Corroborating my essay is recognition of Syria's Unknown all-out war between the Kurds [and Syrian
Christians] and a powerful alliance of jihadist groups, including the al-Qaeda affiliates ISIS and Jabhat al-
Nusra, plus this excerpt from an allegedly-comprehensive piece [which, alas, omits efforts to seek
American recognition of an independent Kurdistan, the unabashed thrust of my message]:

The Kurds of Syria

The Kurds of Syria are a special case. They, too, are fragmented into many groups;
among the leading ones is the Democratic Union Party (PYD). A radical-left organization
that is a twin sister of the Turkish PKK, it is close to Assads Baath regime and loyal to it.
The Syrian army was able to withdraw from Kurdish areas and concentrate its forces
against the rebels because the PYD managed Kurdish affairs on Syrias behalf. There are
now reports that under the PYDs administrative autonomy, pictures of Assad have
again appeared in the streets.

The PYD is opposed by the Yakiti party, which is close to Kurdnas a large coalition of
Kurdish parties that triggered the Kurdish revolt against Assad in the previous century.
In contrast to the PYDs radical leftism, Yakiti and Kurdnas are pro-Western parties that
advocate a federal regime in Syria. The space between the PYD, at one end, and Yakiti
and Kurdnas, at the other, is filled by numerous other parties. These, however, were

concocted by Syrian intelligence as a means of fragmenting the Kurds. One real group
that is not an invention of Syrian intelligence is the Azadi party.

All the Kurdish parties are demanding autonomy within the framework of the Syrian
state. The difference between them and the Sunni parties (the Muslim Brotherhood,
former Baathists, Arab nationalists) is that, whereas the Kurdish groups call for a
decentralized regime of autonomous districts for the ethnic communities and
minorities, most of the Sunnis favor retaining the centralized regime in Damascus.

Whereas the Kurds demanded to come to Geneva 2 as a separate delegation, the United
States insisted that they attend as part of the coalition. The Kurds refused and will not
be at Geneva. They see the U.S. refusal to recognize their separate delegation as
stemming from its support for a centralized Syrian regime even after Assads departure.

If the Syrian opposition has trouble accepting the presence of Assad loyalists at the
peace conference, it cannot accept an Iranian presence at all. They say their real
opponent on the Syrian battlefield is the Iranian army, and they view Iran as an invading
country that is also deploying Hizbullah against them. Saudi Arabia, too, can barely
tolerate the Assad loyalists and rejects any Iranian role at the conference altogether.

Also of-interest when pondering the wrong-headed approach [helping the Muslim Brotherhood???]
being pursued by BHO are observations from two disinterested sources *Foreign Policy and WSJ+;
note, in Indonesia, Kerry beat mosque drum calling Muslims to prayer despite Christian persecution:

Western intelligence services have reportedly met with Syrian officials to discuss
security cooperation with President Bashar al-Assad's government. Syrian Deputy
Foreign Minister Faisal Mekdad said he would not specify which countries had
representatives that met with the Syrian government, but mentioned that many had
visited Damascus to discuss the battle against radical Islamist groups. According to
unnamed Western and Middle Eastern officials, European intelligence agencies secretly
met with Assad's delegates in order to gather information on at least 1,200 European
jihadists that have joined militant groups in Syria. It would be the first known encounter
since the countries withdrew their ambassadors after the conflict began. Mekdad said
there is a divide between Western security officials, and the politicians who are pushing
for the resignation of Assad. Meanwhile, Western and Gulf states pledged $1.4 billion in
fresh aid for U.N. efforts in Syria at a donor summit in Kuwait. The United States pledged
$380 million, but warned that humanitarian efforts will fail if Assad denies access to the
people who need assistance. The pledges have come after the United Nations launched
its largest appeal in history for $6.5 billion. It has only received about 70 percent of the
$1.5 pledged at a 2013 conference.

As Syria's civil war spills over the border into Iraq and Lebanon things are becoming
increasingly complicated for the U.S., which has allies in competing camps. In response
to the rise of Islamist forces in Iraq, the U.S. plans to shore up the Shiite-led
government. At the same time, the White House is supporting Lebanon's government
and Sunni militias in Syria. We find that the U.S.'s ability to navigate the worsening
regional divisions amid an intensifying proxy battle between Iran and Saudi Arabia will
likely determine whether Mr. Obama achieves the top two foreign policy initiatives of

his second term: an Arab-Israeli peace agreement and a deal with Iran to curb its
nuclear program.

Perceiving the anti-Christian component of the Syrian Civil War in a larger context, note evidence of
daily atrocities against Christians worldwide [Christians are the most persecuted group in the world
today. Christians in Nigeria, Egypt, Syria and other nations are murdered, raped, kidnapped, enslaved
and persecuted on a daily basis. The reason for the vast majority of all of this violence is that they are

Middle East], merely focusing upon Nigeria [during the past six months], and lament BHOs silence
[along with the inability to arm these innocents, all c/o anti-Semitic Islamists+ ,Bueller?-:

Guzzardis petition-drive already totals 742, and I have yet to receive returns from the dozens of people

four counties are already 100+, and we have yet to hear from the likes of Allegheny, MontCo and Philly;
also, a slew of return is anticipated from key-leaders of this effort in other counties around the state.
The Sanctuary-City concern reflects a national-effort to pressure the GOP to enact reform measures,
but it feels counterproductive to demonstrate a desire to embrace a decision not to enforce the law
[claiming prosecutorial discretion, perhaps] as one advocates new legislation *touted as tougher+.
Noting how the Ukraine is exploding, the ideological-pacifism espoused by the POTUS and his Dems
finally will be tested affirmatively, for Neo-Isolationism will not defeat the Islamists [who slit-throats].
Finally, the Mandatory Holocaust Education issuewhich should be a no-brainerexploded again,
after mandate-opponents lowered themselves to name-calling; we are portrayed as idiots because of
reluctance to trust their advice [as wrongheaded as their arguments have been proven to have been].

Corbetts Broken Promises Cost Taxpayers

It is budget season at the Capitol. On Feb. 4, 2014, the governor
delivered his budget address to the Pennsylvania Legislature. Typically
before the governor speaks before the joint session of the Legislature,
we are given copies of his speech and budget documents.

During his presentation he stated that, we have not raised taxes in
three years. I was shocked that Tom Corbett had the audacity to make

such a blatantly false statement. I spent most of last year engaged in a
legislative battle with him and his special interest allies who wanted to
increase the tax we pay per every gallon of gasoline.

We were successful in stopping the gas tax in June of last year. Our
efforts saved taxpayers millions of dollars in taxes at the pump
throughout the second half of 2013.

During the summer, through a corrupt and purely political action of the
Corbett administration, they increased weight restrictions on 1,000
bridges to put the squeeze on legislators for a gas tax increase in the
fall. An excerpt from a media interview with Barry Schoch, Corbetts
Secretary of Transportation, reads, Schoch said restrictions are
necessary because the Legislature did not approve a bill to boost
transportation revenue before recessing on June 30. The bridges are not
unsafe, he said.

Not only did his new politically-driven weight restrictions drive up the
cost for businesses that had to reroute their vehicles, but it also put the
safety of Pennsylvanians at risk due to restrictions on certain emergency
service vehicles.

New Jersey made national news with BridgeGate regarding lane
restrictions on one very busy bridge. Pennsylvania has our own bridge
gate involving one thousand bridges. The Corbett administration
stopped certain vehicles from crossing one thousand bridges, just to
pressure legislators into passing the Corbett gas tax increase.

In November, we continued the debate and after voting the issue four
different times, the Corbett gas tax passed and it was signed into law by
the governor on November 25, 2013. Less than three months later, Tom
Corbett claimed, we have not raised taxes in three years.

Also in his budget address, the governor claimed that Education is the
largest single item in my budget. Wrong again, Tom Corbett!

In the Budget in Brief booklet that was distributed by the governors
administration on the same day as his budget address, I confirmed that
the Department of Welfare is the largest single item in this Republican
governors budget. He is proposing to spend $11.44 billion on welfare
and $11.18 billion on education.

Corbett wants to increase welfare spending this year by $428.9 million.
Just his increase in welfare spending alone is greater than the entire
cost of the legislative branch of our state government.

This year, the governor also proposes to increase overall spending by
3.3 percent, which is more than twice the 2013 rate of inflation!

Currently, the House Appropriations Committee is holding budget
hearings. I have participated in the hearings for the state and school
retirement systems, the Office of Open Records, the Department of
General Services, and the Department of State. I was invited to attend
those hearings as Chairman of the House State Government Committee
because my committee has oversight for the law related to these
entities.

Between now and June, when the budget is due, lobbyists and
individuals will work the halls of the Capitol asking for their special
interest budget requests. The majority will want to stick their hands
deeper into the taxpayers pockets.

Mayor Nutter seeks to provide "sanctuary" for criminal illegal aliens in Philadelphia by cancelling the
City's agreement of cooperation with ICE (immigration officials) [Nutter to curtail Police Cooperation
with Immigration Authorities]. Nutter is choosing the demands of illegal aliens, their open-borders
advocates and the profiteers of illegal immigration over the safety and security of Philadelphia's legal

Neoisolationism is Dangerous

In response to my having promoted a muscular foreign policy, I was advised to assess two resources
[George Kennan and the american conservative]. The former notes Kennan is most famous having
predicted in 1947 that containment would lead to the eventual breakup of the Soviet Union; I would
reply that few people believed this could be achieved until the Reagan Era *Star Wars a.k.a. SDI+.
Also, it is averred that Like the Founders, he believed the wisest foreign policy limited military
intervention abroad while affording the broadest scope for hard-headed diplomacy; I have no quibble
with this posture, but this does not entail pursuing diplomacy when an opposing party procrastinates
and cedes nothing substantivewhile USA prods allies to establish increasingly problematic precedents.

The central thesis is couched in phraseology that appears to be primarily pacifist, but
that also can be rationalized from the conservative perspective: Kennan insisted that
the challenge facing the United States was containing not only rival nations and
threatening ideologies, but also Americas own outsized ambitions and self-righteous
assertions of virtue.*H+owever loud the claims of American exceptionalism, Americans
could escape neither original sin nor its secular manifestation, the will to power.

BHO is achieving neither, for Americas adversaries *Iran, Russia, North Korea, China+
arent contained and Americas ambitions have consistently been scaled-back;
indeed, American troops are still desired along the Korean DMZ and [regardless of

whether we have been displacing Islamists with nation-building or only with advisors+

the Anwar-Awakening was pivotal and would have transpired regardlessabsent data+.

Thus, Kennan was wrong when averring efforts to seek Pax Americana were inescapable
and, indeed, even conjuring the possibility that America has sinned is reprehensible
*and reminiscent of BHOs apology tour of four years ago]. And adopting a muscular
foreignand militarypolicy isnt inherently secular when it is predicated on the goal
*articulated in the SOTU of 05 by Bush-43 quoting Sharansky] of promoting freedom.

The rest of the piece is fraught with misrepresentation and oversight, and he fails to cite
why his views are uniquely consistent with those of the *oft quoted+ Founding Fathers;
its one thing to critique the Vietnam intervention *noting the Gulf of Tonkin incident
apparently never transpired+, but its another to condemn military interventions in
Panama, Somalia and Iraq as a waste of scarce resources. Although the situation in
Somalia continues to be unstable *pirates, etc.+, Panama and the Gulf War worked
without leaving anti-Americanism in their wake. Thus, claiming Policing the globe
exacerbated resentment abroad is unjustified, and we all saw what Obama didnt truly
accomplish when claiming the stimulus would reverse the alleged neglecting [of] the
decaying infrastructure at home. Therefore, Trying to spread democracy by using
military force mischaracterizes what occurred in Iraq/Afghanistan, for the former was
preceded by numerous UN Security Council Resolution violations [which others ignored]
and the latter was preceded by 9-11 [which Keenan would have acknowledged].

The selective citation of Iranian concerns is, itself, to be condemned; for example,
failure to note the fact that the multination agreement with Iran is not public AND that
it has been characterized *by a congresswoman who has read it+ as capitulationthis is
pivotal to recognizing the goal of the Senate Bill. It is predicated solely on public data;
assuming there truly is a 6-month time-limit, then nothing kicks-in until either there is
NO AGREEMENT THEREAFTER or if there is a VIOLATION IN THE INTERIM. Noting that
Irans programs appear to be continuing unabated and that their public statements are
bombastic [to say the least], Obama [and this author] are silent; continued violations of
human rights concerns [which usually fall in the Carter-esque bailiwick of the Dems] are
also ignored, notwithstanding how such behavior bespeaks a reaction to sanctions
having been dropped [while Europeans rush-in]. BTW, all this talk of withdrawal but
remaining over the horizon hasnt materialized in Iraq *Fallujah?+ and this serves as a
metaphor for the *in+ability to reimpose any type of meaningful economic bite.

The legislature has a responsibility to oversight the Executive [per the Founding Fathers]
even if the author carries disdain for this responsibility *even if only advise/consent+;
indeed, a sentence replete with rationalization *Although ardently opposed to nuclear
proliferation, he would also dispute the bills insistence that a negotiated deal reduce to
zero Irans capacity to enrich uranium. That restriction would preclude even the face-

saving option of low-grade uranium enrichment for civilian purposes.+ ignores the prior
[weak] UN Security Council resolutions, particularly when it is recalled rejection of the
ability to swap fuel-rods with other countries *to acquire what it needs for energy+.

Thus, it is indeed true that Diplomacy seeking capitulation rather than compromise was
foolishbecause a settlement resented as unfair would be undermined by overt or
covert resistance., but not for the stated-reason; he ignores the practice of takiyya,
when lying is approved if it serves a higher-purpose and, thus, he ignores a Reaganesque
aphorism *trust, but verify+ in the rush to conclude any type of agreement. Thus,
when it is AMERICA that is suffering capitulation, one wonders how Keenan would act,
for what is unfair is Tehrans ability to continue constructing nukes targeting Israel.

And it is ironicnoting whats apparently occurring in the Crimeafor America to be
told to respect the egos of Russia/Iran, when the former has been granted free-reign
during the past half-decade [answering an open hand with a fist and a glare+ and the
latter has been rewarded for overt procrastination by an ideologically-pacifist POTUS.
Trotting-out 1953 when so much occurred in the interim, this is cinematic in import.

To manage tensions, advocated are psychologically astute tactics, because all-out
efforts to weaken a rivals capabilities could backfire by hardening resolve or by
escalating into a dangerous preemptive war; amazingly ignored is how Reagan ended
the Cold War [notwithstanding dealing with the psyche+ by weakening a rival and
thereby avoiding war *peace through strength+. It may be true that Diplomacy and
soft power were more cost effective in influencing a rivals intentions, but he would
shun resolving conflict by historically traditional means *victory yielding parades+.

except that he was subsequently anti-Nuke *The atom bombings of Hiroshima and
Nagasaki had already convinced him that a nuclear exchange would result in millions of

His next graph starts-out poorly *We are ultimately dependent on the intentions,
rather than the capabilities, of the adversary, the influence of which is primarily a
political and psychological, not a military problem] because intentions intuitively can
be played-out militarily; it ends correctly *War itself should aim not at killing for killings
sake, but rather at changing the enemys understanding and disposition.+, a truism.
This is the liberal mindset embodied by Obama and the Dems, excusing error by citing
allegedly-good intentions *as applied to everything from foreign-policy to ObamaCare]
even if the intent actually is to assert control instead of just trying to be a do-gooder.
Here, ignored are the stated-intentions of Iran to obliterate Israel, surely a concern, and
the capabilities of these adversaries constantly grow, as America crawls into a cocoon.

Eerily, he creates a segue that ignores the religious fervor of those attempting to create
a worldwide caliphate *Even during the most perilous periods of the Cold War, Mr.
Kennan insisted that the other side retained a lively interest in self-preservation.
However much the Soviets might fulminate against the United States, they would not
invite certain destruction by bombing America or its allies. Nor, Mr. Kennan would add if
he were still alive, would a nuclear-armed Iran risk such devastation by launching an
attack, or by giving atomic weapons to a client group. Deterrence works, he argued.+
Iran knows Obama would demand production of forensic evidence of the origin of a
Tel Aviv bombing before blaming Iran, inviting other Islamists to annihilate the Jews.
Deterrence COULD work, but it would be desirable if even it were ever tried; instead,
America inexorably/forcefully moves in the opposite direction [i.e., abject capitulation].

If Kennan was focused less on Americas potential to be a worldwide police-force and
more on its need to enhance its inner strength, it is claimed the latter would garner
greater international respect in a world in which conflagrations appear to proliferate.
This idealized ideology may be well-received in elitist think-tanks, but its not realistic.

In the interest of time, I will defer quoting any more from the journal he cites, except to pose the query
[the response to which I can sadly predict, recalling Palin on Ukraine: I told you so] as to whether
America should do anything via NATO after [apparently] Russia has invaded the Crimean Peninsula;
again, what would Kennan do after noting Iran is advancing nuke program despite pact with West?
Assuredly, after this has been promptly remitted to the individual who support Rand Paul in this arena,
anything composed in response thereto will be dutifully included in a subsequent blast e-mail.



Mandatory Holocaust Education [e-mail to Rep. Paul Clymer]
I called both of your offices to chat about this bill and, frankly, I had not planned to bother youuntil
yesterday [when I left a message with Ms. Judy Smith]; indeed, I have NO PROBLEM chatting with any of
your aides first, if this is the norm.

I know the bill is in the Senate and its poised to have its 3

reading and then to be passed unanimously
*we hope+, noting that an amendment thereto *may shall+ was unanimously adopted by the
Appropriations Committee; a problem arose yesterday, however, that prompts me to have decided to
call you.

When I met with Sen. Rafferty @ MCRC for an hour, his first question to me was Why is there a split in
the Jewish Community? He was referring, at the time, to the entire Jewish Federation *manifest as the

PA Jewish Coalition, representing the Philly Federation plus the Pittsburgh JCRC] vs. the Holocaust
Remembrance Museum and Education Center [the President of which is Chuck Feldman, who is on the
cc-list along with Sen. Rafferty].

from the mouth of Hank Butler [increasingly aggressively, with his behavior increasingly resembling that

The battle has been joined and the Dybbuk has emerged; to be provided is the complete-version of a
letter distributed by the Pennsylvania Jewish Coalition [funded by Federation] that comprehensibly

Personal lobbying efforts have led to adoption, on December 9, of an amendment to
this bill in the Senate Appropriations Committee that replaces the discretionary word
may with the absolute term shall; absent are any accoutrements *such as teacher

Efforts to achieve an attitudinal readjustment were amplified when staff notes

suggested the mandatory phraseology would not carry an appreciable fiscal impact

Rights Violations Instruction.--(a) (1) Beginning with school year 2015-2016, each school
entity SHALL offer instruction in the Holocaust, genocide and human rights violations to
students.


The hearts of the Democrats were in the correct place, as evidenced by the earnestness
of their staffs, but the goal was to fight global ignorance not only regarding the Shoah,
but also regarding other mass-killings during the past century [Armenia, Ukraine,
Cambodia+; students must recognize that History is news that stays news!

Entities such as the Holocaust Awareness Museum will eagerly provide a curriculum and
dispatch a volunteer [which costs ~$125 per appearance], although subsequent efforts
to acquire state-funding [or from other granting institutions] could be pursued after this
fundamental law has been signed.

In addition to the aforementioned legislators, accolades are due to Senators Stewart
Greenleaf, John Eichelberger, and Mike Folmer, whose staffsin various ways
facilitated this process; it is now extremely likely the Senate Bill will fulfill the essence of
what is sorely needed, after which time (for reasons aforementioned) it is highly likely
the House will concur, through the efforts of Rep. Mike Vereb.

Thus, it appears Jews who worry that this manifestation of anti-Semitism will be
ignoredare not-so-sadly mistaken. As Senator John Rafferty said this past Friday, Lets
get this thing done!

provided curriculum on the Holocaust from the Pennsylvania Department of Education. The teachers
will also receive Continuing Education (CE) credit for their training.-

[6]Politically, those aligned with the PJC would arise to oppose a bill that merely would ensure the
topic-module (Holocaust/Genocide/Human-Rights) were taught to all students (presumably, invoking
lobbying-pals of the PJC which have yet to have emerged). ,Amending HB 1424 will hinder this effort
and potentially stop the movement of this bill for this legislative session.-

In counter-distinction to these claims:

[1]The Amended HB-1424 would cost the PDE a grand-total of $7000 and would not require any
further input from the PJC or any other entity (although everyone would be empowered to provide a
consistent and effective Holocaust education to ALL Pennsylvania Students.

[2]The Amended HB-1424 would not mandate use of a particular curriculum by certified teachers
(requiring restoration of annual $300K funding for this endeavor) because entities such as the
Holocaust Awareness Museum would be more-than-willing to provide resources directly to the 501
School Boards in Pennsylvania, contingent upon how the local entities would wish to cover this module
(rather than having to comply with a top-down mandate, both of curriculum-content and certification),
thereby precluding forever any effort to restore the $300K Ethnic Heritage Line Item.

[3]The Amended HB-1424 would be consistent with existing statute, which explicitly contains many
legislatively-imposed course curriculum mandates (including, as per staff-notes from the PA-House,
cursory coverage of the Holocaust).

[5]The Amended HB-1424 would not require creation of an accreditation process by the PDE to be
enforced statewide, thereby avoiding burdening The Forgotten Taxpayer with an unfunded-mandate,

even if other entities may not be able to invite provision of direct funding, such as public schools, and
even if benefit may not inure to our teachers (precluding the need to create an infrastructure through
which they may receive Continuing Education (CE) credit for their training.

[6]The Amended HB-1424 would be wildly-popular politically, as evidenced by the fact that there is
bipartisan support for mandatory Holocaust/Genocide/Human-Rights education (as advocated on
12/10/12 by Governor Tom Corbett and MontCo Commissioner Josh Shapiro @ Temple Sinai), an
endpoint that could only be achieved by Amending HB 1424 and expediting approval by the Senate (and
then by the House) during this legislative session.

Whats going on? The PJC appears more interested in creating a publicly-funded infrastructure that
would be applicable [admittedly] to a subset of Pennsylvania students [by restoring $300K annually,
probably to enrich the coffers of its lobbying-funders] than it is to ensure the unit be taught to all of the
Pennsylvania students; it is vital that the amended version be approved, thereby precluding enactment
of an unfunded-mandate that would be perceivable as an additional burden to local School Boards.

Thus, regarding the heavily-documented effort to mandate Holocaust/Genocide/Human-Rights
education, its insufficient to quote those who attended Tuesday-nights Israel Solidarity rally [Corbett
and Shapiro] when the facts-on-the-ground were palpably problematic; thats why I lobbied people
whom I knew [and who knew me] to transcend what they had been told by the Federation-financed PA
Jewish Coalition [which had spread falsehoods regarding the inability to mandate TOPICS be covered,
perhaps because of innate antipathy stemming from having to deal with a GOP-controlled legislature] to
perform the may shall flip *a change that was effectuated on Monday via the Appropriations
Committee]. Therefore, the reader is invited to reinforce the above interventions by contacting each
PA-Senator and conveying a simple-message to support the insertion of mandatory-lingo in the

The Pennsylvania Jewish Coalition (PJC), representing Jewish Federations and communities throughout
Pennsylvania, supports House Bill 1424 (HB 1424) currently in the Senate Appropriations Committee to
be passed through the committee and Senate in its current form -- unamended.

From the early 1990s to 2009, the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) annually allocated
funding to Holocaust education. It was assigned in the same line item along with two museums (one in
Philadelphia and one in Pittsburgh) via the Ethnic Heritage line item. The allocation in this line item was
of to educate teachers who voluntarily wanted to learn how to teach the Holocaust. In 2009, this line
item was eliminated during the FY 09-10 budget process. Since that time, there has been no allocation
for Holocaust education by the state. It is time to return to consistent and effective Holocaust
education to our schools and our students.

As the years continue to bring distance between the atrocities of the Holocaust and present day (almost
70 years), we need to emphasize the need for our society to remember the Holocaust. We must teach
our children about the horrific actions of the Nazis, the need to fight against hate, and the importance of
promoting tolerance.

Time may obstruct the understanding of how the Holocaust came to be and the horrendous actions that
took place throughout Europe during the Nazi regime. We can fight time by passing HB 1424. This
legislation will help us to effectively teach new generations to never forget what happened and assure
that actions of the Holocaust and genocidal activities never happen again.

HB 1424 was created to require Holocaust education (development of curriculum and training) for the
teachers whose schools choose to teach the Holocaust in their curriculum. This is a step above the
previous efforts to teach the Holocaust whereby the teachers who will be teaching the Holocaust will
be provided curriculum from the state and trained in the best manner to teach this time in our history.

There are efforts to amend HB 1424 to create a mandate for all schools to teach the Holocaust. Unlike
other states who have passed mandated Holocaust Education in their curriculum, it is the
Pennsylvania Department of Educations policy to not impose course curriculum on locally elected
school boards.

In our research and discussions with the Department of Education and Education experts in the
Pennsylvania House and Senate on the issue of legislative course curriculum mandate, the PJC has
learned that there has not been a course curriculum mandate imposed by the legislature in over 50

Pennsylvania Department of Education. Any opposition from these organizations or the
administration would hinder the success of passage.

teachers (who teach the Holocaust) how to teach this important time in our history in a consistently
and effective manner is imperative and should not be delayed. HB 1424, as written, is designed to
remove the financial burden of the public schools and benefit our teachers. The schools who opt into
teaching the Holocaust will have their teachers trained and provided curriculum on the Holocaust from
the Pennsylvania Department of Education. The teachers will also receive Continuing Education (CE)
credit for their training.

The PJC will continue our efforts to assure that ALL students in the Commonwealth are learning about
the Holocaust. The PJC plans to work with the Pennsylvania Board of Education, the Department of
Education, and the School Districts around the state to assure that our public schools continue to teach
this important event in our history. It is our goal to have ALL students learn about the Holocaust and
taught about this time in our history in a consistent and effective manner.

This being stated, THE CURRICULUM AND THE TRAINING HAS TO START NOW!!!

HB 1424 is a strong step towards returning the state to supporting Holocaust education in our schools.
Amending HB 1424 will hinder this effort and potentially stop the movement of this bill for this
legislative session.

Every time I think key-documents have been shared, another spate arrives via reliable sources; first,
clarification of what has been disseminated about Guzzardi is needed, in light of a private-message.

Political Administration vs. Political Science

Yesterday-a.m., the three GOP-Candidates for the 13
th
District appeared @ a 7:30 a.m. get-together of
the Republican Jewish Coalition; after MCRC-Chair Mike Vereb chatted-up his unity-plans [having arrived
by plane from Pittsburgh and planning to leave by plane to go to Florida+, I aggressively supported
efforts to bring-together BOTH obvious mega-players [Asher/Gureghian] and ideological-competitors
[Corbett/Guzzardi] by noting his having invited me to help formulate PR/Policy while knowing of my ties
to Guzzardi [contrasting with his ties to Corbett which, he said, were created starting two decades ago].

Also, the candidate to compete against Chaka Fattah was present [Armond James], and
he sparked discussion of how to make inroads into the Black Community. I reminded
Vereb that Id acquired Ashers OK *while standing next to Pam Levy @ the MCRC-
Meeting when he was elected+ to involve the LGBTQs within the Diversi-Tea
inclusion-effort *citing the Log Cabin Republicans+, although he has a lot he juggles.

Rather than ID them by-name, therefore, I will convey content generically; each has strengths and
weaknesses and I spoke with each afterwards to provide critique [for whatever it may have been worth].

During the discussion, I asked soft-ball queries of each candidate *with the chair
asking what I would have asked one of the candidates, just prior to the 9 a.m. terminus].
They all agreed that endorsement would be pivotal to maximize unity, and Vereb said
he was going to chat with Taylor regarding how the conjoint-convention [Philly/MontCo]
would be organized (representing a sea-change in Philly of which Id heard rumblings,
both months ago and during last weeks get-together @ the Raquet-Club); rather than
depending on ward-leader endorsements, committee-people are to be empowered.
This event hasnt been scheduled because, first, the 1000-signature threshold looms.

One candidate had almost run two years ago, explaining that a degree in Political Administration had
been acquired in the interim; this deals less with pure-politics than with the mechanics of a campaign.

This distinction provided fascinating insights; this candidate had improved dramatically
during the prior fortnight, simply by speaking more loudly. When queried, we were told
that a great sense of pride was derived from having launched into-orbit a roommate
from the Air Force Academy; we were also told of a desire to strengthen the military.

Another candidate focused on problems with the VA-system, emphasizing law-enforcement cred;
perusal of the campaigns website had conveyed this information and, when asked about the bill that
would expand VA-medical services [beyond those that had been determined to be combat-related],
experiential-concern was expressed that the current administration couldnt handle the additional load
*a view that mirrored what had been explained during last Mondays Heritage Action half-hour
phone-conference for Sentinals which is available upon request (Dial-in number: 1-800-757-3718)].

Reference was being made to the fact that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
deleted veteran medical records despite its claim to the contrary; The DC reported
Monday that former VA Los Angeles Medical Center employee Oliver Mitchell was
instructed to help cancel backlogged veteran medical exam requests during a
coordinated process that began at the facility in March 2009. Regardless, however, the
GOP was blamed by Politico for having DERAILED THE MASSIVE VETS BILL ["Senate
Republicans on Thursday derailed a sweeping $21 billion bill that would have expanded
medical, educational and other benefits for veterans - in another chapter of the ongoing
feud over amendments, spending and new sanctions on Iran. Senate Majority Leader
Harry Reid (D-Nev.) moved Wednesday night to cut-off debate on the bill and blocked
consideration of amendments, including one on Iran sanctions demanded by the GOP.
And on Thursday, Democrats came up four votes short of the 60 needed to keep the bill
moving forward on a procedural budget vote. ... Just two Republicans, Sens. Jerry Moran
of Kansas and Dean Heller of Nevada crossed party lines and joined Democrats in their
bid to move the bill forward."] This biased portrayal [noting that Republicans have had
difficulty bringing the Iran-bill to the floor, vide infra] was compounded further by the
even more liberal Think-progress, which claimed the gop dissed vets to promote efforts
to embarrass BHO regarding iran-sanctions. In any case, the commentary provided by
this individual [whose mother is Jewish and whose father is Catholic, yielding a unique
childhood] was on-point relative to information that had been independently accrued.

The third candidate transcended discussion of business-related concerns, so as to express recognition of
the military service of the other two individuals and to provide personal insights as to key-motivations;
compared with the other two individuals, resources are not of-concern (but, graciously, this was not
mentioned publicly). Policies were adopted by reference due to respect for time-constraints, although
there was expressed-openness to whatever clarifications might be desired (during/after the meeting).

I discussed candidly the fact that this individual had lost a prior electoral competition,
emphasizing the need to avoid a loser image by noting that Allysons victory-margin
had been narrowest after that particular individuals effort when compared with others
with whom she had competed during the past decade-plus. In particular, perhaps due to
the experience-factor, others reported he had projected the most relaxed demeanor.

All three conveyed an underlying philosophical and ethical commitment, with serious intent. Any would
be preferable to Allyson [if she were suddenly to flip-back, deferring a gubernatorial-run, as had been
rumored after her 4%-polling had been noted last week], who presumably would be granted the chance

to be re-elected by the four Dems who are now competing for the 13
th
-nod [Margolis, Leach, Arkoosh
and Boylewith Boyle having been a reliable-ally during the effort to mandate Holocaust Education].
This is a D+7 District that affords difficult odds to the GOP, but it is possible to envision anointment of
an extreme-leftie such as Leach (who may not go over too well in NE-Philly) who may, in-turn, be KOed
during an anti-ObamaDontCare electoral-tsunami; thus, the fact that all three are fine-people helps!

As should be obvious by now, although people such as Ridge are harsh on Cruz [as he praises Corbett],
hes been my-man for 16 *although Id accept him as Veep with Scott Walker in the POTUS-position,
acknowledging that my son suggests this combo could be more effective]. Thus, I am only bemused
when cruz is recalled as brilliant-but-with-hard-edge-according-to-former-harvard-classmates, when
Holder Tells Cruz He Didnt Know IRS Investigator Was Obama Contributor, when CRUZ WON'T SAY IF
HE'LL VOTE FOR CORNYN, and when Cruz revealed that he's reached level 217 on the mobile gaming app
Candy Crush and has already finished Season 2 of "House of Cards"; he simply projects he is cool.
Also, when cruz-is-right to claim you-dont-win-elections-by-rolling-over because it-demoralizes-people,
envisioning him as a leader comparable to Reagans stature is plausible, for he is clear [and correct].

by Mr. Sargent. He zeroes in on Ms. Boonstra, a woman featured in an Americans for
Prosperity (AFP) ad. Ms. Boonstra, who has Leukemia, was thrown off her old health-
care plan by ObamaCare, and her new costs are high and unpredictable. Mr. Sargent is a
little incredulous, to say the least, strongly suggesting that the woman is wrong about
her rising costs, and blandly dismissing her worries about unpredictable monthly bills.
Kessler notes costs will even out over time, Mr. Sargent assures us, referencing a Post
buddy of his who doesnt think the woman should be worried. And then it gets absurd,
because we get to Mr. Sargents real point: He thinks that groups like AFP are just using
the stories of ObamaCare victims to promote their agenda. Unfair, he says, alleging the
emotional content of these victims stories is used as a shieldfrom scrutiny.

Just like, well, everything progressives do. Just name it.

would happen, and tried to stop ObamaCare from being passed is using the tactics
the left used to pass the law against the law.

And its also fitting that Democratic politicians who passed ObamaCare four years ago

Liberals in Washington made our private decisions their business. Now its time to make
the consequences their business, and let the voters make some private decisions of
their own in the voting booth.

Grandma is eighty-eight years old and still drives her own car.
She writes:

Dear Grand-daughter,

The other day I went up to our local Christian book store and saw a
'Honk if you love Jesus' bumper sticker.

I was feeling particularly sassy that day because I had just come from
a thrilling choir performance, followed by a thunderous prayer meeting.

So, I bought the sticker and put it on my bumper.

Boy, am I glad I did; what an uplifting experience that followed.

I was stopped at a red light at a busy intersection, just lost in
thought about the Lord and how good he is, and I didn't notice that the
light had changed.

It is a good thing someone else loves Jesus because if he hadn't
honked, I'd never have noticed.

I found that lots of people love Jesus!

While I was sitting there, the guy behind started honking like crazy,
and then he leaned out of his window and screamed, 'For the love of
God!'

'Go! Go! Go! Jesus Christ, GO!'

What an exuberant cheerleader he was for Jesus!

Everyone started honking!

I just leaned out my window and started waving and smiling at all
those loving people.

I even honked my horn a few times to share in the love!

There must have been a man from Florida back there because I heard
him yelling something about a sunny beach.

I saw another guy waving in a funny way with only his middle finger
stuck up in the air.

I asked my young teenage grandson in the back seat what that meant.

He said it was a Hawaiian good luck sign.

Well, I have never met anyone from Hawaii, so I leaned out the window
and gave him the good luck sign right back.

My grandson burst out laughing.

Why even he was enjoying this religious experience!!

A couple of the people were so caught up in the joy of the moment
that they got out of their cars and started walking towards me.

I bet they wanted to pray or ask what church I attended, but this is
when I noticed the light had changed.

So, grinning, I waved at all my brothers and sisters, and drove on
through the intersection.

I noticed that I was the only car that got through the intersection
before the light changed again and felt kind of sad that I had to leave
them after all the love we had shared.

So I slowed the car down, leaned out the window and gave them all
the Hawaiian good luck sign one last time as I drove away. Praise the
Lord for such wonderful folks!!

Rep. Franks Seeks Cosponsors on School Choice Bill, H.R. 422, the Children's Hope Act-
The strongest and surest inducement to educational excellence is to give parents the
ability to choose what kind of educational substance and environment is best for their
child. They know their own children the best, and they have the intrinsic right to make
the fundamental decisions regarding their childrens education. This bill is based on the
successful tax credit program in Arizona, which was challenged by the ACLU, but was
ultimately upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court in April of 2011. That is why Rep. Franks
has reintroduced The Children's Hope Act, H.R. 422, which encourages states to enact
their own scholarship tax credit program. If a state enacts their own program, based
upon minimal guidelines, then those state residents are eligible for a federal tax credit
of up to $100. The credit is for those individuals who contribute to organizations that
distribute at least one-half of the scholarships to low-income children. Arizona taxpayers
have raised over $430 million for scholarships since 1998. In 2011 alone, nearly 75,000
taxpayers awarded over $47 million for 25,000 scholarships to Arizona children.

Rep. Rokita Seeks Cosponsors for the Educational Opportunities Act- In honor of
National School Choice Week, Rep. Rokita urges his colleagues to support H.R. 1381, the
Educational Opportunities Act. This simple bill will facilitate school choice by providing a
federal tax credit for individuals and corporations contributing to Scholarship Granting
Organizations. Individuals would be eligible for a credit up to $4,500 and corporations
up to $100,000. Rep. Rokita believes this bill will empower parents by allowing their
children, in grades K-12, to receive scholarships for private school tuition and expenses.

this is unnerving when coupled with statements of BHO/Kerry that lament the fact that Putin hasnt
behaved himself *instead reverting to behavior they feel recalls turmoil of the 19

chucking American Exceptionalism has been manifest by the sudden downgrade of the Pentagon [which
I predicted while yelling @ Rep. Mike Fitzpatrick for having voted for the Sequester, 3 years ago],
representing the cherry-on-top relative to the dominance of ideology over reason, facts and patriotism.



It is within this context that the Middle East is updated [finally!], starting with recognition that a major
decision will be made by the ZOA regarding the retention of Mort Klein as its President ZOA's leadership
challenge; it is meeting in Philly to confront this Watershed-event-for-Israel-advocacy-in-US. Also,
perceived within the context of the recent AIPAC meeting in D.C., the ability to compare/contrast the
potency of the two organizations yields the view that the smaller ZOA hasnt abandoned its mission
*as has AIPAC, noting how it is owned by the Dems and BHO in such totality that it reversed its stance
regarding the acute-threat posed by Iranas BHO runs-out-the-clock (in this realm as well as in others)].
Caroline Glick is quoted supra, she explains why The Two-State Model Is 'a Recipe for Disaster', and she
exclaims [to the world and] to Obama that 'You're Not Scaring Us' into capitulating to your childish
effort to win another Nobel; as BB and others noted, Israel 'Can't Survive Another Destruction and Exile'

announcement of a unilateral end to negotiations" and that Palestinians "totally reject" a demand to
recognize Israel as a Jewish state. It is difficult to detect rhetorical wiggle-room for BHO to negotiate.}

The Showdown at AIPAC centered upon Iran Sanctions, as per 5 Essential Take-Aways; pivotal was the
AIPAC leaderships Switched Tactics *a Letter, Not a Vote, on Iran Sanctions+, no longer advocating for a
vote on the new Iran sanctions contained in the Kirk-Menendez bill [which would apply only if talks fail

constituting a retreat from the exertion of any meaningful Congressional oversight/action. Meanwhile,
Kerry Defended Obama's 'Strong Diplomacy' on Iran and Palestinians and treasury-secretary-lew-
championed-obamas-sanctions-policy-to-end-irans-pursuit-of-a-nuclear-weapon; Menendez pointedly
did not budge and, of course, the GOP desperately attempted to stimulate heightened awareness.
{Although a foot of D.C. SNOW had been forecast, it was not necessary to CANCEL AIPAC LOBBYING;
also, a Pro-Israel Student [Daniel Mael, a junior at Brandeis University] is leading a drive for a 'Safe Hillel'
by countering a left-wing movement called "Open Hillel" [which is trying to force Hillel, the national
organization of Jewish student centers on college campuses, to relax guidelines that prohibit partnering
with or hosting anti-Israel organizations]. Sadly, AIPAC appears to have abandoned advocacy for the
Israeli Governmentsupposedly, its raison d'treso as to satisfy the political goals of the POTUS.



There is much-more to detail regarding how BHO continues to abuse Eretz Yisrael but, first, providing a
few key-updates is in-order; regarding Guzzardis petition-tabulation, we have met the distributional
*100+ from at least 10 counties+ criterion and it is anticipated that todays mail will then satisfy the
numerical criterion [2000+]. And regarding the Mandatory Holocaust Education billwhich may be
voted-out by the State Senate next weekthe following letter-to-the-editor was just published in
Pittsburghs jewish chronicle [and, in addition, Chuck reports an article will soon be published in the
Daily News that will detail their successful $-raising effort to preserve (in a highly-accessible format)
remembrance of Survivors, Refugees, and those who hid in plain sight via the Kickstarter Project+:

To the Editor:

I am President of the Holocaust Awareness Museum and Education Center of the
Delaware Valley and our efforts to achieve passage of HB 1424 with a mandate have
been endorsed by the Federation of Jewish agencies of Greater Philadelphia.

We want to ensure all Pennsylvania high-school graduates have learned about the
Holocaust and genocide. Your summary of the current status of this legislation printed
last week did not take into account our concerns:

1. We feel a mandate will become law if we all get behind it. It was passed
unanimously by the Senate Appropriations Committee (25-0). Obviously it has
bipartisan support and once it passes the full Senate we feel confident that it will pass
the House in a similar fashion. The mandated version failed by only one vote a few
months ago and we have spoken with many Representatives who voted "no" and are
now interested in seeing it pass.

2. The Pennsylvania Department of Education has established policy that it does
not compose curricula; this is left to the 501 local school boards.

3. There is a precedent for educational-topics to be specified by statute, per the
Academic Standards for History in Appendix C of Title 22, Chapter 4, Section 4.83 of the
Pennsylvania Code.

4. Organizations such as ours are eager to provide educational-units comprised of
lesson-plans, handouts and/or volunteers including our 25 survivors and liberators.

We at the Holocaust Awareness museum have had extensive experience on the front-
line of Holocaust Education in our area's schools;last year, we presented 268 programs
giving eyewitness testimony about the dangerous societal impact of government-
sponsored hatred and bigotry. Our heroes reached over 35,000 students with an urgent
message promoting tolerance and vigilance, and we feel all students must be repeatedly
exposed to how bigotry foments mass-murder.

The status quo, revealed to the nearly 300,000 individuals who viewed Rhonda Fink-
Whitman's video is that college students who attended public schools in Pennsylvania
are unaware of the darkest days of humanity. Such ignorance is due to the fact that this
curriculum is voluntary.

Holocaust denial is growing, even as survivors and liberators walk among us. How will
all of our graduates be able to combat the denial that will increase when our survivors
are gone, unless they have the knowledge that only a mandate can provide? After the
December 9
th
aforementioned unanimous vote for the mandate from the Senate
Appropriations Committee (which comprises half of the body), why are our colleagues
so pessimistic and timid? We urge them and all of your readers to enlist in our fight to
join New Jersey, New York and other states that are successfully teaching this important
subject now. We can make it happen.

Seized Iran Arms Ship to Arrive in Israel Saturday - A ship carrying advanced rockets
from Iran to Gaza that was intercepted by the Israeli navy will reach the port of Eilat on
Saturday evening, IDF Brig.-Gen. Motti Almoz told Army Radio Thursday. "There is clear
and unequivocal information that this (shipment) came from Iran," he said.

Captured Rockets Could Have Bypassed Israel's Anti-Missile System - Israel's Iron Dome
anti-missile system finds it difficult to intercept heavy, medium-range rockets like the
M-302 that were captured on the Klos C ship. Such rockets are supposed to be
intercepted by a system called David's Sling, which is still being developed and will not
become operational before 2016. Had the rockets reached Gaza, they could have been
launched unhindered at Tel Aviv and Haifa. [The shipment was sent at the initiative of
Iran's Revolutionary Guards' Quds Force and involved a very complicated logistic
operation which cost tens of millions of dollars.]

Israel is in a Continuing Battle Against Iranian Arms-Smuggling and Terror-Financing -
Israel's defense establishment is continually monitoring Iranian arms-smuggling and
terror-financing networks as part of a "war between wars"; each week, Israel blocks or
thwarts an Iranian attempt to transmit arms to terrorist entities threatening Israeli

national security. Countering Iran's Quds Force can be done by sharing with other
countries the name of a bank used for financing the movement of arms or by exposing
the name of a company that provides components for missiles.

Lessons from the IDF Interception of the Iranian Arms Ship - The Israeli Navy once again
proved its ability to act successfully far from Israel's shores; the intelligence that led to
the ship's capture was precise. The rockets were probably meant for Iran-sponsored
Islamic Jihad, but it is possible the weapons were meant for Hamas.

Iran's Secret Weapons - In a Red Sea raid Wednesday, Israeli naval commandos
intercepted a shipment of M-302 rockets that had been loaded on a freighter in the
Iranian port of Bandar Abbas and were destined for Gaza. Iran denied sending the
weapons, which happened to be disguised among cement bags labeled "Made in Iran."
The seizure of the ship is a reminder that the aims and methods of Iranian foreign policy
remain unchanged despite the alleged moderation of President Hassan Rouhani.

No Separating Iran's Nukes From Terrorism - White House spokesman Jay Carney
dismissed the idea that there ought to be any connection between the interception of
an Iranian arms shipment headed for Gaza and the U.S. pursuit of a nuclear deal with
Iran. Yet Iran's nuclear program and its participation in international terror are two
elements of a common strategy aimed at destabilizing the Middle East and increasing
Iranian influence. The seizure of the arms ship is a clear warning of what lies ahead if the
U.S. continues to blindly pursue engagement with Iran.

While an Iran nuke constitutes an existential threat to Israel, which has been
repeatedly threatened with annihilation by Tehran, a bomb also gives the ayatollahs a
way of creating a nuclear umbrella over Syria, Lebanon and perhaps Gaza and the West
Bank. That changes the balance of power in such a way as to threaten moderate Arab
states as well as Israel.

What is really going on is a two-track policy in which Iran engages in diplomatic
activity designed to deceive Western leaders and undermine sanctions on the regime,
while at the same time actively building a weapon and seeking to dominate the region
via terrorism and strategic alliances. The seizure of the weapons ship ought to serve as a
wake-up call to the West that nothing has changed in Iran. We should have no illusions
about Iranian moderation or a desire for detente with the West.

Red Sea Deja Vu - The Israeli capture of a freighter carrying high-trajectory weapons
from Iran to Gaza is reminiscent of a similar episode - the seizure of the Karine A in
January 2002 carrying tons of weapons shipped from Iran to the Palestinian Authority.
Karine A marked the beginning of the end of Jerusalem and Washington's efforts to
even consider Arafat part of the solution.

The weapons seizure validates and legitimizes Israel's concern that Iran's
regional game is still the same. It should be obvious to the Obama administration by
now that while Iran may be sending signals that it's ready for some kind of negotiated
solution on th nuclear issue, that hardly means it has changed its spots on other issues.
It boggles the mind to believe that the administration would be in a position to lift

comprehensive sanctions if Iran is still backing the murderous Assad and supplying
Hamas with weapons that can target Israeli population centers.

This episode will only add to the obvious reality that while the Iranian nuclear
issue is the hottest issue on the agenda, it isn't the only one. Removing sanctions will
not only depend on a resolution of the nuclear issue but on reformed Iranian behavior.
It is a fantasy for Iran to feel as though it can continue to negotiate with the U.S. while
supplying the enemies of its allies. The writer, a vice-president and distinguished scholar
at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, served for two
decades as an adviser to secretaries of state on the Arab-Israeli peace process.

Scream and Shout that Iran Is Lying - The West had been dreaming about Iran being
gradually transformed into a moderate nation when those rude Israeli commandos
raided a merchant vessel, seizing M-302 missiles that had been dispatched from Syria to
Gaza by way of Iran. The seizure of the Klos C was designed to make sure Hamas did not
lay its hands on a lethal weapons system whose explosive payload of 150 kg. can target
major population centers in Israel. The images of Israeli special forces on that ship offer
a counter-narrative in stark contrast to what the Iran-pleasers in the West are doing.

The world may be tuned out, but Israel must nevertheless scream and shout.
The attempted shipment of arms through the Klos C was in violation of UN Security
Council resolutions. Eventually people will realize that for the ayatollah regime, lying is
just part of its daily life, part of a routine.



This again illustrates why the-iran-deal-is-washingtons-gravest-foreign-policy-mistake for, regarding
Obama and the Sunni-Shiite War, The U.S. tilt to Iran is upsetting allies and disrupting the Middle East.

Pressure from Obama/Kerry continued apace, as Obama warned of 'fallout' for Israel if peace effort fails
['Time Is Running Out' is but one of BHOs Prophetic Threats to Israel]; USA is even pushing Israel to stop
assassinating Iranian nuclear scientists, and rumor has it thatif all else fails [including the latest idea
from Abbas that any settlement with Israel would have to be ratified by all Palestinian-Arabs, globally]
the US may unveil framework peace deal without agreement-of-israel-or-palestinian-authority. Indeed,
perhaps reacting to these forces [and noting the need for Congress to reverse the decision of Obama to
Cut Funds for Israeli Missile Defense, BB succinctly said, "We Cannot Be Tolerant to the Intolerant."

Abbas Aide (Mohammed Ishtayeh) said Gaps Widened (during the past seven months)

BHO is multitasking efforts to fundamentally change America in so many ways *despite his new claim,

that it is difficult to capture each-and-every crucial move he is making in all available arenas; he remains
highly-toxic to Constitutional rule-by-law but, unfortunately, although Republicans recognize he is
violating the Constitution, they feel little can be done about it *because challengers lack standing
when they cant demonstrate personal-harm]. To recap, obamas-top-10-constitutional-violations are
compounded by a list-of-252-examples-of-obamas-lying-corruption-and-cronyism; George Washington
