Justification
A health treat that requires
immediate management/health
education to prevent possible
complications that may cause
serious injury, mass destruction
and mass casualty. The
community settings are congested
and most of the houses are made
of light materials.
A health condition that cannot be
reversed but the people of the
community are aware that they
have a high risk to acquire fire
hazards but they dont have any
congruent plan and management
in this kind of situation.
A health condition that is least
likely preventive due to lack of
resources and they more tolerate
illegal ways.
It is an immediate attention
because the whole area is at risk
to be affected by the health
condition. Since their houses are
close enough to one another, they
are aware that in case of fire is
onset, they are easily affected of
this tragedy.

Justification
This is a health threat that may
cause serious injuries, mass
destruction and mass casualty.
Earthquakes manifest themselves
by shaking and sometimes
displacement of the ground. In
their case, there is a high
possibility that this results will be
acquire.
The problem is not preventable
due to lack of resources,
preparedness and knowledge.
Especially when it comes to the
types of their houses that are built
in light materials.
It is not modifiable because nature
disasters are cannot to be
predicted and manipulate. Since
the ground surface ruptures, or
breaks, as the ground on one side
moves relative to the ground on
the other side. The displacement
can be vertical, horizontal. Any
structures within across the line of
earthquakes has a high risk of
deformity or destruction.
They recognize this problem as an
immediate attention due to high isk
of destruction and injuries.
