Formal communication flows within the organisation. Promotion of employees is done as
Associates > team leader > manager. The employees working are generally not that qualified

CONCLUSION
The project work which I had undergone at different levels of managers ,had made me aware
of the working, techniques of the company. My topic being ORGANIZATIONAL
BEHAVIOUR, I had undergone researches for gathering information on that. This experience
made me aware of the corporate and competitive work.
I had gathered knowledge of the real working of the company and different strategies
implemented in order to run and survive in the cut throat competition and how top level
managers take decisions, lack of knowledge in line managers and their dissatisfaction.
This research not only gave me expeience but will also help me in my future when I might be
running my own venture.
