****************************************************************** 1. FIXED AND VERIFIED DEFECTS ****************************************************************** Most important fixed and verified defects in OMS-FEM version 9.5 ================================================================ A. Software - Defect 13355: IP ACL - Add rule with LAG fails, DD-MIB corrupt. Workaround: Delete every ACL rule and recreate, but the rule with LAG should be created first. - Defect 13517: Creation of N50/N70 node with existing X3M node number fails correctly, but node is still created in OMS-FEM. Workaround: You cannot delete this node anymore in OMS-FEM. You have to create a new database. B. Loadware - Defect 11137: Traffic loop of a few seconds in LAG after reconnecting link. - Defect 12543: PoE - Node delivers always power when Class 4 equipment is connected, no matter how PoE is configured ****************************************************************** 2. KNOWN BUGS, LIMITATIONS, AND WORKAROUNDS ****************************************************************** A. Sofware - Defect 11456: VLAN name may not contain the character / otherwise the OMS-FEM gui will crash. - Defect 12686: PoE on ports will be set to class 4 when migrating to OMS 9.2.x, due to the use of PoE enhanced in OMS 9.2.x
Workaround: Change PoE classes manually per port after migration. - Defect 13358: IP ACL - delete LAG not possible when used before in IP ACL rule Workaround: Delete every ACL rule and then you can delete the LAG. Afterwards you have to recreate the other ACL rules. - Defect 13381: Cursor stuck on hourglass after error in wizards. Workaround: You can continue working. The hourglass disappears with the next action. B. Loadware - PIM performance indications: * PIM: number of registrations per node is tested up to 1000 entries. * The number of simultaneous PIM joins/leaves is tested upto 500 with a rate of 200 packets/second. ****************************************************************** Copyright (c) 2013 OTN Systems n.v.
