Company Intro:

grace of God Almighty and by dint of whole heated and dedicated services of a team of
seasoned professionals it gradually made its mark in the ever-growing and competitive

discerning clients. It has always worked at creating ideas to add something extraordinary
to usual themes. Be it a wedding, a corporate get-together, a birthday or a social gathering,

After years of hard work and sincere efforts towards delivering the best of its services,
Nadeem's has become an event management company par excellence.
Performance:
The working of the company is very satisfied and profitable. All the
managers and the employees working well as per requirements. The 50% of market share
is covering by the company. There is very tuff compotation this market. The Nadeem
Catrers could easily and smoothly manage the profit, market share.
From one year the market share is goes down due to some reasons. In this way the profit is
also affected. It is very shocking for all the management .They were try to solve the
problem but the result is same.
The chairman is also working as HR manager. The Manager fined some problem in the
marketing section. So he decides to start job analysis.

Starting Job Analysis:


How you will use information:
The HR manager is collecting all information
about marketing staff through questioners, interviews and etc. He also gets the info about
the market. After it he decides to use the info to find the problem and get the solution.

Review relevant background:


The HR Manager also get all the background info
about market and his companies. The past profits, the market share and the other company
information to find the problem.
With the use of all info he find a problem in Marketing section.The 1 market manager
cannot manage the all market. So hair some person for some specific position.

Select Representative position:


The HR manager select position for hiring is Marketing Manager
Single Marketing manager is failed to manage all the market. So he decide to hair Market
manager.

1. Maintain and develop a customer and prospect client database.

4. Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by telephone, and personal visits.

of sales and marketing and advertisings cost-benefit analysis, including different market
segments, product development, cost per response, cost per conversion, etc. Appreciates
need for consistency within company's branding and marketing mix, especially PR.
Computer skills:
Must be adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, particularly Excel and Word, and ideally
Access or similar database to basic level, Internet and email.

Must be an excellent one-to-one and telephone communicator. Able to demonstrate success,
managing major accounts of customers and large contracts, particularly achieving genuine
sales development. Ideal background can add some value in business.
