HR Diploma

Overview
Human resources are an invaluable asset directly contributing to the success and progress
of any organization. However, managing human resources requires a great deal of
knowledge and expertise.
This program provides the necessary knowledge and skills needed by a Human Resources
Manager to enhance the performance of employees through training, incentives, proper
work environment and fringe benefits.
This diploma is accredited by the Supreme Council of Universities; Decision No.86 dated
May 5, 1999.
Who Should Attend?
This program is for Bachelor Degree Holders who seek more knowledge and skills in the
area of human resources or those who would like to redirect their careers.

Admission Requirements

An original university degree certificate with a minimum grade Good.


If not available: an experience letter for at least 2 years of general work experience.

Two personal photos and your ID.

Pass in the English placement exam


To book for the English Placement Test (EPT) ( for 100 L.E ) please apply at the
Information Desk (Falaky Building, Ground Floor)

English Exam usually takes place on Saturdays from 2-4PM at the Falaky Building.

For the current year (2008/2009) the fees of the diploma are LE 15, 000 to be paid as
follows:
Module 1 = LE 5,000
- Strategic Management
- Recruitment & placement
Module 2 = LE 5,000
- Training and Development
- Compensation

Module 3 = LE 5,000
- Employee and Labor Relations
(4 classes once a week; each class = 3 hours)
- Labor Law and Pension Law
(4 classes once a week; each class = 3 hours)
- Human Resources Information Systems(4 classes once a week; each class = 3 hours)
A participant is admitted to the Program only if the registration form is completed and
payment is effected.
Next run date:
10 November 2009

from 6:00PM-9:00PM

Once the required number of participants for a particular run is met, no more participants
can be admitted.
Venue: Downtown, Tahrir square at the New Falaky Building building ,24 Falaky Street.
Graduation Requirements
A participant has to score a minimum of 70% for each course
A minimum attendance of 80% has to be satisfied in each course.
