The Customer Values at Action Shoes


We will know when we have achieved our desired state of services when:

We reduce our costs and increase value to the customers.

We grow our market share.

We have become an example of a product & service driven company.

We dont loose any customers for service or product quality reason.

We have customer satisfaction ratings at the top of the industry.

It was my extreme pleasure to undergo my summer training at an esteemed


organization like Action Shoes. These two months of training was a period of
learning and great experience for me. Not only did I become aware of the industry
customs and culture, but it also helped me to acclimatize in the new industry work
environment.

I have made an effort through this research study to make a report which proves
beneficial to both the company and the industry. I have made my report on
various aspects related to the market potential of the new product series of Action
Shoes.

I made a survey of facts by raising a questionnaire related to my topic at Action


Shoes. The response received through the questionnaire was then summarized
and analyzed graphically to reach certain conclusions and suggest the
recommendation which will prove beneficial to the company and the industry as a
whole.
