CONTRACTOR shall also extend to the PROJECT, Other Services including


catering and accommodation services, SEC camp maintenance, janitorial
services as described in Paragraph 4.1.2 of Schedule "8" of the said Contract
No. 30621127/00 and as detailed In the Scope of Work and Technical
Specifications, PIS No. 07EG908, and Addendum No. 07 of Contract No.
30621127/00.

4.10

CONTRACTOR shall provide six [6] new service vehicles for COMPANY Project
Staff as detailed in the Scope of Work and Technical Specifications, PTS No.
07EG908.

SUpPLY AND DELIVERY OF START-UP SPARE PARTS

5.1

"Start-Up Spare Parts" is defined as spare parts or components, which may be


required during testing and commissioning up to Preliminary Acceptance of the
PROJECT at the WORK SITE.

CONTRACTOR shall provide all Start-Up Spare Parts for the PROJECT that are
required during testing and commissioning up to Preliminary Acceptance of the
PROJECT, pursuant to Paragraph 6.1 of Schedule "An of this CONTRACT.

5.3

CONTRACTOR shall deliver these Start-Up Spare Parts toget:1er with the
materials and equipment for the PROJECT,

5.4

Prior to eqUipment delivery, CONTRACTOR shall provide the list of


manufacturers, type, model and quantity of all Start-Up Spare Parts that shall
be delivered to the WORK SITE for review by the COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.
However, the review by the COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE shall not relieve
CONTRACTOR of Its obligation to provide whatever type and quantity of Start-

Up Spare Parts that may actually be required during testing and commissioning
up to Preliminary Acceptance of the PROJECT.

Prior to the start of testing and commissioning, CONTRACTOR shall ensure that
it has at ~he WORK SITE sufficient quantity of all Start-Up Spare Parts that may
be required during testing and commissioning up to Preliminary Acceptance of
the PROJECT.

5.6

CONTRACTOR shall turn over to COMPANY all unused Start-Up Spare Parts
upon Preliminary Acceptance of the PROJECT.

REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE FOR WARRANTY ENGINEER

6.1

CONTRACTOR shall, provide during the entire Warranty Period for the
PROJECT, One (1) fully qualifIed and experienced Warranty Engineer for each
discipline Mechanical, Electrical a lac for the WORK.

6.2

CONTRACTOR shall be fully responslbie to arrange the transportation and


accommodation and catering for the Warranty Engineers.

6.3

The Warranty Engineers shall be subject to approval by COMPANY prior to


there deployment to the WORK SITE.

6.4

The Warranty Engineers shall be made available from the issuance of the
Preliminary Acceptance Certificate for the first GTG Unit to the end of the
Warranty period for this CONTRACT.

Warranty engineers duty time shall be six (6) days a week ten (10) hours a
day 0700 hrs to 1700 hrs.

6.6

The price of Warranty Engineers shall be as per Pricing Attachment VI of


Schedule C and payment shall be as per Paragraph 8.4 of schedule ~C.

WORK LOCATION

CONTRACTOR shali perform and complete the PROJECT within the property area of
the existing Qurayyah Combined Cycle Power Plant at the specific location deSignated
on the Drawings as Block 6.
8.

COORDINATION WITH THE CONTRACTOR FOR CONTRACT NO. 30621127100

8.1

CONTRACTOR shall be fully responsible for coordinating, as necessary, the


performance of the WORK and/or the PROJECT with the existing Contractor for
Contract No. 30621127/00.

8.2

CONTRACTOR shall ensure that it shall not interfere in any manner,


whatsoever, with the performance of Contract No. 30621127/00. Any delay In
the performance of the Work under Contract No. 30621127/00 that may result
to CONTRACTOR interference or non-coordination shall be fully attributabie to
CONTRACTOR.

8.3

Any delay in the performance of the WORK that may result from failure of
CONTRACTOR to coordinate, as necessary, the performance of the WORK, with
the Contractor for Contract No. 30621127/00 shall be CONTRACTOR's own
~esponsibllity and shall not be a reason to extend any of the Critical Milestone
dates set forth in Attachment II to this Schedule "B" or be made as an excuse
for failure to complete any portion of the WORK within the WORK SCHEDULE
described in Paragraph 13 of Schedule "A" of this CONTRACT.
