Hamsa in Hindu vedic literatures found in various places.
Constant repetition of the word "hamsa" changes it to "Soham" which means "That
i am" means Tat Tvam Asi. (I am he (God). God is inside me)
Hamsa is symbol of Purity. As per the vedas, Hamsa has great qualities viz., dif
ferentiating between good and bad and select the best.
Other attributes attached to Hamsa are Knowledge, Prana (Cosmic breath or better
breath), Spiritual accomplishment, getting rid of enemies etc.
