them
Define goals and objectives (again at least one book required). Propose
goals and objectives for your organisation.
Carry out literature review on core competencies of organisations (aleast
one book required for reference). Identify the core competences you
believe your new organisation has.

involved, impact on managers, targets etc.

reference of the figure.
Then briefly explain issues that organisations might face when carrying out
strategic planning and how you might over come in your organisation; for
