Pray
Ask people for:
a) updates on things youve previously prayed together about
b) prayer requests for people. Make a note in the space below so
you can followup next week.
Open by praying for things that have arisen in your conversations today,
then transition to praying for peoples requests.
Remember this week:
And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who
comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those
who earnestly seek him. Hebrews 11:6

Crossing Over
A 6 week series for Connect Groups

4. Standing in the River

Yet as soon as the priests who carried the ark reached
the Jordan and their feet touched the waters
edge,

the water from upstream stopped flowing.
Joshua 3v15-16

In this 6 week series we are looking at the story of the Israelites crossing over
the Jordan into the long-awaited promised land. Today we see how God
wants us to position ourselves to depend on him so that we can experience
his promises.
