years and he is
very wishy-washy with his answers to the questions I've asked him; thats my gut
feeling and most of the time that works for me. In my humble opinion I will not put
my support with anyone anymore that does not stand for TRUTH, LIFE,
LIBERTY, PRINCIPILES and a Bible world view.]. I wrote G shares your
priorities and emphasizes them in his postings...and do not confuse his emphasis
on political reform with inattention to shared concerns; ya cannot beat someone
with no one and thus he would ask for u to help push petitions asap.

Also, a media-savvy pal wrote positively [Guzzardi is getting a fair amount of
press], to which I replied positively as well [And we've only just begun....]; also, a
friend depicted me as his Campaign Manager despite the fact that hes a one-
man-show with a theme [as I would phrase it, not necessarily from his many
writings] that emphasis on individual responsibility would disallow the favored
few from benefiting over everyone else. {Also, notwithstanding the
aforementioned discussion, it has been averred the 2014 Elections May Center
on Climate Change and Energy, as Keystone-XL Pipeline approval pends and
CNN Covered-Up the Global Warming Angle In Antarctica Rescue Report.}

This was Guzzardis reaction to having received a copy of these expressed-
sentiments: Tom Corbett is cynically manipulating words that work to advance
a Democratic agenda of tax and spend that benefits political profiteers at
expense of The Forgotten Taxpayer. Apparently, it is an agenda of national
Republican (?) Leadership (?). Do not be fooled.
