DKS for Sundance/CTH

Found via reverse-image search (Google) on the written witness statement. Aside from CTH
source, this is the only hit. No hits using TinEye tool.
Initial data found in standard Twitter format at:

However, I could not get these data to expand to see the entire exchange. I therefore used the
cached version from the Google search [imaged below], then expanded further by using text
format.
