INTRODUCTION
The Internet has become a part of conversation in almost all social groups. People are talking
about sites they visited, business people are talking about internet-based businesses, and kids are
talking about the latest internet clubs, chat rooms and games. People like to communicate their internet
experiences with their friends, colleagues, and family.
ADR Internet Caf is the answer to an increasing demand. The public wants:
i. Access to the methods of communication and volumes of information now
available on the internet

SITUATION ANALYSIS
ADR Internet Caf just opened its doors for business for almost a year ago (October 6,2013) by
its owner, Mr. Alvin Dizon Romualdo, a 28-year old graduate of Computer Technician in Harvard
Institute of Technology, now called First Asian International System College in Cabanatuan City.
Business is good, and customers have been impressed with the fast internet connection offered
by the caf.
Differentiating it from more cafes has given ADR the ability to effectively compete on the
business with already entrenched competition.
Students love gaming, surfing social media sites, and doing researches, and local business
people love to stop by for a while to check an email.
SWOT ANALYSIS
The SWOT analysis provides us with an opportunity to examine the internal strengths and
weaknesses ADR must address. It also allows us to examine the opportunities presented as well as the
potential threats.

ADR has one purpose. It is to provide communities with the ability to access the Internet and
share experiences in a comfortable environment.

SUMMARY

Marketing will play a vital role in the success of the ADR. Marketing efforts are just the
beginning by the time a potential customer enters ADR for the first time. A strong emphasis will be put
on keeping customers and building loyalty through programs focused on customer satisfaction.
ADR Internet Caf is gaining its name to the market because of the effectiveness of its selling
process and strategy. The total revenue of the said business is continuously growing and starting to
create a good corporate image to the society.

PRICING
ADR Internet Caf uses market-penetration pricing which is setting a low price for a
service in order to attract a large number of buyers and a large market share. But they see to it
that it will cover the costs and will generate profit.
This marketing strategy is determined because the market is highly price sensitive, and a
low price stimulates market growth. The price is also based on its direct competitors.
PLACE/LOCATION
The business establishment is located at Nocum St. Barangay Maestrang Kikay, Talavera,
Nueva Ecija. The place has a good location because it is accessible for the target market. It is
located in the center of the city where most schools, universities and other business
establishments are located.
PROMOTION
ADR Internet Caf uses a word-of-mouth promotion which is part of the public
relation (type of promotion).
As a 6-year part time worker of the LJM Computer (now a competitor), the owner, Mr.
Alvin are informing and chatting his old customers that he will be having his own Internet Caf.
This is a good strategy because he is a good and friendly staff that time.
Also, he created a page in Facebook containing his business and he also use of signage in
front of his shop.
