obllgatlons, arlslng dlrectly or lndlrectly from acts of God, acts (lncludlng delay or fallure to act) of any governmental authorlty (de [ure or
oods, weather, labor dlsputes, sabotage, epldemlcs, factory shutdowns or alteratlons,
