employeeconcernsandprovidesuggestedactionstoseniormanagement.Belowaresurvey
resultsbyquestion,followedwithasummaryofsuggestedactionsattheendofthedocument.
AllCTSandSOemployeesminusSeniorStaffwereinvitedtotakethesurveyfromJuly17,
