attempted assault at 4:16 am. At that time, he had physical
altercation with a female party on Caroline Street that was
witnessed by patrol officers.
The criminal mischief charge stems from alleged damage LeBarron
did to the SSPD cell blocks while he was being held in police
custody on the original charges.

Both Flanagans were arrested at 9:01 pm for the same charges.
Both had originally walked into the Marriott Residence about 20
minutes prior to arrest. The two were very disruptive and
disturbed other people staying there.
Staff intervened and, after a brief discussion, explained to the
Flanagans that they were at the wrong Marriott. Staff tried to
assist the 2 getting to the correct Marriott, but the Flanagans
did not want the help and left on their own. Staff advised them,
prior to their leaving, not to return due to their disruptive
behavior.
The Flanagans came back about 5 minutes later, just as disruptive
as before, and police were summoned. Prior to police arrived,
both Flanagans fled on foot. They were soon located in the wooded
area near the hotel and taken into custody.
