Narrative Patrols observed a vehicle squeal its tires and operate at a high rate of speed.
Patrols initiated a traffic stop and identified the operator as the above subject. The
above subject was found to be intoxicated and in possession of a small amount of
marijuana. The above subject was also found to be in possession of cocaine.
Tickets issued for the above charges.
