Dominic-Feel the taste of quality


The Dominic Restaurant in the heart of the Town of
Chisinau in a comfortable dining place for all fans of
European Cuisine. I chose like* this restaurant to be located
in the center of Megalopolis, to avoid* the risk running out*
of customers.

Behind the

is the parking for workers and restaurant guests.

The name of the restaurant


We chose the name "Dominic" because this name is
close* to our spirit because it belongs to our son. He
awakens in our hearts a charming* picture of a family
entourage, this is something special.

Interior Design of the Restaurant


Here's the way how the restaurant looks from the outside.

Design in my restaurant is unusual*. There are two


buildings, the first is arranged to spend* ceremonies,
weddings, birthdays, with a large hall which are arranged
the tables and in center exist a place for dancing.

The entrance is decorated luxuriously giving the room a


sign of good taste and quality.

The second building has a style of simple restaurant but he


has a hall where children can play, or serve hot chocolate
and different sweets.

Restaurant for adults has a design in French style, because


we have sponsors which produce wine from France
"Dominic".

The most important is the cleanliness, ultimate comfort * and


functionality, each table has a device called "Call waiter"

that allows*customers to call the waiters without* disturbing*.

Restaurant Menu:
My restaurant has a European kitchen, so we chose the
menu to be static to avoid misleading customers.

In this case, again I put the emphasis on* cleanliness and I


laminated the menu to be able to be cleaned easily.
On the cover is our restaurant logo, each dish has own*
price.

Kitchen equipment:
The kitchen has the European safety and functionality with
anti-fire devices to enforce a security as well as the largest.

The restaurant staff is the mirror of this restaurant.
Kitchen staff is ready for the highest level.
The chef are wearing jacket, apron* and white caps*.

Service Staff are very nice, very receiver and communicative.

The waitresses are dressed in


white shirt with a black jacket,
skirt and the same in short apron.
In the cellar there are production reserves . The sponsors
help us to complete it. All products are made through the
back door that can serve as a safety output*.

Purple curtains are placed in the shape of curtain to


generate the feeling of comfort, like at the theatre.
Dominated by the colours orange and white light in the
chandelier in the center of the light room, creates a nice
gradient. Cutlery in this Hall are stainless steel with silver
leaf. The plates are made of porcelain and gold lace on the
sidelines were confirming the look of luxury.

Children's lobby is tinted in bright colors, with the heroes of


Disneyland's draw on the walls, thus appealing to children.
The furniture is made of durable plastic so that the children
can move to a Chair or a table to play.
In-room adult bridge is made of beams and Windows are
decorated with a metal, in antique style. The color of the
walls is soft what does not bother my eyes. Most of the
furniture is made of wood, as well as the floors. On the
window sills are made of live flowers to freshen the air.
Once a static menu is developed and established, it rarely
changes. This kind of menu always are laminated for easy
cleaning, and it are usually divided into categories of
appetizers salads and deserts. Static menus
are typically found in fast-food operations, restaurants.
The kitchen is equipped with many stoves with ovens and
hoods placed over their ventilation.
