REVENUE MANAGER
Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making;
demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.
Updates market knowledge and aligns strategies and approaches accordingly.
Achieves and exceeds goals including performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc.
Attends meetings to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate and manage activities and solutions.
Establishes long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them.
Takes a predetermined strategy and drives the execution of that strategy.
Explores opportunities that drive profit, create value for clients, and encourage innovation; challenges existing processes/systems/products to make
improvements.
Provides revenue management functional expertise to General Manager.
Ensures that sales strategies and rate restrictions are communicated, implemented and modified as market conditions fluctuate.
Prepares sales strategy meeting agenda, supporting documentation.
Assists with pricing and provides input on business evaluation recommendations.
Uses reservations system and demand forecasting systems to determine, implement and control selling strategies.
Initiates, implements and evaluates revenue tests.
Provides recommendations to improve effectiveness of revenue management processes.

Maintain standards of food & beverage quality and guest service quality
Coach, train and manage employees within the Resorts organization structure
Achieve budgeted revenues & expenses and maximize profitability related to the food & beverage department
Contribute to the profitability and guest satisfaction perception of other departments
Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivering of an improved product through employee development, job engineering and quality image
Ensure compliance with business operations and legal regulations
Market the food & beverage outlets, develop and manage the implementation of menus, package deals, promotions, displays, decorations and
presentation within corporate guidelines to meet / exceed sales and financial goals and objectives
