Responsibilities:
Finance Function:

Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements


Direct the accounting activities and work closely with department heads to provide accurate and
timely information about company activities that assist management timely decisions.
Direct the preparation of standard accounting procedures; oversee the smooth and accurate conduct
of the company's general accounting functions; ensure strict adherence to the chart of accounts;
exercise staff supervision over accounting activities.
Oversee the companys cash collection activities; establish appropriate credit policies, review aged
accounts, receivable reports, initiate necessary actions to collect past due accounts.

Corporate Function:

Compliance with Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) & Company Registration
Office (CRO).
Compliance of Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements with the Commission (SECP).
Board Meetings / Board Resolutions and other secretarial matters of group and preparation of
documents of Board Meetings of every Quarter/ any other Board meeting in case of any special
