The MicroTech II Chiller System Manager (CSM) packs
powerful chiller plant management flexibility into an easy to
use, packaged program. McQuays CSM includes chiller
plant management capabilities that can improve the system
operating efficiency and provide reliable cooling.

For improved chiller efficiency or temporary improved
dehumidification, the chiller evaporator leaving water
temperature setpoint can be reset based on:

Maintaining constant return evaporator water temperature
Chiller and Chiller System Alarms
Display, logging, acknowledgement and clearing of
individual chiller and chiller system alarms
Annunciation by alarm type (problems, warnings, faults) to:
