North America 2014 Holiday Calendar

North America offices are closed from Wednesday December 24 at 1pm local time
through Monday, January 5, 2015. Employees will be required to use up to 32
hours of vacation leave and/or floating holiday leave to cover the office closure
dates of December 29, 30, 31 and January 2. Duvet days may not be used during
the office closure.

If you are a regular full time employee you are paid 8 hours of holiday pay if you work (or are on approved paid time
off) the work day before and after the holiday. Part time employees are also eligible for paid holidays, prorated based
on the number of hours worked per week. Interns and temporary employees do not receive paid holidays.

In addition to the standard holidays listed above, Text 100 may elect to close early the day before a holiday weekend.
Should this occur, any eligible employee(s) taking a full day off on the date of the early office closure will code their
time as 4 hours of PTO and 4 hours of office closure

. Accordingly, only 4 hours of PTO will be deducted from the
employees vacation balance, as opposed to the full 8 that would otherwise apply. (Please note the same guidelines
do not apply to any Summer Fridays if/when offered.)

Potential early office closure dates are listed below, and may be cancelled or extended as determined appropriate by
the NA leadership team.

Early office closures should be coded in Epicor as an internal project, with the corresponding task as Office Closure. Example, if
you are a member of the PR staff, the correct project code is INTPR and the task is Office Closure.
