CONTRACT:
This form is considered to be a formal contract and commitment between
ALSA and the company/organization stated on this form, which will so forth
be named Employer. Changes that are made after signing the contract have to
be done in writing and confirmed by both parties.
By signing this contract regarding the taking of an Intern through the Student
Trainee Exchange Programme of ALSA,
the Employer commits:
to have completed this form correctly;
to provide an Internship under the above stated information;
to select one of the applicants provided by ALSA, as far as the applicants
have been appropriate to the requirements set in this form;
to integrate the Intern at best within the workspace; and
to provide the Intern with adequate working conditions due to labor
law,
and ALSA commits:
to provide applicants to be selected for Internship; and
to provide the Employer with all information required for selecting an
appropriate Intern.
