SUMMARY
My primary goal is to establish an Oracle Human Capital Management System that optimizes
functionality and fulfills the goals of the company. By effective utilization of Oracle software
and technologies, I aim to develop, implement, maintain, and make necessary modifications to
ensure that operations run smoothly and effectively. I also aim to constantly monitor system
performance and promptly respond to rising issues. My experience as an Oracle HRMS
Consultant provided me a strong track record that testifies to effective and cost-efficient
application of solution design. This said, I am confident that I can fulfill this goals and that I can

I worked in Human resource Department. I worked in recruitment and staff management where I use to
conduct interviews and created profiles using SAP ERP. I also use to update personal details on SAP.
Then I worked in compensation and benefit department where I use SAP for different operations

My duties in recruitment and staff management were to update data and profile in SAP.
Schedule interview, create profiles, check personal details and create appraisal.
My duties in compensation and benefit were to create job description of different employees
and look over resignation process as well as internee evaluation process. I also updated
