Hancock Voted For The 2011 State
Government Budget Bill In April 2011.
Hancock voted for SF1047, the 2011 State
Government budget bill as it passed the
House 72-61 on April 6, 2011 [House
Journal 2094, 04/06/11]

SF1047 As Passed The House Did Not
Exempt Veterans Affairs From Employee
Cuts. As passed the House, SF1047 cut
fifteen percent of state employees through
2015, with no exception for Veterans
Affairs. [SF 1047, 04/07/11].
Hancocks cuts would
make it harder for
veterans to get the help
theyve earned.

And Hancock supported
a plan that would close
Veterans homes in
Minnesota.
